The Management of marketing mix in agro-industry business of pineapple chips need to increase the volume of sales and customer loyalty. This research aims to (1) analyze the variable/ attribute lever in the management of the marketing mix of pineapple chips, and (2) formulating marketing strategy of pineapple chips. This research used survey method. The Selection of respondents in this research is intentional (purposive sampling). The determination of respondents based on the expertise and their role in policy-making related to the agroindustry of pineapple chips. Data analysis used prospective analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process/AHP. The Results of analysis showed that the determinants of the management of the marketing mix of pineapple chips consists; the dimensions of the product, price, promotion, and distribution. Attributes that are included in the driving variables consists of; products that always available, distribution in craftsmen kiosks, available in souvenir outlets, available anywhere, and promotions through packaging. The attributes are located in quadrant I, which have strong influence and dependence among low attributes. The direction of development of marketing policy of pineapple chips, alternatives include; Alternative I is the institutional strengthening of marketing and alternative II, is the development of the marketing mix.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP

Abstract Choosing the right structural model for projects in various fields has become an important subject of research, and adopting a suitable model has been recognized as crucial to a project's success. For public–private partnership (PPP) programs involving ecological compensation in the Chishui Watershed, implementers are required to give extensive considerations to balancing economic, societal, and ecological impacts and benefits, connected to numerous stakeholders. Any program model choice is made difficult by various influencing factors introduced by these stakeholders. This paper examines models of PPP eco-compensation programs in the Chishui Watershed, a region that faces an acute conflict between protection and growth, and is in urgent need of eco-compensation mechanisms. For this purpose, we have developed an indicator system with three hierarchical levels containing, respectively, two, five, and 18 indicator items. A list of feasible PPP models are chosen based on existing programs in the region. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP)/fuzzy analysis is used to establish an integrated decision-making framework. The suitability of the models in each field can then be ranked by their integrated decision score. The differences between models are also analyzed to find the main limiting indicators on PPP programs.

This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.

Decision problems are usually complex and involve evaluation of several conflicting criteria (parameters). Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is a promising field that considers the parallel influence of all criteria and aims at helping decision makers in expressing their preferences, over a set of predefined alternatives, on the basis of criteria (parameters) that are contradictory in nature. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a useful and widespread MCDM tool for solving such type of problems, as it allows the incorporation of conflicting objectives and decision makers preferences in the decision making. The AHP utilizes the concept of pair wise comparison to find the order of criteria (parameters) and alternatives. The comparison in a pairwise manner becomes quite tedious and complex for problems having eight alternatives or more, thereby, limiting the application of AHP. This paper presents a soft hierarchical process approach based on soft set decision making which eliminates the least promising candidate alternatives and selects the optimum(potential) ones that results in the significant reduction in the number of pairwise comparisons necessary for the selection of the best alternative using AHP, giving the approach a more realistic view. A supplier selection problem is used to illustrate the proposed approach.

The quality of human life is linked to the exploitation of mining resources. The Exploitability Index (EI) assesses the actual possibilities to enable a mine according to several factors. The environment is one of the most constraining ones, but its analysis is made in a shallow way. This research is focused on its determination, according to a new preliminary methodology that sets the main components of the environmental impact related to the development of an exploitation of industrial minerals and its weighting according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It is applied to the case of the ophitic outcrops in Cantabria (Spain). Twelve components are proposed and weighted with the AHP and an algorithm that allows for assigning a normalized value for the environmental factor to each deposit. Geographic Information Systems (GISs) are applied, allowing us to map a large number of components of the environmental factors. This provides a much more accurate estimation of the environmental factor, with respect to reality, and improves the traditional methodology in a substantial way. It can be established as a methodology for mining spaces planning, but it is suitable for other contexts, and it raises developing the environmental analysis before selecting the outcrop to be exploited.

Software defined network (SDN) controller selection in SDN is a key challenge to the network administrator. In SDN, control plane is an isolated process and operate on control layer. The controller provides a universal view of the entire network and support applications and services. The three focused parameters for controller selection are productivity, campus network and open source. In SDN, it is vital to have a good device for the efficient processing of all requests made by the switch and for good behavior of the network. For selecting best controller for the specified parameters, decision logic has to be developed that allow us to do comparison of the available controllers. Therefore, in this research we have suggested a methodology that uses analytic-hierarchy-process (AHP) to find a best controller. The approach has been studied and verified for a big organization network setup of Al-Majmaah University, Saudi Arabia. The approach is found to be more effective and increase the network performance significantly.
