The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee achievement motivation of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. It was quantitative research with survey method in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. The research was conducted to all employees of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 89 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on job satisfaction.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and empowerment on teachers achievement motivation. The research was conducted to all of elementary schools teachers at the district of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of empowerment on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on empowerment.

The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.

the objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of growth need strength and job characteristics on job satisfaction. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in six state junior high schools in West Karawang District located in Karawang Regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample  are 151 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. (3) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction.
