The object of this research is to obtain information about the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. It was quantitative research with survey method inThe State Islamic Institute Kendari southeast Sulawesi.The research was conducted to all lecturer of The State Islamic Institute Kendari Southeast Sulawesi  by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.There is76 employees are used as a sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: There is a direct positive effect of work environment  onjob satisfaction The State Islamic Institute of Islam (IAIN) Kendari Southeast Sulawesi. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee achievement motivation of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. It was quantitative research with survey method in Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan. The research was conducted to all employees of Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 89 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job satisfaction on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on job satisfaction.

The objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of work environment and intrinsic motivation on creativity. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in three state senior high schools in Bandar Lampung City located in Lampung Province. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample  are 177 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of work environment on creativity. (2) There is a direct positive effect of intrinsic motivation on creativity. (3) There is a direct positive effect of work environment on intrinsic motivation.

the objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of growth need strength and job characteristics on job satisfaction. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in six state junior high schools in West Karawang District located in Karawang Regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample  are 151 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. (3) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the influence of employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach using a survey method (questionnaire).Path analysis is used to analyse the data collected. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk, who have a working period of 10 years and over, totalling 510 people spread across all plants in Indonesia. The number of samples taken in this study were 225 people who were randomly selected.The results showed that job satisfaction was directly influenced by employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment. The study also found that the work environment was influenced by employee promotion and upward downward communication. This study also found that job satisfaction is indirectly influenced by the promotion and upward downward communication through the work environment. Based on these findings it can be concluded that any changes that occur in employee job satisfaction are influenced by employee promotion, upward downward communication, and work environment. Therefore employee job satisfaction, employee promotions, upward downward communication, and work environment can be taken into consideration in making strategic planning for human resource development.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of self efficacy on performance. It was quantitative research with survey method in SMA N region II Central Jakarta.The research was conducted to all civil servant teachers by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 117 civil servant teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: There is a direct positive effect of self efficacy on performance.

This research is aimed to investigate the influence of (1) group cohesiveness, (2) job satisfaction, (3) productivity of teachers the raudhatul athfal (kindergarten) school in the district of Bekasi. This research uses causal survey method by using Path Analysis Technicque. This study uses sample from 133 teachers in 20 raudhatul athfal (kindergarten) schools in the district of Bekasi region who are selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: first, there is a positive effect between group cohesiveness and productivity teachers in school. Second, there is a positive effect between job satisfaction and productivity teachers in school. Third, there is a positive effect between group cohesiveness and job satisfaction teachers in school.

This study aims to obtain explanative findings that test the effect (1) work environment on employee performance indirectly through job satisfaction; (2) work environment on job satisfaction; (3) work environment on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem. The design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects used in this study were all 67 employees at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem and the object of this research were work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this analysis significantly indicate that (1) work environment indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction; (2) work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (3) work environment has a positive effect on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem.

This research goal to know the effect of supervision and trust toward organizational commitment of the state of public Senior High School’s teachers in Bekasi District. Sample study involving 85 teachers that are determined by using the random technique. The method used in this research is survey method with path analysis. The result show that: (1) There is a direct positive effect of supervision on organizational commitment, (2) There is a direct positive effect of trust on organizational commitment, (3) There is a direct positive effect of supervision on trust. The study’s finding concluded that the organizational commitment of teacher can be increased by improving supervision and trust.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh supervisi dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Supervisi berpengaruh langsung positif pada komitmen organisasi, (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif pada komitmen organisasi, (3) Supervisi berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepercayaan. Kata Kunci:  Supervisi,  Kepercayaan,  Komitmen Organisasi
