The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

Digital Wallet was a financial technology that was currently being used by people in Indonesia. However, the majority of users of this service were less loyal because they often use more than 1 application. In this study the authors analyzed the influence of product usability and cashback promotion factors on brand loyalty of digital wallet service users. The results of this study indicate that the product usability and cashback promotion factors have a significant positive effect on brand loyalty of digital wallet service users both simultaneously and partially. This proves that these two factors are determinants of how loyal the community is to a brand of digital wallet services.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to test work competence on the performance of employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo. This research is a type of causal quantitative research. The subjects of this study were employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo and the objects in this study were variables of work competence and employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo connecting 40 people. The instrument used in studying the data is a questionnaire which will be given a score based on the Likert scale. This study uses a regional linear analysis method with regression of the dependent variable and one independent variable. The results of this study indicate that job competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research aims to influence: 1) placement and compensation on employee performance, (2) work placement on employee compensation, (3) work placement on employee performance, and (4) compensation for employee performance at Sea Breeze Lovina. The research design used is a causal quantitative, research design using path analysis and the calculation operation uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows program. This research was conducted at Sea Breeze Lovina by taking the entire population of 32 employees and the objects were placement, compensation, and employee performance. The results of this study are as follows: (1) placement and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance by 94.60%, (2) placement has a positive effect on employee compensation by 90.10%, (3) placement has a positive effect on performance employees of 36.60%, and (4) compensation has a positive effect on employee performance by 67.00% at Sea Breeze Lovina.

The purpose of this study to determine the effects of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on purchase intention. Causal research is the research used in this study. This research was conducted at the Ganesha Education University (UNDIKSHA) with a sample of 390 respondents. This study uses quantitative data from questionnaires, while the data source uses primary data. In this study, the questionnaire method is a method used for data collection. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Techniques or ways to analyze the data used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and f test with the SPSS data processing application. This study shows the results that there is a partial and simultaneous influence on attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on consumer buying interest in cosmetics.

The aim of this research is to describe the causes of contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng, the impact of contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng, the efforts to address contract employees job dissatisfaction in Kantor Camat Gerokgak Kabupaten Buleleng. The research design used descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and the latest documentation. The data collected was performed data reduction, then analyzed by descriptively qualitatively, then presented narrative. The results showed that the work dissatisfaction of contract employees was caused by several things, namely salaries that were not in accordance with the workload, inadequate work facilities, and unfair supervisor policies towards contract employees. The impact of dissatisfaction is the low work motivation of employees so that it can reduce the quality of work of employees. In addition, an effort that can be done is to discipline employees. In this case, it was also found that contract employees were still working in the office because they thought as contract employees was better than being a laborer or not working at all despite feeling job dissatisfaction because of social status.

This study aimed to clarify the effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on the intentions use an online performance evaluation system (SPK). This research used a causal quantitative design. 40 police officers aged 30 years and a minimum working period of 10 years were involved in this research. Data were collected used questionnaire method and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there were positive and significant influences from (1) attitudes toward intentions using online SPK, (2) subjective norms on intentions using online SPK, (3) perceived behavior control on intentions using SPK and (4) attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control of intentions using online SPK. This means that if want to increase intention to use SPK online, then the commander must ensure that members have a positive attitude, support each member to understand each other and teach and control themselves in using the SPK online.

This study. aims to examine the. effect. of (1) Company.iImage. and customer satisfaction on. Customer. loyalty, (2) Company image on customer loyalty, and (3) Customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Car Workshop Sama Jaya Singaraja. The research design is quantitative casual. The subjects in this study were customers at Sama Jaya Singaraja Car Workshop, while the object of this research was the company image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Sampling using purposive sampling method of 100 respondents. The. data. collection. method. is the survey. method, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) Company image and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) Company image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) Customer satisfaction has an influence positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of the Sama Jaya Singaraja Car Workshop.

This study aimed to examine the effects of (1) the level of formal education on work experience, (2) the level of formal education on employee compensation, (3) work experience on employee compensation, (4) the mediating role of work experience on the inflence of the level of formal education on employee compensation. This research was a causal quantitative study in wich data were analyzed using path analysis. The subjects in this study were all employees of the Kantor Camat Mendoyo. The objects of this study were the level of formal education, work experience, andcompensation. The population of this study were30 employees as respondents. The results obtained in this study indicate that the level of formal education has a positive and significant effect on work experience; the level of formal education has a positive and significant effect on compensation; work experience has a positive and significant effect on compensation and work experience mediates the effect of the level of formal education on compensation.
