This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) methods. From the result of research using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) produced 27 KPI where for plan perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of reliability 2 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI. For a source perspective there are 8 KPI consisting of reliability 4 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, Flexibility 2 KPI. Make perspective there are 7 KPI consisting of reliability 3 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, flexibility 2 KPI. For a delivery perspective there are 5 KPIs that consist of 3 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then for the return perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of 2 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method produced a delivery perspective is the perspective with the highest level of importance on the supply chain performance of PT. MSM. With the results of this performance measurement can be used as a benchmark for the company to get optimal performance.

Passion fruit syrup is one of a typical and famous fruit as the souvenir in the form of processed products from North Sumatra Province, especially Medan City. Nowadays, the sustainability of processed products of passion fruit syrup is facing an increasingly competitive market. It is therefore necessary to measure the performance of a superior supply chain supported by the procurement of raw materials that are managed effectively and efficiently. Supply chain performance is an indicator of the success of agroindustry companies in running their business processes. Performance measurement of agroindustry supply chain is needed to control and to determine the performance position of agroindustry produced. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the conditions of the supply chain of passion fruit syrup agroindustry and to measure the supply chain performance of passion fruit syrup agroindustry in North Sumatra Province. The method for analyzing the conditions of the supply chain of passion fruit syrup agroindustry used a long-term relationship approach. To measure the performance of the agro-industry supply chain, the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and AHP approach were used. The results showed that the supply chain performance of passion fruit syrup agroindustry in North Sumatra Province was 76.90% and categorized medium indicating that coordination among actors in the supply chain has not been well established

PT. Asia Forestama Raya (AFR) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi plywood (kayu lapis). Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi perusahaan antara lain, keterlambatan bahan baku, jumlah bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan, dan keterlambatan pengiriman produk. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di sepanjang aliran supply chain perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja aliran supply chain menggunakan metode Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi matrik SCOR, verifikasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner indikator, perhitungan nilai normalisasi (skor), pembobotan KPI menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner AHP. Nilai kinerja aliran supply chain yang didapatkan adalah 73,33 dengan kategori Good, dimana kinerja terendah terdapat pada proses source yaitu 69,29 dengan kategori Average.

Peningkatan pertumbuhan sektor industri tidak terlepas dari peran industri kecil menengah (IKM). Salah satu IKM yang belokasi di Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang adalah PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang industri pengolahan pangan dengan merek yang dikenal yaitu Frutivez. PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia sedang mengalami masalah dalam kinerja manajemen rantai pasok. Oleh sebab itu, PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia memerlukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok agar diketahui bagian-bagian dari kegiatan rantai pasok yang memiliki nilai kinerja yang rendah sehingga dapat dilakukan analisis masalah dan penemuan solusinya. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan penentuan nilai bobot tiap metrik kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok pada PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia adalah 84,19 termasuk dalam kriteria sedang. Atribut rantai pasok yang memiliki nilai kinerja kurang maksimal adalah responsivitas, adaptabilitas, dan manajemen aset. PT. Abstract-Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used for supplier selection is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The problems that will be discussed in this study are: (1) how is the order of priority criteria and sub-criteria in the selection of suppliers at PT Garuda Hidrotive International? (2) which supplier / supplier should PT Garuda Hidrotive International choose based on the AHP method? The sampling technique uses judgment sampling because the AHP method requires dependence on a group of experts according to the types of specialists involved in decision making. Based on the results of the analysis, the advice that can be given is, if the company will develop a partnership with suppliers, the company is preferred to choose supplier X as a supplier food chemical for the company because supplier X is the best supplier that has the highest overall value. With this partnership, the supply chain performance between suppliers and companies will be better and can facilitate the overall production activities.

Perkembangan bisnis di masa sekarang menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi supaya tetap bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang semakin tinggi. Perusahaan terus berupaya meningkatkan produktivitas, efektif, efisien, pelayanan cepat, mudah, dan mengembangkan serta menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk tetap dapat unggul, bersaing, dan bertahan di pasar. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang rantai pasok (supply chain) adalah Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja supply chain Perum BULOG Divre Kalimantan Barat dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Penelitian ini diawali dengan pembuatan hierarki awal yang didasarkan pada proses supply chain , yaitu Plan, Source, Deliver dan Return. Dengan dimensi  Reliability dan Responsiveness. Kemudian proses dan dimensi tersebut disesuaikan dengan kondisi di perusahaan, yang akhirnya dilakukan untuk pengukuran performansi. Berdasarkan analisa diatas, maka didapatkan pengukuran performansi supply chain berdasarkan nilai aktual, normalisasi nilai aktual, matriks perbandingan berpasangan dan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan penghitungan nilai akhir kinerja Perum BULOG Divre Kal-Bar. Nilai akhir total kinerja supply chain Perum BULOG Divre Kal-Bar adalah sebesar 9,5677 dapat dikategorikan sebagai “Amat Baik”. Dengan rincian nilai proses inti supply chain adalah Plan sebesar 0,0594, Source sebesar 7,1542, Deliver sebesar 2,3080 dan Return sebesar 0,0462.

Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) di Kota Pekanbaru adalah organisasi sosial kemanusiaan yang bertugas untuk menyediakan pasokan darah. Pada saat ini UTD di Kota Pekanbaru memiliki beberapa kendala mengenai pengelolaan risiko rantai pasok darah. Kendala banyak terjadi terutama pada saat proses penyimpanan dan pendistribusian kantong darah. Desain mitigasi risiko rantai pasok dipilih menjadi satu strategi yang tepat dengan kondisi UTD di Kota Pekanbaru saat ini. Langkah awal dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan observasi terhadap aktivitas rantai pasok darah dengan metode pengembangan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), dilanjutkan dengan mengidentifikasi risiko dari agen risiko dan penyebab risiko dengan metode house of risk, dan yang terakhir menentukan prioritas tindakan rantai pasok dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat 24 potensi risiko yang terjadi dengan 23 agen risiko. Dari Hasil identifikasi aksi mitigasi terdapat 15 strategi penanganan diantaranya adalah memberikan pelatihan rutin terhadap semua pekerja (PA1), kemudian disusul dengan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan mitra (PA5), melakukan sosialisasi kegiatan donor darah (PA6) hasil tersebut akan dilanjutkan dengan proses AHP-TOPSIS untuk mengambil prioritas tindakan mitigasi terbaik. Kata Kunci:  House of risk (HOR), Analytical Hierarchy Process.
