From the perspective of the sustainability of aviation demand, we investigated passenger perceptions with regards to whether or not Korean people will resume the use of air transport after COVID-19. Based on five factors—the prevalence of COVID-19, requirements for self-isolation, circumstances at the destination, social atmosphere with regards to overseas travel, and level of preventative measures employed in the aviation service sector—a structured questionnaire was developed using confirmatory factor analysis. Based on these, the main levels of determination per factor were derived and a structured path for the recovery of aviation demand via structural equation analysis between factors was analyzed. The five factors established above were found to have a significant impact on passenger perceptions with regards to the restart of using air transport. It was found that people may consider resuming overseas travel with air transport, prior to the development of a COVID-19 cure or vaccine, corresponding to relaxed requirements for self-isolation if there is a fall in the number of confirmed cases. In addition, it was determined that the unconditional lifting of self-isolation requirements without considerations for the hygienic conditions of the destination has limitations in how much it will lead to the resumption of air travel. We hope that this study will serve as a starting point for other studies monitoring passenger behavior in the future and that it will lead to the development of sustainable strategies for recovering aviation demand.

Covid-19 stopped the World. When all humanity is worried about their health, is there still any room for technical sciences and environmental engineering? In this work, It will be proved, that the answer is yes. Major challenges, such as climate change, are still valid. In addition, being in a quarantine still we have access to clean water and electricity. Without these goods, our lives in these conditions would be much harder. Investments in renewable energy sources are still being carried out. Covid-19 will not bring the end of the World as such, but the end of the World as we know it. Some sectors of the economy (tourism, public transport, in particular air transport) may cease to exist and the service sector will face a deep recession. This means a gigantic economic crisis and retraction of the World development many years back.

Since Indonesian independence until now, state-owned enterprises have played a significant role in infrastructure development as well as the state's economy. The State conducts economic activities in the framework of the implementation of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) is a business entity wholly or largely owned by the state, through direct participation derived from separated state assets. If linked to the sector of land and air transport services, it can be seen from the facts in the field that the needs of public transportation is a requirement of society that continues to grow in accordance with the increasing level of community life. In this case, the service factor remains the preferred and planned in realizing consumer expectation and desires where seen in the fact that service in the field of land transportation sector and also air transportation tends to be minimal and not maximal yet. However, the availability of infrastructure is one of the vital aspects in accelerating the process of national development in various fields. The economic growth rate of a country can not be separated from the availability of infrastructure as a whole which is the foundation of sustainable economic development. Based on this matter, that in the future needed effort of holding state-owned enterprises in the framework of improving infrastructure, especially in the field of air transport and land transportation. The purpose of this writing is to describe the holding of SOEs from the perspective of law and SOE holding solutions in order to improve the service sector of land and air transport. The research method used in this study is a normative approach or a conseptual approach. The type of research used in this study is normative legal research, ie research focused on assessing the application of norms or norms in positive law regarding the holding of SOEs.

Abstract. Compared with other team settings, flight crew in air transport present a unique situation where the leader or supervisor regularly engages in active control. When the captain is assigned cognitively demanding pilot flying duties, the subordinate and often less experienced first officer must perform equally crucial monitoring and support duties. Using a systematic review methodology, this study reviews the reported effect of crew role assignment on flight safety outcomes. Our review identified 18 relevant studies and suggests crew performance factors linked to flight safety are affected by crew role assignment. Findings suggest a greater number of inherent obstacles may exist for optimal crew performance with the captain as pilot flying, raising the need for further specific research and policy review in this area.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of political connection toward the earnings management of service sector companies with control variables firm size and audit quality. Firms political connection measured by using dummy variable. Earnings management is proxied by discretionary accrual which is measured by using Modified Jones Model. The research data applied in this study are the secondary data which are taken from the annual reports of service sector companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange of 2016-2017 periods. There are 330 observations fit as sample, which are taken by using purposive sampling method. Data are processed by applying the multiple linear regression test. The result show that the political connection had positive but not significant influence to earnings management. Firm size had negative but not significant influence to earnings management. Whereas the audit quality had a negative and significant influence to earnings management.
