The more competition the e-commerce company and the development of technology company in Indonesia, website of Zalora Indonesia traffic rank declining. Measuring the quality of website by using WebQual 4.0 will help manage the web to be able to adjust the quality of the web with user perception.  The research aims to make design of Data Flow Diagram model to measure website quality using WebQual 4.0 based on user satisfaction variable. A case study was conducted on the Zalora Indonesia website. Data Flow model is used to make design of system model recommendation, while WebQual 4.0 method is used to measure website quality to user satisfaction. The research data using primary data in the form of questionnaires involving 384 respondents in the city of Bandung who had transacted on the website Zalora Indonesia. Data analysis technique applies descriptive analysis. Based on the research result on the quality of the website Zalora Indonesia, simultaneous positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website. t test result showed that three variables partially have a posotive impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website is usability quality, information quality and service interaction quality, with Information quality variable has largest impact. Therefore, the modeling system using the Context Diagram-Data Flow Diagram focused on information quality variable.

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

In achieving one of Brunei Vision 2035, which is to be among the top 10 in the world for quality of life, Ministry of Health (MOH) Brunei Darussalam has responded by implementing Brunei Healthcare Information and Management System (Bru-HIMS) that is equivalent to international best practices. Bru-HIMS has been implemented for about eight years since it first launched on 11 September 2012 where the outcome to user experience is unknown. Hence, this chapter investigates user satisfaction on Bru-HIMS specifically at RIPAS hospital and studies improvement towards providing quality healthcare in Brunei. DeLone and McLean Information System framework is applied to evaluate Bru-HIMS user satisfaction based on the six variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use and usage, perceived net benefits, and user satisfaction. Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain primary data from Bru-HIMS. The findings demonstrate positive relationships between the six variables, which indicates Bru-HIMS has positively influenced Bru-HIMS users.

Websites are being widely used for commercial purpose in both private and public sectors. The objective of the present study is to examine and analyze the quality of the website of the Indian Railways. The Indian Railways website quality was compared with a perceived ideal website. The attributes for assessing the website quality of a railways were developed on the basis of pertaining literature review, interview with some of the web site users and with personal observations. In the present study the mean value in case of the Indian Railways is 36.28 and in case of perceived ideal website the mean value is 45.06. The F-statistic value is 52.75. The result allows us to infer that the Indian Railways website quality is not on the mark compared to what the users expect in a perceived ideal website. The implication of the present study is that the Indian Railways should focus on the quality of its website for increased user satisfaction and for enhancing its image.

Saat ini, website JD.id termasuk ke dalam lima website e-commerce dengan jumlah visitor tertingggi di Indonesia, dan belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang mengukur tingkat kualitas website JD.id. Pengukuran kualitas suatu website berguna untuk menilai keseluruhan website e-commerce berdasarkan persepsi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengukuran kualitas website menggunakan metode webqual 4.0 berdasarkan variabel kepuasan pengguna dengan studi kasus website JD.id. Model Data Flow Diagram digunakan untuk membuat rancangan rekomendasi model sistem, sedangkan metode webqual 4.0 digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Data penelitian berupa kuesioner yang melibatkan 384 responden yang pernah bertransaksi di website JD.id. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai kualitas website JD.id, secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna website JD.id. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna website JD.id yaitu usability quality, information quality, dan service interaction quality, dengan variabel service interaction quality memiliki pengaruh terbesar. Oleh karena itu, pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Context Diagram dan Data Flow Diagram difokuskan pada variabel service interaction quality dengan penambahan entitas baru yaitu CS Komplain beserta prosesnya, yang meliputi prosedur, keluhan diproses, dan solusi. Selain itu, terdapat juga penggunaan Data store yang bernama Detail komplain.

The times and the role of information technology require libraries to innovate, one of the innovations made by libraries is a website. Website quality is currently a strategic issue that is used in communication and interaction with users. This research is intended to know quality of UPI Central Library Website relation with user satisfaction, especially bachelor students of Indonesia University of Education in the main campus of Bumi Siliwangi. One method of measuring the quality of a website can be done by using WebQual. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 method as the basis for measuring the quality of the web proposed by Barnes & Vidgen which consists of of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Meanwhile in order to measure user satisfaction uses the theory of importance-performance analysis by Martilla and James which consist of importance and performance. The method is use is Quantitative Method with correlational treatment Pearson Product Moment which is intended to treat causality between X and Y variables. The collecting data technique used questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. Sampling was conducted by simple random sampling technique using a population of 27,172 students and respondents as many as 394 students. The results of this study indicate that the web quality of the UPI Central Library on user satisfaction has a significant relationship, which means that the higher the quality of the web, the higher the satisfaction received.

Hukum Islam merupakan seperangkat norma atau peraturan yang bersumber dari Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk mengatur tingkah laku manusia di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Aktifitas yang kian padat menjadikan sebagian orang memiliki tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi. Terkadang hal yang tidak menjadi prioritas namun suatu keharusan bagi umat muslim terlalaikan, diantaranya yaitu mengenal dan menguasai hukum Islam dengan baik dan benar menjadi terabaikan bahkan terlupakan. Faktor penyebabnya adalah terbatasnya informasi, waktu maupun media untuk belajar, untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat khususnya umat muslim untuk mempelajari hukum Islam dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi Ayatul Ahkam Berbasis Web dirancang dengan menggunakan data flow diagram (DFD) dan penyimpanan data menggunakan database MySQL. Rancangan database menggunakan entity relationship diagram (ERD), conceptual diagram modelling (CDM), physical diagram modelling (PDM) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman hypertext preprocessor (PHP) serta menggunakan algoritma stemming Porter untuk pencarian. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian survey merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian berbasis survey membutuhkan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Selama ini peneliti atau surveyor melakukan pengumpulan data secara manual yaitu dengan  mencetak kuesioner dan menyebarkannya dengan mendatangi satu persatu responden. Hal ini memakan waktu yang lama dan biaya yang besar sehingga menjadi masalah utama yang dihadapi dalam pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu surveyor dalam melakukan survey secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  merancang dan membangun aplikasi kuesioner online berbasis web dengan meggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analysis, design, implementation, testing dan maintanance. Pemodelan sistem dan basis data meggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Bahasa Pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu, HTML, PHP, CSS, Java Script, dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam perancangan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dan skala guttman. Aplikasi ini memiliki 3 hak akses yaitu, admin, surveyor dan pengunjung/responden. Dengan adanya aplikasi diharapkan ini proses pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dapat lebih efektif dan efisien.

The Web is changing the information access processes and it is one of the most important information media. Thus, the developments on the Web are having a great influence over the developments on others information access instruments as digital libraries. As the development of digital libraries is to satisfy user need, user satisfaction is essential for the success of a digital library. The aim of this paper is to present a model based on fuzzy linguistic information to evaluate the quality of digital libraries. The quality evaluation of digital libraries is defined using users' perceptions on the quality of digital services provided through their Websites. We assume a fuzzy linguistic modeling to represent the users' perception and apply automatic tools of fuzzy computing with words based on the LOWA and LWA operators to compute global quality evaluations of digital libraries. Additionally, we show an example of application of this model where three Spanish academic digital libraries are evaluated by fifty users.

Penelitian dengan judul Sistem Informasi Hasil Produksi dan Penjualan Roti pada Usaha Dagang Lala Roti Kendari bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data hasil produksi dan penjualan roti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. perancangan alur sistem dengan menggunakan flowchart, perancangan proses sistem dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan perancangan database dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship (ER). Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah data jenis roti, data roti, data hasil produksi dan data penjualan. Output dari penelitian ini adalah laporan penjualan dan produksi dalam kurun waktu tertentu.
