The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

Batampos is the largest daily newspaper in riau islands spread from batam island, tanjung pinang, natuna even to singapore and malaysia. Along with the development of information technology and communications batampos also make a web site batampos newspaper to continue to provide convenience for its readers. The purpose of this research is to know how far the quality of Batampos website based on end user perception so that batampos site can increase the number of visitors and competition with similar website. This research method uses WebQual 4.0 that focuses on three main components namely usability, information quality and service interaction quality. Data collection method using primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed online amounted to 200 responden. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis with statistical calculations with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. Based on data processing can be seen that the user perception of Quality Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality independently have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction

This study aims to determine the influence of library facilities, librarian performance, and quality of information on user satisfaction (students). The respondents of this research are Batam State Polytechnic students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Test the research instrument by using the validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis tool is used to know how far library facilities (X1), librarian performance (X2), information quality (X3), to student satisfaction (Y). Partial research results indicate that library facility variables, librarian performance and information quality have positive and significant influence

The purpose of the study was to analyze the role of information systems consisting of system quality, information quality, ease of use, and user satisfaction on information systems on the effectiveness of employees' work. The study population was 221 employees at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, the number of samples in the study was 69 employees using the proportional random sample technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, ease of use and user satisfaction had an effect on employee work effectiveness. So the information system will simplify and speed up the implementation of the work if the quality of the system is considered, the quality of information, the ease of use, and ensures that users are satisfied. Research is limited to one organization, can be developed by involving broader research

This study aims to look at the effect of Price, Ease, Information Quality, Safety and Confidence variables on Online buying decisions. Data collection method using purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with independent variables namely price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust. The dependent variable used is an online purchasing decision. This study uses quantitative data with primary data sources. Primary data in question, obtained from the object of research directly by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that the price, convenience, quality of information, security and trust variables had a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously on the students of STIE Mandala Jember. The conclusion of this study was that price, ease, convenience, quality of information, security and trust influence online buying decisions. Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. In Indonesia, the largest income is through taxes to finance various state needs. Especially in the APBN, there is an important role that is owned by taxes, but tax revenues in the APBN in Indonesia have not been maximized. With not maximal tax revenue in Indonesia, discipline, awareness and compliance of taxpayers is very much needed to comply with applicable tax obligations. The purpose of this research is to be able to see the effect of socialization, sanctions, e-filing system, tariffs and quality of tax services on the compliance of individual UMKM taxpayers. This research uses quantitative primary data techniques. The population in this research is individual UMKM taxpayers registered at (KPP) Pratama Cimahi 2020 using convenience sampling and the sample used is 100 samples. This research uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 as the collection method. This research was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this research state that socialization, sanctions, e-filing system, tariffs and quality of tax service services simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant correlation to taxpayer compliance. In addition, the variables of socialization, sanctions and tariffs separately (partial) have a significant positive correlation with taxpayer compliance, but the variables of the e-filing system and service quality of the tax authorities separately (partial) do not have a significant correlation with taxpayer compliance

Pajak adalah kewajiban yang harus dibayar oleh masyarakat pada pemerintah untuk kegiatan pembangunan di segala bidang, Pajak dapat dikatakan keharusan atau kewajiban yang dibayar oleh masyarakat pribadi maupund badan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengenaan pajak pertambahan nilai, pajak penjualan atas barang mewah dan Pajak kendaraan bermotor tarif progresif terhadap daya beli konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat yang ditemui di kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Sulawesi Selatan,Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan sample Slovin,Teknik analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil peneltian  yaitu pengenaan PPN tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli konsumen, PPnBM mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, serta PKB tarif progresif berpengaruh positif pada daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat. Taxes are obligations that must be paid by the public to the government for development activities in all fields. Taxes can be said to be imperatives or obligations paid by private and maupund bodies of society. This study aims to analyze the effect of the imposition of value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods and progressive motor vehicle tax on consumer purchasing power. The population of this study is four-wheeled motor vehicle consumers found in the office of the South Sulawesi Regional Revenue Agency. Collecting data using primary data obtained from a questionnaire using the Slovin sample, the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. consumer purchasing power, PPnBM has a significant positive effect, and PKB progressive tariffs have a positive effect on the purchasing power of consumers of four-wheeled vehicles.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the Quality Government Apparatus, Regional Government Accounting System, Utilization of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Reporting of the Regional Government. Respondents in this study were 72 employees of the Regional Finance Agency of Sukoharjo Regency. Based on the results of processing primary data (questionnaires) with multiple linear regression analysis methods, F test and t-test has known that variables of the Quality Government Apparatus, Regional Government Accounting System, utilization of information technology simultaneously have a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting in the Regional Government. Partially the Quality Government Apparatus does not have a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting of the Regional Government, but the Regional Government Accounting System and Utilization of Information Technology has a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting in the Regional Government.</em></p>

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>Academic Information System is an online and interactive learning information system owned by universities. Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.
