The Cult of God’s Servants Romanian Martyr Bishops: between Canon Law and Liturgy. On the last day of his apostolic trip to Romania (May 31 - June 2, 2019), the Holy Father Pope Francis in the exercise of his canonical powers beatified seven Romanian Greek Catholic bishops who died in odium fidei in communist prisons. By proclaiming the formula for recognizing the martyrdom of these bishops, they are officially recognized as martyrs of the Church of Christ, and as such, according to the canonical discipline in force, they can enjoy the celebration of a public cult of worship. Their feast finds a stable place in the liturgical calendar of the Greek Catholic Church, June 2, and public worship regulated by both common law and the particular law of the Church becomes a liturgical constant that manifests the particular character of these servants of God. Starting from this canonical and liturgical premise, the present study tries to highlight some significant elements regarding the liturgical cult of these martyrs. Thus, a series of disciplinary realities are taken into account, which starting from the historical elements of the cult of saints, then highlights some particular aspects that the current procedure of declaring the martyrdom of God’s servants requires to regulate their public worship. Keywords: divine worship, worship, Servants of God, martyrs, liturgy, liturgical texts, blessed, cause of beatification, persecution.

Purpose of research. The purpose of the study is to develop a legal approach to assessing the social impact of such a phenomenon as social entrepreneurship. In accordance with the current legislation, social entrepreneurship is carried out in order to solve certain acute social problems facing society. There is an urgent need to assess to what extent this activity solves the task, in other words, to determine the level of social impact exerted by the category of social entrepreneurs. Currently, the current regulatory legal acts do not contain criteria for such an assessment. Conclusions. The analysis of certain types of social entrepreneurship and the current procedure for recognizing small and medium-sized businesses as social enterprises allowed us to identify quantitative indicators characterizing the social impact of certain types of social entrepreneurship. In addition, quantitative and qualitative indicators are proposed that can be used to evaluate those social enterprises whose activities cannot be evaluated on the basis of so-called "obvious" quantitative indicators. It is concluded that it is necessary to submit a report on the social impact of a small or medium-sized business entity applying for inclusion in the register of social entrepreneurs.

Abstract. Since 2013 the site search for a repository for highly radioactive waste has been taking place in Germany within the framework of a new governance architecture and under new political guidelines. Based on experiences with nuclear politics in the past, Jungk (1977) coined the term hard nuclear state, characterized by decisions made in a top-down manner. The Decide-Announce-Defend (DAD) strategy, which branded the nuclear state at that time, led to conflicts, mistrust of authorities and blockages. In particular, massive resistance developed against the planned final repository site at Gorleben. Nowadays, after more than 60 years deploying nuclear energy, the (energy) political balance of power has fundamentally changed. Parts of the anti-nuclear movement have been integrated into the political party system and have contributed significantly to the nuclear phase-out. In the course of this, the unfinished task of final disposal has been readdressed: with the Repository Site Selection Act (StandAG, 2017), which was passed in 2013 and amended in 2017, an ongoing process of public participation is stated. The site selection process is required to be learning, self-questioning, science-based, reversible, and participatory. The StandAG § 5 not only provides a basis for a fundamental dialogue between the regulator, the operator, and the public, but also for „co-design“ by common citizens. The StandAG considers various elements from different participation-friendly theories of democracy as well as specific governance concepts, which we refer to collectively as the soft nuclear repository state (cf. Brunnengräber, 2021). Its characteristics need to be worked out, as the StandAG only provides some indications, but no criteria, for what good and sufficient participation in the site selection process means and what its conditions for success should be. Based on preliminary considerations on democratic theory and governance aspects (part 1), we present what good participation could mean in the current procedure and what the framework conditions for good participation could be (part 2). Additionally, we present main findings from participatory observations from the ongoing site search process and identify conditions and indications of a successful future participation process based on the ongoing process (part 3). In the résumé, we turn to the question of which of the democracy-theoretical elements of the soft repository state are already recognizable in the present procedure, but also whether the current procedure provides additional indications towards the soft nuclear repository state (part 4).

A limited partnership or CV is a non-legal entity that is widely used in running a company which can be declared bankrupt. This paper aims to investigate further regarding the consequences of the end of bankruptcy on the existence of CV as a non-legal entity company where there is no separation of assets between CV and its partners. The research method used is juridical normative, using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, analyzed descriptively analytically. The results of the study reveal that in CV bankruptcy, CV, complementary and limited partners, as for the bankruptcy board, are CV's assets, allies 'original assets and allies' original assets if bound in marriage without a marriage agreement, and joint assets. CV can operate again if the bankruptcy ends in peace or insolvency followed by a grant of rehabilitation. It is based on the current procedure that bankruptcy against the debtor can end because of peace or insolvency which further entitles the debtor to rehabilitation through a process that does not regulate how long the process is and the requirements for a bankruptcy declaration can result in a solvent company being declared bankrupt resulting in general confiscation of the debtor's and debtor's assets no longer operational, it is very detrimental to the debtor. On the other hand, the existence of general confiscation of the debtor's assets which becomes a guarantee for the repayment of the creditors' receivables requires certainty about who can be requested to be declared bankrupt.

During the life cycle of production facilities in the body shop, layout changes are continuously taking place, but the layout data is not getting updated. When the plant planners want to reuse the production systems, they face major challenges. In this article, the current procedure for inventory recording in industrial practice is used to show which information and effort are required to update the layout data with respect to equipment location or orientation updates in production plants.
