The Relationship

The research was conducted to develop a music model based on local wisdom at Cikondang village, Pangalengan, West Java. The research problem was that, along with the changing times, the next generation tended to ignore the values of local wisdom. Therefore, through music learning, the values of art could be understood and actualized in everyday life. Music (nembang and ngabeluk) became a medium to express values in pupuh verses which contained wawacan about the relationship between man and their God, man, and others, and man and their surroundings. The data collection was done using observation, interview, and literature review then analyzed with the music education approach. The obtained results reveal that the learning process of seni beluk in Cikondang Village has taken place in the context of community education which is done informally, and formed naturally. There is no invitation or coercion from the elders to the next generation to learn this art form. Meanwhile, for people from the next generation who has a passion for learning. The learning steps do not only train their techniques, but they also learn about the values ingrained in the pupuh verses.

This paper reviews some of the changes and developments that have occurred in music education over the last decade, following Hargreaves and North’s (2001) international review. I describe some recent developments in England, in which change has been very rapid, and in which education has had a high political profile, and then consider the three main issues which emerged from our international review, namely curriculum issues; the aims and objectives of music education; and the relationship between music in and out of school. I go on to describe two theoretical models which were developed as a result of my work with the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) in England: these are models of the different opportunities in music education, and of its intended outcomes. The first of these reveals the importance of the differences between formal and informal music learning, both of which can take place inside as well as outside schools. I conclude by reflecting on the power and ubiquity of music in young people’s everyday lives, which mean that music education policy should reflect and capitalize upon this power.

Akhlak mulia merupakan cerminan dari kepribadian seseorang, selain moralitas unggul akan dapat membawa seseorang ke martabat yang tinggi. Akhir-akhir ini, akhlak yang baik adalah barang mahal dan sulit ditemukan. Membentuk pribadi berakhlak mulia harus ditanamkan paada anak sejak usia dini, karena pembentukannya akan lebih mudah daripada setelah anak tumbuh dewasa. Buku Al-Akhlaq lil Banat membahas beberapa akhlak untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan, lingkungan keluarga yang baik, sekolah atau masyarakat. Hal ini akan membentuk pribadi-santun sesuai dengan petunjuk Al Qur'an. Penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur. Untuk mendapatkan data yang representatif digunakan studi pustaka untuk mencari, mengumpulkan, membaca, dan menganalisa buku-buku yang ada relevansinya dengan masalah penelitian. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam proses pendidikan, materi dalam buku al-Akhlaq lil Banat dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Materi yang disajikan dalam buku ini tidak hanya mengacu pada hubungan antara manusia dan Tuhan (transendental), tetapi juga pada hubungan antara manusia (antroposentris), seperti moralitas kepada orang tua, saudara, tetangga, teman sebaya dan juga untuk adab atau tata cara , sopan santun seperti mengunjungi, berjalan, bepergian, dan sebagainya. Noble character is a reflection of one’s personality, in addition to the superior morality will be able to bring someone to the high dignity. Lately, a good manner is costly and hard to find. To form a noble personal, moral cultivation against children should be encouraged from an early age, since its formation will be easier than after the child’s adulthood. Al-Akhlaq lil Banat book discusses some manners to apply in life, good family environment, school or community. It will create private-mannered accordance with the guidance of the Qur’an. It is a kind of literature review. To obtain representative data in the discussion, it is used library research to find, collect, read, and analyze the books with no relevance to the research problem. To achieve success in the educational process, the material in the book al-Akhlaq lil Banat can be used as a reference in order to achieve educational success. The material presented in this book is not only refers to the relationship between man and God (transcendental), but also on the relationship between humans (anthropocentric), such as morality to parents, relatives, neighbors, peers and also to the adab or ordinances, such manners visit, walking, traveling, and so forth.  Kata kunci:    konsep pendidikan Islam, al-Akhlaq lil Banat, pribadi shalihah

The relationship between a parent and a teacher can be fraught with difficulties because of role conflicts that may result from the negotiations that occur between them. We synthesized recent perspectives drawn from the research literature on parent-teacher relationships with that of role theory, and aim to demonstrate how the current research literature can be used to describe the roles of parents and teachers and their relationship to one another in music lessons. Our findings indicate that parents often play multiple roles such as home supervisors, supporters, providers, role models, partners in education, and consumers, whereas teachers may play the roles of professional musicians, educators, partners in education, and role models. We argue that roles should be understood as resulting from interaction and negotiation between parties in a relationship, and suggest that concepts from role theory are helpful tools for the reconceptualization of parents’ and teachers’ roles.

The rise of e-commerce has brought considerable changes to the relationship between firms and consumers, especially within international business. Hence, understanding the use of such means for entering foreign markets has become critical for companies. However, the research on this issue is new and so it is important to evaluate what has been studied in the past. In this study, we conduct a systematic review of e-commerce and internationalisation studies to explicate how firms use e-commerce to enter new markets and to export. The studies are classified by theories and methods used in the literature. Moreover, we draw upon the internationalisation decision process (antecedents-modalities-consequences) to propose an integrative framework for understanding the role of e-commerce in internationalisation

RESUMOA incidência do câncer de pele vem aumentando a cada ano. Sabe-se que entre outros fatores, a radiação solar é a principal responsável pelo desenvolvimento dessa patologia. A prevenção, feita através da fotoproteção, teria grande impacto nesse cenário. No entanto, as orientações sobre como se proteger dos malefícios do sol devem ser coerentes com a incidência solar da região, os hábitos da população e o fototipo da pele. Os conceitos sobre fotoproteção foram definidos por entidades européias e norte americanas e não devem ser reproduzidos para o Brasil de forma aleatória, pois a incidência solar no Brasil é muito maior, a população tem fototipos diferentes e o hábito de se expor ao sol é muito mais frequente. Portanto, faz-se necessário elaborar conceitos próprios para o Brasil e conscientizar a população sobre os perigos da radiação solar para que a incidência do câncer de pele reduza definitivamente. Essa revisão visa mostrar a relação da radiação solar no Brasil com a pele dos brasileiros e evidenciar a importância da fotoproteção para essa população. Para isso foi feito um levantamento de artigos originais, revisões de literatura, consensos brasileiros e internacionais e livros de dermatologia.Palavras-chave: Fotoproteção, Câncer de pele, Exposição solar, Radiação ultravioleta, Vitamina D. ABSTRACTThe incidence of skin cancer is increasing every year. It is known that among other factors, solar radiation is the main responsible for the development of this pathology. Prevention, made by photoprotection, would have great impact in this scenario. However, the guidelines on how to protect themselves from the sun's harmful effects should be consistent with the sunlight of the region, the habits of the population and the phototype skin. The concepts of photoprotection were defined by European and North American entities and should not be played for Brazil at random, as the solar incidence in Brazil is much higher, people have different skin types and the habit of sun exposure is much more frequent. Therefore, it is necessary to draw up own concepts for Brazil and raise awareness about the dangers of solar radiation, so that the incidence of skin cancer can be definitely reduced. This review aims to show the relationship of solar radiation in Brazil with the skin of Brazilian and to highlight the importance of sun protection for this population. With this purpose, it was  made a survey of original articles, literature reviews , Brazilian and international consensus and dermatology books.Keywords: Photoprotection, Skin cancer, Sun exposure, Ultraviolet radiation, D vitamin.
