Our research goal was to examine cognitive functions parameters in dynamics among workers employed at an oil extracting facility depending on their work experience under exposure to adverse occupational factors. We estimated cognitive functions in 292 oil and gas extraction operators who were exposed to adverse occupational factors (aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide, occupational noise, labor hardness, and adverse microclimate). The reference group consisted of 65 administrative workers employed at the same enterprise. All the examined people were males aged 20–65; they were divided into several sub-groups depending on their work experience: the 1st subgroup, work experience shorter than 10 years; the 2nd subgroup, 10–20 years; the 3rd sub-group, longer than 20 years. All the subgroups were comparable as per average age (р>0.05). Nervous systems diseases that caused cognitive deficiency were a criterion for exclusion from the research groups. We performed neural-psychological examination using «NS-Psychotest» computer complex («Concept exclusion», short term memory tests for pictures and figures, square number test). To analyze dependence between cognitive disorders and work experience duration in the test and reference groups, we calculated relative risk and its 95% confidence interval (results are given as RR (95% CI)). We also performed one-factor linear regression analysis of dependence on work experience separately for each parameter of examined cognitive functions. Oil and gas extraction operators tended to have 1.3–1.6 times lower cognitive flexibility, picture and number memory, and attention than people who worked under permissible working conditions at their work places. Oil and gas extraction operators with their work experience being equal or exceeding 10 years ran more than 5 times higher risk of cognitive disorders; memory, attention, and analytical activity parameters were lower among them 2–3 times more frequently. Basing on relative risk calculation and one-factor linear regression analysis, we established a correlation between cognitive disorders development and work experience duration. Periodical medical examinations provided for oil and gas extraction operators should include neural-psychological tests that assess memory, attention, and cognitive flexibility since it will allow diagnosing cognitive dysfunction at an early (pre-dementia) stage and revealing people with its minimal signs for further profound examination, prevention activities, and occupational examination.

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Work Experience and Work Discipline on Financial Management Performance at Halu Oleo University. Respondents in this study were all employees who served as financial managers at Halu Oleo University. The total respondents were 106 people. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed through SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that education and training have t (t-sig) of 0,000 which means that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has t (t-sig) of 0.118 which means that work experience has no effect and is not significant on performance financial managers, work discipline has t (t-sig) of 0.031 which means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The conclusions in this study are education and training, work experience and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Education and training have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has no effect and is not significant on the performance of financial managers and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers in

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Performance, Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against Occupation At the Institute National Zakat Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of the ratio and difference test by using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation result of F test performed with SPSS version 17 above , the F value calculated at 140 376 . So that the calculated F value is greater than the F table is 2,53 significance value obtained was 0,000 , so the significance value is less than the value of α is 0.05 . Because ( F count> F table = ( 140 376 > 2.53 ) and ( sig < α = 0.000 < 0.05 ) . So there is a significant influence variables Job Performance , Employee Competence and Experience Work Campaign Against the Occupation . Based on the results of T test showed that the variables affect the Job Performance Job Promotion, Promotion influential Variable Position Employee Competence , Work Experience Further variables affect the Promotion Department.

The quality of the audit results is the most important of the auditing process of a financial statement. With good audit quality, the financial statements can be used as a basis for making decisions for the company and trustworthy other parties concerned with the financial statements. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of work experience and audit firm size on audit quality as well as the moderate influence of organizational commitment. The sample used amounted to 53 respondents with saturated sampling method. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the work experience and audit firm size had a positive effect on the audit quality, while the result of moderation regression analysis showed that the organizational commitment was not able to moderate the influence of work experience on audit quality and organizational commitment to reinforce the influence of the audit firm size on audit quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence, professional expertise, and work experience on the performance of Koperasi Serba Usaha. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that independence, professional expertise, work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Multipurpose Cooperative supervisors in East Denpasar Sub-District. Adjusted R2 is 0.831. This shows that 83.1% of the variation in supervisor performance can be explained by the variables of independence, professional expertise, and work experience, while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables outside the model. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di  Desa Pasui Kecamatan Buntu Batu Kabupaten Enrekang dari juli sampai Agustus. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan usaha tahu tempe studi kasus Cahaya Putri/Restu di Desa Pasui, Kecamatan Buntu Batu, Kabupaten Enrekang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda .Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 25 responden. Hasil penelitian kemudian di analisis menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu harga bahan baku sebesar 0,018 dan jumlah gaji karyawan dengan signifikan 0,033. Hasil Uji R Square menunjukkan bahwa variabel  yang di teliti hanya berpengaruh  39,2% terhadap jumlah produksi usaha tahu tempe sedangkan 60,8% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak di teliti seperti tenaga kerja, bahan baku, pengalaman bekerja,kepuasan kerja karyawan dan modal. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pasui, Buntu Batu District, Enrekang District from July until  August 2017. The objective of this research is to know what factors at start increase the effort to tofu tempe of Cahaya Putri / Restu case study in Pasui Village, Buntu Batu Sub-District, Enrekang Regency. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Methods of data collection used are observation, questionnaire and interview. The number of samples in this study were 25 respondents. The results were then analyzed using SPSS 21 for windows. The result of this research which have significant effect that is raw material price equal to 0,018 and amount of salary of employees with significant 0,033. The result of R Square test shows that the variables in the research only influence 39,2% to the total production of tempeh tofu business, while 60,8% is influenced by other unconscionable variable such as work tenga, raw material, work experience, employee work satisfaction and capital .

Damri Lampung Public Company is a company located on Jalan Captain Abdul Haq No.  28, Bandar Lampung which was established as a Public Transportation Bus company within the City and between Cities or Provinces.  In Damri Lampung Public Company, several problems occur including: lack of motivation, personal character problems, self-concept problems, lack of knowledge and skills.  The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Competency and Work experience simultaneously and partially on the Quality of HR. With a total of 118 respondents, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. To determine the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable, the t test is used.  Whereas to determine the effect of the dependent variable simultaneously, the F-test is used. The analysis technique uses SPSS 16.0.  The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the t-count is 1.768 while the F-test show a value of 105.349 with the R square value in this research is 0.647 or 64.7%.  The results of this research indicate that competency and work experience have a significant effect on the quality of human resources. Di Perusahaan Umum Damri Lampung terjadi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: motivasi yang kurang, masalah karakter pribadi, masalah konsep diri, minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kualitas SDM. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 118 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, digunakan uji t. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dependen secara simultan, digunakan uji-F. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0,. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa t-hitung adalah 1,768 sedangkan uji-F diperoleh nilai sebesar 105,349 dengan nilai R square pada penelitian ini adalah 0,647 atau 64,7 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas SDM. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Kualitas SDM
