$e wordings presented by us do not belong to the most popular either in theNew Testament or in the afore-mentioned so-called authentic epistles of St. Paulthe Apostle. It does not mean, however, that they do not have those meanings.God’s word, also by their assistance, tells us about our human life. At this currentstage, we did not manage to possess this gi~ in full, which eternally stays withGod, or eternal salvation. Simultaneously, we are aware, however, that togetherwith the coming of Christ, our situation radically changed for the better. Weare not slaves anymore of such powers as sin or death. It is true that our liberationis neither complete nor final yet. We cannot go to the other extreme, however, and not to admit that we do not belong to them, that Life stays behindus, that He is already an absolute Lord now and Lord of us, ourselves and of allthis, which was created (cf. e.g. Philippians %:&2). In other words, following theApostle of nations, we could describe our current situation in the followingway. As Christians we are already in Christ (Greek: en Christô). In temporality, however, we are the successors of Adam: just as if our fates became “closed”,“programmed” in Adam. We remain beings limited by Death. We still andcontinually experience a frightening burden of its reign. Repeating the wordsof St. Paul we may reflect this aspect of our existence in temporality, reachingfor the expression “in death” as we still belong in its zone. We also “live” in itin some way. However, this is not everything. Our temporal life also has otheraspects. $us, to reflect on them, the Apostle will refer to the mystery of law /Law and to the mystery of what is material, in particular in man himself, to the mystery of thebody (Greek: sôma and sarx). As we noticed, also the last threemay be something negative, captivating a man, not least serving for his good.A man, waiting for his meeting with Christ, or already living with this meeting,is also a living being, also in a pejorative sense, in body (en sômati and en sarki). We can state the same about another of God’s gi~s, about law / Law, as well asabout order, which the Apostle reflects on by the expression “in law” / “in Law”.As we noticed, such a defined image is not unanimously negative. A manliving in a described situation has not lost his chance yet. He needs salvation andmay obtain it. When it occurs, his situation changes. $e transition is radical, although usually a given person gradually experiences it. It is o~en dividedinto their entire life. Most frequently the old order does not disappear at once.It becomes partially abolished, annihilated. It partially becomes transformed, cured. It partially influences us as well. Our temporality is such. And just as such,it constitutes time and place of salvific work of God and an integral part of theDivine economy. And it frequently outgrows our potential of understanding, reminding us at the same time about the place and role of faith, hope and love. One of the aspects of the Pauline vision of salvific work could be presentedin a great outline in this way. It is noticeable in a specific, interesting way in thewordings we come across in e.g. the so-called authentic epistles of St. Paul theApostle. $is, expressed by them, being God’s Word, refers not only to peopleliving in the Apostle’s time. It concerns people of all times. It concerns us also.

The article is devoted to the consideration of problems of crime prevention by operational units of correctional institutions (hereinafter referred to as IA). The author, revealing the role of the operational departments of the IA in the general prevention of offences, points to its twofold. On the one hand, the units under consideration have significant advantages over other services of the institution in identifying negative factors (these are tacit methods of obtaining promptly meaningful information). On the other hand, not all conditions conducive to the commission of crimes in IA can be eliminated by operational means: For example, shortcomings in the activities of other departments and services (security department, duty shift, etc.). The study of special literature has made it possible to identify problems in the activities of heads of correctional institutions in the sphere of implementation of solutions in case of lack of objective and complete information on the state of the operational situation in IA, the current situation, the results of the activities of structural subdivisions; No forecast of the development of the crime situation in IE; Professional incompetence of managers, inability to objectively assess the results of activities of structural subdivisions. The author pays particular attention to the analysis of statistics on crimes committed and prevented by persons in detention.

"Reflections on the concept of objective art in the context of contemporary art. Objective art communicates about the human being and his/her place in the universe, about the cosmic laws and the role they play in human life and provide clues as to how man can relate to them. From literary sources attesting to the idea that art in its origin had the role of transmitting knowledge to future generations, we deduce that in ancient times all art forms could be read like a book, and those who knew how to read, fully understood the meaning of the knowledge that was incorporated in these art forms. Nevertheless, there are two forms of art, one very different from the other: objective art and subjective art. Everything that we call art today is subjective art. Objective art is the authentic work resulted from the deliberate, premeditated efforts of a conscious artist. In the act of his creation, the artist avoids or eliminates any subjective or arbitrary element and the impression that such a work evokes in others is always defined. Keywords: objective art, the art of antiquity, contemporary art "

I dispute the claim that the disclosure of the life-world by phenomenology is an accomplishment of 'permanent' significance. By briefly reviewing the meaning of the "world" and "life-world" in the writings of Husserl, Gurwitsch, Schutz-Luckmann, Ortega, Heidegger, Jonas, Straus, Sartre and Merleau-Ponty, I show that they all treat the world, or rather the affairs which comprise it, as passively present whether viewed as a mental acquisition or as the "Other." But the meaning of the world-as that wherein are met physical demands upon us which must be satisfied if we are to continue living-cannot be considered either as a mental acquisition or as something that is "other" and over against us. A living being as living cannot fail to attend to the agency of the affairs of which the life-world consists, as well as one's own exploring and coping actions. If we are to really speak of life, then we must acknowledge the mutual and reciprocal activities of living beings and world.

Irenaeus wrote his two extant works chiefly to distinguish right faith from the various contemporary forms of “Gnostic” Christianity, which challenged the goodness and relevance of the material world, the body, and human institutions, promising instead secret, deeper knowledge of salvation in Christ that was available only to an elite. In response, Irenaeus affirmed the unity and constant providence of God in history, the narrative and doctrinal unity of the Hebrew Bible and the chief Christian documents, the personal unity of Christ as Son of God and son of Mary, and the worldwide unity of the church and its tradition of teaching. Origen of Alexandria also focused his efforts on correcting Gnostic understandings. The role of Christ, as God’s Word made flesh, is the heart of human redemption, revealing in his own biblical “titles” his identity as mediator between the unknowable Father and a straying humanity.

Eka Hendry Ar., Sharing the Role of Peace. Pontianak: IAIN Pontianak Press, 2016 The tragedy of Habil’s death in the hands of Qabil shows that from the very beginning of human life on earth, it has been filled by conflict. It is a necessity in our lives. Just like crime and good, peace and conflict are also two things that continue to fill the human life. Then, can we materialize true peace where there is no conflict in it? This book, Sharing Role of Peace begins with a very philosophical study. It is like inviting the reader to reflect again on the meaning of peace and conflict. Both are a paradox. In contrast to each other, but they need each other. Conflict is caused by the realization of a peace which requires the non-existence of conflict. If there is a conflict, then peace will be gone. But on the other hand, they also need each other. Peace requires conflict as a driver of change for the better. Conflict requires peace as the ultimate goal.

In the socioprofessional as well as the educational context, hybrid communication has experienced an explosion and exerted strong influence not only on our psychic but also on our physical existence. In this context, cybernetics makes it possible to exploit the mechanism of control and interaction among people in continuous motion. With the integration of digital media in all aspects of human life, the exchange of digital data is continuously spreading without neglecting that these new modes of communication and collaboration can also determine our senses as well as our behavior by exerting influence not only on our perceptions and thoughts but also on our mentality. On the other hand, human capacities linked to psychomotor factors make it possible to cultivate critical thinking, sense of responsibility and cooperation. However, the risk of disturbances could lead to a gap of psychomotor investment. Above all, it is necessary to take into account social cognition and the role of memory in online interactions and learning techniques with the uses of computer systems, because the memorization of actual experiences becomes profound, if we perceive each situation in a state of strong emotional involvement.

The article outlines two traditions of philosophical thought proposing each their understanding of human rights. The significance of these two traditions goes beyond the question of rights and touches on the role of morality in human life. One tradition considers that humans have limited social obligations towards each other in order to ensure peaceful co-existence, while the other tradition considers moral perfection an essential aim of social life, thus enabling man to realize its humanity. This outline is attended by a critique of Samuel Moyn’s book The Last Utopia. Finally, the article proposes a third conception based on autonomy.

Nowadays media has developed broadly and it consists of several television networks, press, radio, etc. On the one side, such media development has positive impact, but on the other side, it has negative impact which affects education and formation of new generations. As a basketballer and trainer of young ages I will focus in the role of media in the education of children from the sports point of view. Technological and economic development after the ‘90s brought with it a new approach: - unequal broadcasting of television programmes for all the sports disciplines, because in our country, for economic interests, only football is covered and such abuse goes to the point of using the term “sports news” and the only news is about football, or even Albanian sports newspaper in which the only information is about football. Wouldn’t it be better to say “Albanian football” instead?! The contrary one finds in the “Albanian sports” which pages cover all sports. Moreover, such phenomenon has negative impact on the education of generations that increasing are dreaming about football, spend money about football, avoid other alternatives thinking that football is the only way to have a luxury living, being rich and famous.

Culture, gender and religion are closely linked each other’s, profoundly affect the role of each person within the Society, and also affect the ability to access to the health resources. We are now living a worldwide crisis due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. In order to appropriately tackle it, an alliance between science, politics and citizens is needed. In this article, we summarize current evidences of how religions can represent, on one hand, a risk moment for spreading the virus (in relation with overcrowded events), on the other, a precious opportunity to engage people, and in particular minorities, in fighting the pandemic. To win this fight, we need a multicultural approach that takes into account every aspect of human life, and among these religion, which influences so much culture, everyday life and well-being.
