The article discusses the tasks of formation and selection to support management decisions when monitoring the technical condition of radio electronic systems. Responsible systems require more accurate estimates, which are obtained from all available information, including the behavior of parameters in the tolerance field. The model of the technological control system of the responsible-purpose system, the organizational-technological model of the technological control system control for the organization of the intelligent decision-making support system are given. The composition of parameters, criteria, constraints and mathematical models of optimization are given. A multi-criteria model of support for management decisions is presented in general form and interpreted as a utility function. Representing this function in a multilinear form makes it possible to take into account the specifics of the process and apply additive and multiplicative functions. The presented optimization models are the basis for creating databases, knowledge bases and the necessary operational rules to support management decisions.

The semantic models for the representation of control machines in the knowledge bases of control devices of control systems are considered. The principles of setting the names of elements of sets of states, inputs and outputs of the automaton, as well as methods for describing the functions of automata in terms of these names are described. Examples of semantic models of control machines are given.

This study implements the auto start control system on an electric motor 3 phase C4Feeding pump when the discharge pressure is low-low (4.3 kg /cm²). The C4 feeding pumpmotor was initially manually operated from the local control station, this was very ineffectiveand inefficient because it still relied on the field operator to operate the pump motor and whenthe plant was in normal operating it is very risk if the field operator late to operate motor then itwill impact to quality of the product, and if the delay time to operate motor is too long then planthave to shut down, therefore improvement is needed in the C4 feeding pump motor controlsystem. In this paper, various types of 3-phase motor control are explained which allow it to beapplied to the C4 feeding pump motor that are on-off, inverter, and variable speed drive andefficient selection of the three systems control of the motor. Software and hardware used in thisthesis work are DCS CENTUM VP Yokogawa.

Modern radio-electronic systems (RES) of weapons and military equipment (WME) are more functionally and structurally sophisticated that results in high requirements for their effective operation organisation. Insufficient level of technical knowledge among RES WME operational and maintenance personnel often results in increase of operability restoration period of these items in case of failures. This, in its turn, results in decrease of the readiness level of the RES WME pieces. In order to reduce duration of the RES WME restoring repair in case of failures, methods and tools of the auto-mated informational support of the operational and maintenance personnel activities related to the WME operation and restoring repair are developed. This article is devoted to development of a model of the automated informational support of the personnel activities in order to find rational options of the RES WME maintenance and repair organisation. The study results related to feasibility evaluation and development of the automated technical operation system model for the radio-electronic equipment incorporated in the AD WME are provided.

The article considered the assessment of the technical condition of a petal bearing with adjustable stiffness. A schematic diagram of bearing stiffness control is presented. Revealed a constructive solution providing rigidity adjustment. For a qualitative assessment of the technical condition, a petal bearing was modeled in the VATCAD environment. The schematic diagram and block diagram of the control system of the experimental stand for assessing the technical condition of the petal bearing are described. Recommendations are given for the further application of the concept of assessing the technical condition of petal bearings.

The intensive development of autonomous underwater robotic complexes is very important for the development of the World Ocean. One of the main problems of using underwater robotic complexes is an increase searching efficiency of underwater devices based on the integration of the capabilities of onboard radio-electronic systems of obtaining information in various physical fields. Analyzing the physical basis of the search, including the consideration of the environment of its conduct, objects, as well as detection tools, it can be noted that the result of the search operations of the same objects in the same water areas for various underwater robotic complexes depends on what means of detection they are equipped. The presence of a certain set of the technical means will specify the development of the optimal sequence of actions of the search algorithm. The creation of such algorithms in relation to the task of increasing the search potential of underwater robotics will determine the direction of the research that ensures the formation of an optimal system of underwater search. Efficient use of search resources substantiates the conclusion that radio-electronic means of submersibles forming the system of underwater search, include the number of devices functionally interconnected for its effective conduct. The specified combination is aimed at the formation of the so-called integrated search system, which provides an exchange of information between different channels of searching devices about all objects detected. The article provides proposals for the creation of integrated search systems taking into account practical experiments and experience in designing underwater vehicles capable to implement the optimal system of underwater search using laser technologies.
