Power plants as electricity producers need to be maintained using monitoring performance and continuous improvements. Company management of power plant is difficult to make a decision for the continuous improvement, requires Performance Measurement Tools (PMT) to determine the performance of a gas engine power plant. PMT developed using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that was defined through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with different field of expertise in company and based on references and the weighting of KPI criterion that was developed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study has developed the weight of KPI that the weight of each criterion which will be used as a reference is Rank 1 – Power Output (MW) – PO (70.81%), Rank 2 – Heat Rate (Btu/kWh) – HR (14.91%), Operating Ratio (%) – OR (8.06%) and Rank 4 – Capacity Factor (%) – CF (6.22%).

The Construction and Demolition (C&D) industry is very close to various waste management issues as the generation of waste is inevitable in every construction. In Indonesia, to make an applicable implementation of C&D Waste Management, the improvement must be made by looking into the actual field process. The improvement uses DMAIC as the lean tools and VSM to state the current process of material from its delivery on the site into a waste. Waste that is being monitored is the most used materials in the case study project which are concrete. A notable project was taken for the study as it will help other structure projects to imitate the down-to-earth future state, aiming at the reduction of waste generation rate and also business process improvement. The result shows that the process of concrete from orders to waste took eight steps, and three of them are improved, producing 3% lesser waste from the current state. The best scenario WGR were analyzed to also answer the stakeholder interest within the case study.

Autonomous Haul System (AHS) has been widely developed in the world since 2007. The main objective of AHS is to eliminate human factors, so that AHS productivity is much higher compared to manned dump trucks. The use of AHS in Indonesia will impact the sustainability index of open pit coal mines. Implementation AHS will affect with slightly higher sustainability index than manned haul trucks, AHS sustainability index is 78,712 and manned haul truck is 74,966. However, there are two sustainability dimensions when using AHS will go decrease, those dimensions are the social and economic dimensions, and AHS will be increasing sustainability index for Ecology, Legal dan Infrastructure Technology.

PT United Tractors building has received a Platinum predicate for the Greenship New Building Category. However, the more advanced the development and growth of the company, research must continue to be done to see if the building is still feasible in its current condition. The method used in this research is to compare the condition of the existing building with the Greenship New Building Assessment tool. After comparisons, a new category suitability analysis was carried out for existing buildings. The analysis was carried out by direct measurement methods, interviews and using secondary data. From the results of the study, the PT United Tractors building received a Gold rating, because it met five building eligibility requirements, including Appropriate Site Development, Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Water Conservation, Material Resources and Cycle, Indoor Air Health and Comfort. The assessment of the suitability of the criteria in each category showed a result of 65 points (57%). For this reason, it needs improvement in order to reach the highest point in Platinum rank.

The government continues to encourage efforts to increase renewable energy, one of which is by issuing a ministerial regulation of energy and mineral resources (MEMR) 49/2018 with amendments no. 13/2019 and 16/2019. The key points of this policy are reducing the constant in charge capacity for industry, simplifying the licensing process and the existence of operating permits and certificates of operation feasibility, as well as compensation for export credit of 65% which is still deemed unfavorable. As of October 2020, 2,566 solar PV rooftop customers have registered, with a total capacity of 18.19 MWp. This research aims to not only analyze the gap policy, but also to make a case study in a Leading Heavy Equipment Company in Indonesia building on the existing PV rootop policy. By using a web-based simulation that is Helio Scope and the calculation of investment feasibility, the results are not economically profitable. This is due to the high investment value, interest rate value, and other parameters.

The purpose of this research is to improve talent performance through an integrated development program to nurture and increase company competitiveness. Research is carried out by identifying problems and analyzing the factors that affect talent performance and then designing a system to fix the existing problems. From the analysis of existing data, we find that improving talent performance requires a comprehensive approach. From this research we can also conclude that an integrated learning system is very effective in increasing competence and talent performance. The combination of formal and informal learning, theory and practice provides an effective learning system.

In running a business in a company, a management system is needed to determine every company's decision making by considering environmental protection and development, occupational safety and health. By applying AGC (occupational safety and health and environment), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (occupational safety and health) and other management systems. With so many management systems implemented by companies, there is a need for integration between management systems, especially during audits. With the existence of an integrated internal audit tool, it can be more effective and efficient in running a management system that is widely implemented. Duplication of work and documents can be avoided in conducting internal audits. Therefore, it is necessary to have an integrated internal audit tool for readiness to conduct an audit from external parties.

Product support services have an important role in the heavy equipment business because they are long-term relationship builder with customers which affects sales of heavy equipment. In product support services, mechanic has a dominant influence because apart from being a service provider, mechanic is also front liner who shapes customer perceptions regarding product support services. It makes mechanic as a top priority in the company's competency development programs. The main problem is how to align the mechanic development program with customer satisfaction. This study aims to arrange a competency development framework in the form of qualification standard which confirmed with customer satisfaction using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The correlation between qualification standard with customer satisfaction is analyzed by regression analysis on the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Ωnyq software. The finding of this research is the qualification standard with comprehensive requirements in Technical Operating Competency (TOC), Business Management Competency (BMC) and Behavior Competency (BC) has better and consistent impact on customer satisfaction.

The availability and readiness of heavy equipment depends on the level of product support. Product support as after sales service is important for customers to ensure that heavy equipment purchased is always ready for use and produces optimal production. Leadtime and mechanic speed in solving problems that occur in equipment and the so called On Time in Full Solution (OTIF Solution) affects the usability and productivity of equipment. Performance OTIF Solution affects Product Support Performance, and this affects the level of customer satisfaction. The development of mechanic competencies through competency-based training and problems in the field with reference to the Special Work Competency Standards is a strategy to increase the ability and speed of mechanics to solve problems that occur in machines in order to get good OTIF Solution performance. This research aims to determine the impact of increasing competence. mechanic through training with a competency-based curriculum on product performance support. This research was conducted by providing training with the blended learning method with training modules for machines with under-target OTIF Solution performance. The results showed that after mechanics received training, the OTIF Solution increased from the previous 2 years. namely 89% and 88% below the target of 90% to 93%.

Drum testing is equipment to test tire capability in the highway prototype in the tire company. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is used to measure the productivity of the equipment. OEE has declined and has not achieved the target from Jun 2019 until June 2020. The objectives of this research are to determine the fixed parameter in the OEE calculation at the Drum Testing and to increase the OEE for achieving the company target. Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) help to identify potential failure mode and its consequences, and formulate a solution to achieve the OEE target by improving the drum testing machine. Furthermore, an ideal target should be customized based on the manufacturing year and brand of the machine. This research showed PFMEA and FMEA successfully improve the OEE efficiency for five machines increases the average OEE from 53.6% to 67.2%.
