EVALUATION OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE FLAPE BEARING WITH ADJUSTABLE RIGIDITY

The article considered the assessment of the technical condition of a petal bearing with adjustable stiffness. A schematic diagram of bearing stiffness control is presented. Revealed a constructive solution providing rigidity adjustment. For a qualitative assessment of the technical condition, a petal bearing was modeled in the VATCAD environment. The schematic diagram and block diagram of the control system of the experimental stand for assessing the technical condition of the petal bearing are described. Recommendations are given for the further application of the concept of assessing the technical condition of petal bearings.

The article presents the concept of a mechatronic tapered rolling bearing. The results of a brief analysis of the produced mechatronic rolling bearings are given. The structural and functional diagram of a mechatronic tapered rolling bearing is presented. The proposed concept is based on a mechanical system, as well as a monitoring and control system. A constructive solution has been identified that provides clearance adjustment in a tapered rolling bearing. The schematic diagram and block diagram of the control system of a mechatronic tapered rolling bearing are described. Recommendations are given for further development and application of the concept of mechatronic tapered rolling bearing.

The specificity of accelerated software development for microcontrollers is considered. The software development technique for a program-logic controller is presented on the example of an algorithm for controlling the industrial premises microclimate. The method of “dew point” for the control system of industrial air conditioning. The analysis of the functioning of the control system of industrial air conditioning according to the “dew point” method has been carried out and a block diagram of the control system of an artificial microclimate has been proposed. Structurally, the mathematical description of an artificial microclimate system is presented, which takes into account the nonlinearity of mass-exchange processes of air preparation. It can be used by specialists to implement computer-integrated technologies and to analyze and adjust the parameters of the control system of industrial air conditioners.

Introduction. The article deals with the conditions for growing greenhouse plants. Supplementary lighting supports the process of plant photosynthesis and the microclimate in the greenhouse. The authors suggest the ways to reduce energy consumption in greenhouses by controlling the microclimate and process of supplementary lighting in greenhouses. Materials and Methods. Special lighting and temperature are required for growing greenhouse plants. A method of efficient plant growing is light and temperature control. The development of a control algorithm requires the mathematical models that relate the process of photosynthesis to the microclimate parameters. There are given the mathematical models based on the experimental data. Results. The control system and algorithm to control plant-growing conditions have been developed to maintain the greenhouse microclimate. LED lamps are used to control the lighting process. The authors present the developed block diagram of the control system, which contains four channels responsible for the main energy-intensive microclimate factors. The description of the algorithm of the greenhouse light-temperature control is given. Discussion and Conclusion. In conclusion, the need to maintain the greenhouse microclimate and supplementary lighting with the different radiation spectrum for the efficient cultivation of greenhouse plants is shown. The developed structure and control algorithm for the supplementary plant lighting process and greenhouse illumination through using LED lamps help reduce energy consumption.

В данной статье приводится описание технологического процесса обжига керамического кирпича в кольцевой печи Гофмана. Проанализирован существующий уровень автоматизации объекта. Приведено обоснование для внедрения автоматизированной системы управления процессом обжига кирпича и вариант структурной схемы системы автоматизированного управления. Также представлены основные характеристики интегрированной среды разработки SIMPLE-SCADA, выбранной для организации операторского уровня автоматизированной системы управления технологическим процессом. Для определения показателей качества системы определены прямые и косвенные оценки качества функционирования системы управления. This article describes the technological process of firing ceramic bricks in a ring Hoffmann furnace. The existing level of object automation is analyzed. The justification for the introduction of an automated control system for the brick firing process and a variant of the block diagram of the automated control system is given. The main characteristics of the integrated development environment SIMPLE-SCADA, selected for the organization of the operator level of the automated process control system, are also presented. To determine the quality indicators of the system, direct and indirect assessments of the quality of the management system are determined.

The article shows that when designing an organizational control system, it is most natural to use a systematic integrated approach and well-developed methods of system theory. The article continues the series of works of one of the authors devoted to the adaptation of the methods of control theory to economic objects. This paper deals with the mathematical description of the control system error. The block diagram of the organization management system is given. The system playback error is represented as the difference of the output signals of the ideal and desired systems. An equivalent and calculated system schema for error determination is presented. The mean square of the random system error is determined.

To fulfil the objective of high speed, high precision and intelligence in the modern equipment and advanced manufacturing industry, the magnetic bearing is requested to have small volume, low cost and low consumption. In this paper, an AC-DC three-degree-of-freedom hybrid magnetic bearing (AC-DC-3DOF-HMB) is studied, which integrates radial bearing and axial bearing in one of the magnetic bearing. The configuration and principle of AC-DC-3DOF-HMB are expounded, and the mathematical models of suspension forces are given. Then based on the function block diagram of AC-DC-3DOF-HMB control system, its hardware and software configuration are designed. The experiment results show that the rotor can be suspended stably with three degrees of freedom and has a good performance in anti- interference, and the feasibility of the control system design can be verified.
