Проведен анализ информационных источников по существующим технологиям получения витаминов B и B. Кратко описаны преимущества и недостатки известных технологий с использованием различных штаммов-продуцентов, а также технологий с использованием химического синтеза. Предложена принципиальная схема разрабатываемых технологий синтеза данных витаминов, определены наиболее продуктивные штаммы-продуценты и необходимые компоненты питательных сред. Обоснован и представлен перечень продуктов, предназначенных для обогащения витаминами группы В, которые будут получены по разрабатываемым технологиям. The analysis of information sources on existing technologies for obtaining vitamins B and B has been carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of known technologies using various producer strains, as well as technologies using chemical synthesis, are briefly described. A schematic diagram of the developed technologies for the synthesis of these vitamins is proposed, the most productive strains - producers and necessary components of nutrient media are identified. The list of products intended for enrichment with B vitamins, which will be obtained by the developed technologies, has been substantiated and presented.

Abstract The article discusses the use of induction brazing for connecting oil and gas pipelines. The rationale for the choice of induction brazing in the oil and gas industry is considered. The work calculates the main parameters of the inductor. On the basis of calculations, using a mathematical apparatus, a schematic diagram of an inductor with a diameter of 90 mm is created for installing induction soldering. It is proposed to use and develop inductors of various diameters (60, 90 and 135 mm) to create an induction unit that allows connecting pipelines of oil and gas equipment in order to increase the reliability of equipment and the efficiency of oil and gas production and processing.

Abstract The article discusses an automated measuring installation, and also analyzes the subject area. Some types of soldering are considered (capillary, diffusion, contact-reaction and others). The choice of induction brazing for the soldering of pipeline elements of an automated gas metering installation has been substantiated. The work presents the installation of induction heating, considering the required technological parameters. Based on this installation, the basic diagram of the Fitting and the schematic diagram of the connecting sleeve were corrected, which will allow the development of a mobile induction installation as well as collapsible inductors. Potential induction equipment and the developed designs can be used to connect pipelines in the oil and gas industry.

Abstract The article discusses the connection of pipelines of an automated gas metering installation. Welding is considered as the main method of connecting pipelines and an induction pack of heating methods as proposed by the authors. In the work, a threaded connection is calculated according to the method of Anuryev V.I. On the basis of the calculations carried out by the authors using formulas from the designer’s handbook, a schematic diagram of the pipe fastening in the process of induction soldering is developed. A schematic diagram of a pipe bend is also being developed. The approach proposed by the authors will repeat the connection of pipelines of oil and gas equipment using induction packs and increase the reliability of brazed structures.

Abstract Maize is a very fertile and widely environmental grown crop and it globally cultivated. The purpose of our research was to determine genetic variation among three Zea mays L. cultivars (Al maha, Drachma and Talar F-1). The primer ITS1 and ITS4 used as a molecular marker in a conventional Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a 290 bp ampli- fication outcome. The nucleotide sequences of amplification products were analyzed, sequence alignment was significantly revealed which confirming Zea mays diagnosis. Furthermore, analysis of genetic relationship revealed a neighboring relationship between Talar F-1 and Almaha cultivars(93),whereas phylogeny schematic diagram clearly showed presence of Drachma cultivar in other cluster(77).

Abstract The article discusses the use of brazing and induction heating for connecting an oil and gas pipeline. The methodology of creating such compounds within the framework of the given problem is considered. The necessary equipment is considered and a schematic diagram of an induction heating device is created, as well as, as a result, a schematic process diagram of an induction soldering device is developed. An analysis and search for all possible solutions to this problem was made, and it was decided to focus on the use of induction soldering. The rationale for the use of induction brazing for such pipeline joints is considered. The application and development of an induction unit is proposed, which allows connecting pipelines for oil and gas equipment in order to increase the durability of the structure during operation at the facility.

The tendency of development of timber trucks in the world is considered. Possible ways of increasing their efficiency at the present time are described. The results of the analysis of scientific works of foreign scientists in the field of increasing the productivity of timber trucks are presented. It was revealed that the duration of the process of loading and unloading timber has a significant effect on the productivity of timber trucks and on the final cost of the timber they export. The importance of reducing the labor intensity of unloading timber by improving the means for self-unloading of timber trucks has been substantiated. The goal of the research is formulated, which consists in the development of a promising design of a remotely controlled logging vehicle with a sliding frame and controlled wheel modules. Two groups of loading and unloading mechanisms used for loading and unloading timber on timber trucks are considered. The classification of devices for loading and unloading timber trucks by individual cranes, rope installations and self-propelled unloaders is presented. The dependences of the change in the residence time of timber trucks at the points of loading and unloading and their movement in an empty state on the number of timber trucks used in the link without self-loading and self-unloading means are described. The analysis of existing devices used for self-loading and self-unloading of timber trucks is presented. On the basis of the identified shortcomings, in order to eliminate them, a schematic diagram of a remotely controlled logging vehicle with a sliding frame and controlled wheel modules is proposed. A technological map of unloading a remotely controlled timber truck with a sliding frame and controlled wheel modules and an updated classification of means for self-unloading timber trucks are presented

Abstract. The authors showed the relevance of creating agricultural machines using an electric drive. (Research purpose) The research objective is to develop an experimental prototype vehicle using an electrical schematic diagram of charge and electric drive control. (Materials and methods) The VAZ 111 Oka car was chosen as an experimental vehicle model with an electric drive, since it has a light weight of 645 kilograms, a simple design and a low cost. Mechanical characteristics of the electric motor were calculated and a frequency converter was chosen to control the electric drive.  Laboratory bench tests were conducted. (Results and discussion)The authors   installed storage batteries to power the electric drive, developed an electrical circuit schematics getting charged from a 220 volt alternating voltage network, and received graphs for the discharge of a 40-storage-battery power supply. (Conclusions) An electrical schematic diagram of charge and electric drive control was developed and implemented on an experimental vehicle model. It was determined that at the electric motor continuous operation with the load current of 1 ampere, the batteries get discharged within 104 minutes;  with the current  load of 2 amperes, they get  discharged within 83 minutes; with 3 amperes – within 65 minutes, and with 5 amperes – within 50 minutes, which is enough to drive around the farm. The authors graphically depicted the dependence of the available capacity level on the voltage, as well as the batteries’ discharge on the time at various load currents. The authors carried out two experimental studies on storage batteries’ charging from alternating voltage with the current of 2 and 3 amperes: in the first case, the charging time was 350 minutes, in the second – 310 minutes. It was found out that when using the developed scheme, the batteries are charged evenly.

Abstract The main objective of the present study is to analyze the availability of solar photovoltaic system. The solar photovoltaic system in this paper is simple one consisting of four subsystems namely, solar panel subsystem, charge controller subsystem, batteries subsystem and inverter subsystem. Through the schematic diagram of state of the system, availability model is formulated and Chapmen - Kolmogorov differential equations are developed and solved using Gumbel Haugaard family Copula technique. The numerical values for availability, reliability, mean time to failure (MTTF), cost analysis as well as sensitivity analysis are presented. The effects of failure rates to various solar photovoltaic subsystems were developed.
