Perhatian terhadap persoalan yang dihadapi peserta didik sekolah dasar dengan orang tua tergolong pasangan muda masih rendah. Perlu adanya layanan khusus untuk menyikapi persoalan ini, mengingat peserta didik pada usia sekolah dasar masih dalam proses pembentukan karakter. Layanan care management merupakan layanan khusus dimana terjadi kolaborasi dan integrasi yang kompleks sehingga sesuai untuk mengatasi persoalan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persoalan dan pemicu peserta didik dengan orang tua tergolong pasangan muda serta layanan care management yang diberikan oleh SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang dan SDN Lowokwari 4 Malang dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika pemicu persoalan disebabkan oleh keadaan pendidikan, ekonomi, dan emosi dari orang tua tergolong pasangan muda. Adanya pemicu ini menyebabkan adanya perkembangan yang berbeda dari peserta didik dilihat dari segi fisik, emosi, sosial, dan intelektual. Mengatasi persoalan ini sekolah menerapkan layanan care management dengan mempertimbangkan edukasi, care coordination, transition management, compliance, dan utilization management. AbstractThe care of problems that happen to elementary school students with parents classified as young couples is still low. It is necessary to have a special service to broadcast this topic, considering that students in the early stages of school are still in the process of character building. Maintenance management services are specialized services where complex collaboration and integration occur in order to overcome this problem. The purpose of this study is to study the discussion and triggers of students with parents belonging to young couples and management services provided by SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang and SDN Lowokwari 4 Malang in an effort to overcome these problems. The method used in this study is qualitative with a type of multi-site research. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there were triggers from education, economy, and transition from parents who were classified as young couples. The existence of these triggers causes a different development of students in terms of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual. Care Management, with consideration of education, care coordination, transition management, compliance, and utilization management.

The term maintenance is defined as combination of technical and administration works which includes supervision works that intended to retain item or reestablish it to a state in which it can perform its required function perfectly. Nowadays, with the increasing numbers of users in the public building especially peak season of the year, for the case study a bus terminal, the comfort and user contentment of the indoor environmental quality has become a most important element in maintenance management. In this research, level of current building maintenance management services for indoor environmental quality and user contentment was identified by assessment and checklist. Apart from that, IEQ test was conducted to support the level of contentment in user of the building. However, from the results of data collected, it was known that the latest quality maintenance services level in the bus terminals still not up to the level because user still side to the dissatisfaction range.

Since establishment on September 1, 1954, the State University of Padang (UNP) has undergone many changes, especially in the number and shape of existing buildings. It requires a Maintenance and Building Care management system. The purpose of this research is to identify the implementation of  PU Ministerial regulation number: 24/PRT/M/2008, about: Guidance of Maintenance and Building Care at UNP. The research method is a descriptive method. Data is collecting by direct observation, distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents divided according to their functions (16 leaders, 12 managers, 30 executors, and 12 students), and collecting maintenance documents and building drawings, literature from research results, journals, building maintenance, and care manuals. The questionnaire is filled in numerical form and processed using an Excel program using descriptive and quantitative analysis that is displayed in the form of bar charts. The results of data processing show that the level of application of Public Works Ministerial regulation at UNP is between 53.01%-74.5%, which is categorized as ‘good enough’ to ‘Good’. The results of this calculation cannot be used as a conclusion in the study, the data obtained need to be validated with other data, including data from direct observations in the field, as well as interviews with several leaders at UNP. After validation with the data, it can be concluded thoroughly that the implementation of the Public Works Ministerial regulation at UNP falls into the ‘less good’.

The building maintenance is a crucial part of the life cycle of the building. The maintenance strategies are planned to maintain the condition of the building for specified functions. The maintenance planning requires a comprehensive assessment in determining the effectiveness of building performance, especially in the maintenance budgets planning process. The effective budget preparation will reduce the risk of cost overruns and help the organization to execute the repair works efficiently with sufficient resources. This study attempts to identify the issues related to maintenance cost and proposed the key strategies for improving the sustainable building maintenance budgeting in dealing with the cost overruns. This paper utilizes a qualitative approach through a literature review of secondary data from previous studies. The proposed cost model of maintenance strategies will be used as a basis for further investigation and validation towards promoting the sustainable building maintenance management. The studies identified the push factors that influence the maintenance cost; human factors, tools and equipment, spare parts and materials, funds allocation and available information. Each of the push factors needs to be well-considered to ensure that the maintenance activities can be done efficiently and to avoid the issues of cost overruns.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ROLE-PLAYING LEARNING MODEL DESIGN ON ACCOUNTING SUBJECTAbstractThis study was aimed to generate a product of an effective role-playing learning model design on basic competences of practicing accounting cycles in service companies for the eleventh grade students. The research procedures were done based on ADDIE model. The developed product design was validated by the experts of learning materials, the experts of learning media, the experts of learning design, and the experts of characters building. The product was tested on Stella Duce 1 Senior High School students both in small groups which consisted of 12 people and a large group of 40 people. The instruments which was used to assess product validity included material aspects, media aspects, aspects of learning, and aspects of character building. The result of the experts’ validation and testing to students showed that it was a very good developed product. This meant that the role-playing learning model design on basic competences of practicing accounting cycles in service companies for the eleventh grade students was worth implementing in the learning activities.PENGEMBANGAN DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN MODEL ROLE-PLAYING PADA MATA PELAJARAN AKUNTANSIAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa desain pembelajaran model role-playing yang efektif untuk pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar mempraktikkan siklus akuntansi perusahaan jasa untuk siswa kelas XI SMA. Prosedur pengembangan produk penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan Model ADDIE. Produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli pendidikan karakter. Produk diujicobakan kepada siswa-siswa SMA Stella Duce 1 baik kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 12 orang maupun kelompok besar yang terdiri dari 40 orang. Instrumen untuk menilai validitas produk mencakup aspek materi, aspek media, aspek pembelajaran, dan aspek pendidikan karakter. Hasil validasi dari para ahli dan hasil ujicoba pada siswa-siswa menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat baik. Artinya, desain model role-playing yang dikembangkan untuk pembelajaran pada kompetensi dasar mempraktikkan siklus akuntansi perusahaan jasa untuk siswa kelas XI SMA layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam praktik pembelajaran.

Traditional Game

Character formation should be done as early as possible. Early age is a time when a person gets the right to play with high intensity. One of the processes of character building can be done in the learning process of formal education. Moreover, the most economical form of a game is the traditional game. Therefore, efforts are needed to actualize traditional game activities for elementary school students. The socialization process was carried out using a demonstration method, both theoretically and practically. Moreover, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. As for the results of this Community Service activity, it can be concluded that the activity went well where the principal, teachers, and students were very enthusiastic in implementing a series of socialization activities for traditional games.
