Infrastructure growth and its regional concentration can accelerate growth and diversification of international trade, in terms of both commodities and the implied factor content. The origins and mechanism are explored via a model of endogenous growth that internalizes social spending on physical infrastructure, leading to the accumulation of human capital as a result of learning by doing. Infrastructure developed in the first instance to enhance and diversify manufactured exports can create a supply push into the export of human capital services. As a leading case study, China's recent free trade agreements show clear signs of a development strategy shifting orientation towards the export of services, such as those relating to infrastructure construction and tourism, and the financial services required in support.

This research is a qualitative research with case study at PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of this research is to understand the overall development strategy of human capital of the Company. Data were collected from primary data through interview, observation, and recording; while secodary data were obtained from PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk or from the externals that are used by the researcher to strengthen the premise, theory building, or data from previous researchers.  The data collected from primary and secondary sources are then processed. The validity of data is checked though data accuracy checking process (triangulation). This research found that the Company has conducted human reseource development strategy through 1) Integrated HR Development with the Company’s visions and missions; 2) open recruitment and selection process will decide and find the candidates who meet the qualifications; 3) preparing assessement center to select the right candidate for the right position; 4) employees training can improve the employees’ competence; and 5) the right development of human capital to prepare for the competitiveness in the future.. Combined with the deep case study of Wahaha, this paper probe into the issue of enterprise heterogeneous information systems(IS) resources acquisition. And the findings show: learning by doing and learning by using are the effective approaches for the enterprise to acquire the heterogeneous IS human capital; initiative is crucial to acquire heterogeneous IS partnership; the preferred contractor is the important model for the enterprises to acquire the heterogeneous IS infrastructure. These findings not only enrich the theory of IS resources, but also expand the scope of existing research.

The features of investment in the development of human capital in Ukraine at the regional level, in the private sector and at the household level have been investigated. It is noted that the state acts as the main investor in the formation and development of human capital, financing the main expenses in the field of education, medicine, cultural and physical development and social security. However, state policy in the context of limited financial resources and their irrational use does not contribute to the effective development and reproduction of human potential in accordance with the needs of the digital economy. Despite the nominal increase in social spending, their structure is irrational, and the spending itself do not consider as investment. An insufficient level of investment activity in the field of investment in human capital observe at the corporate and individual levels. It has been determined that the main incentive for the development of human capital affects the formation of a motivational basis at all levels is the purposeful, consistent and pragmatic activity of state authorities aimed at implementing a certain development strategy for the country, ensuring its security and macroeconomic stability. An important condition is also the creation of a regulatory framework that is adapted to the specifics and realities of economic and social transformations in the context of digitalization, the regulation of labor relations, and the preservation of social and investment guarantees. To regulate and intensify investment activities, a model of investment support for the human capital development is proposed. It involves the redistribution of investment resources in accordance with the subjects of investment and the expected results of the investment process, forms and criteria for assessing individual components of human capital at different stages of the life cycle, together form a general model of financing it development and reproduction at all levels.

Interest in offering Entrepreneurship Education (EE) to all kinds of university students is increasing. Therefore, universities are increasing the number of entrepreneurship courses intended for students from different fields of study and with different education levels. Through a single case study of the Contamination Lab of Turin (CLabTo), we suggest how EE may be taught to all kinds of university students. We have combined design methods with EE to create a practical-oriented entrepreneurship course which allows students to work in transdisciplinary teams through a learning-by-doing approach on real-life projects. Professors from different departments have been included to create a multidisciplinary environment. We have drawn on programme assessment data, including pre- and post-surveys. Overall, we have found a positive effect of the programme on the students’ entrepreneurial skills. However, when the data was broken down according to the students’ fields of study and education levels, mixed results emerged.

In this study, an attempt has been made to estimate the incidences of job mismatch in Pakistan. The study has divided the job mismatch into three categories; education-job mismatch, qualification mismatch and field of study and job mismatch. Both the primary and secondary datasets have been used in which the formal sector employed graduates have been targeted. This study has measured the education-job mismatch by three approaches and found that about one-third of the graduates are facing education-job mismatch. In similar, more than one-fourth of the graduates are mismatched in qualification, about half of them are over-qualified and the half are under-qualified. The analysis also shows that 11.3 percent of the graduates have irrelevant and 13.8 percent have slightly relevant jobs to their studied field of disciplines. Our analysis shows that women are more likely than men to be mismatched in field of study. ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy.
