Traffic congestion problems generally caused by the increasing use of private vehicles and public transportations. In order to overcome the situation, the optimization of public transportation’s route is required particularly the urban transportation. In this research, the performance analysis of Firefly and Tabu Search algorithm is conducted to optimize eleven public transportation’s routes in Bandung. This optimization aims to increase the dispersion of public transportation’s route by expanding the scope of route that are crossed by public transportation so that it can reach the entire Bandung city and increase the driver’s income by providing the passengers easier access to public transportations in order to get to their destinations. The optimal route is represented by the route with most roads and highest number of incomes. In this research, the comparison results between the reference route and the public transportation’s optimized route increasing the dispersion of public transportation’s route to 60,58% and increasing the driver’s income to 20,03%.

Today, mobile networks are faced with congestion which results in regular slowness given the variation in the actual speed of the network, that is to say the time required to transmit all of the data from a point to another. In third and fourth generation mobile networks, actual throughput is not directly measurable, it actually consists of three separate indicators, latency, jitter and loss rate. Many studies have shown that these parameters have a particular influence on congestion problems. In practice, the effective speed on the network is inversely proportional to the latency. However, the bit rate is four times the latency. Next, jitter is the variation of latency over time, impacting the flow by influencing latency. In this article, we have examined the analysis of traffic congestion in third and fourth generation networks in order to make a comparative study of the congestion rate for good decision-making.

The car has been invented for more than a century. In the 21st century, new cars will realize the function of land and sky bidirectional driving. The author designed a flying concept car, powered by a wheel jet engine, named Dunhuang Feitian. He won the second prize in the Second China University Art Competition. The car is equipped with a “turbine ram engine” inside the four hubs. The aerodynamic layout is designed in a cross shape. The wheel engine jets downwards, which can flexibly adjust the flight attitude. The author did not sacrifice industrial design aesthetics in order to highlight flight performance. He borrowed the beautiful curve contours of Dunhuang Feitian in the body design, designed the car to be streamlined, and equipped with a four-axis stabilization system in safety configuration. performance. In addition, this article also predicts the future development of automobiles, and provides comfortable, environmentally friendly, green solutions to alleviate the increasingly serious traffic congestion problems, and has a broad application prospect.

Traffic congestion continues to have a serious impact on the productivity of the nation’s transportation system. Signalized arterials and service interchanges in urban areas serve as critical surface street facilities. These facilities often experience serious congestion problems because of high traffic demands that exceed capacity and also because of their common, closely spaced intersections and ramp terminals. Moreover, service interchanges are usually part of a signalized cross arterial and also may have short spacings to adjacent signalized intersections. Major deficiencies exist in the analysis technology and software tools available for analyzing potential traffic congestion problems at signalized arterials and service interchanges having closely spaced ramp terminals. This paper presents extensions of work originally published by Prosser and Dunne in Australia for analyzing the operational impacts of queue spillback on the capacity and delay of closely spaced signalized intersections. Coding of the described algorithm into FORTRAN was conducted, followed by experimental testing of the model using a calibrated version of the microscopic computer simulation program TRAF-NETSIM. Satisfactory comparisons were obtained between the initial version of the newly developed Prosser-Dunne Extended (PDX) model and NETSIM, but more testing and enhancement of the PDX model are recommended before implementation in existing operational software packages is considered.

The street dividers are commonly utilized for separating the street for continuous and approaching traffic. This is useful in keeping the progression of traffic. For this situation, there is equal number of lanes for both approaching and continuous traffic. Be that as it may, in certain zones, such as in industrial or shopping zones the traffic for the most part streams a one way in the first part of the morning or night. The other roadside is unfilled or unused. It leads to time loss for public and congested driving conditions. We mean to assemble a shrewd street divider as far as a mechanized street divider which moves or move the path coordinating the surge in rush hour gridlock. Such kind of component of traffic framework spares time as well as fuel. It can include 1 more path based the traffic in the specific bearing. With the more intelligent application planned underneath, manual reliance and manual traffic relation is decreased. Like this a proposition of savvy traffic is worked in less, medium and more density in the rush hour gridlock will be appeared in IOT server in utilizing grap diagram. IoT refers to Internet of Things where real digitalization comes into the image. The sensors and Arduino boards are utilized. The sensors are placed on the dividers which sense the progression of traffic and it is refreshed to the web through Wi-Fi module associated. The traffic density will be appeared in IoT server in utilizing graph chart. It gives a superior answer to traffic issue.

In the article we discuss the construction of curvilinear overpass module sector – ring slab. Calculation of constructive elements and studied the stress-strain state of a sector-ring. The purpose is the development of the technique and calculation for the new construction of a curvilinear overpass for reduction of traffic jams. The methods uses are mathematical analysis, method of finite elements, method of finite differences, and analytical method of relocation. The purpose of the study is calculate constructive elements of module sector – ring slab and decrease of traffic jams. Researched the bending state of the sector-ring structurally orthotropic slab of the roadway of the curvilinear module of the combined bridge crossing. The method finite difference is used to determine the bending stiffness. There were selected cross sections of the supporting elements from the condition of their strength; the rigidity of the slab with the thickness.

As the capital of Indonesia, DKI Jakarta is classified as having the highest population density, resulting in emergent problems in transportation- specifically traffic congestion. The use of basements may be a potential alternative in solving congestion problems in DKI Jakarta. In terms of licensing the use of underground space, used by PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (MRT) as the responsibility of MRT infrastructure implementation and procurement, the authorized licensing is governed through regulation. From a legal perspective, a central issue may be the lack of clear legislation regarding the use of the basement. Therefore, an analysis of the governor’s licensing mechanism is required, as well as the governor’s issue of conformity with regulations, in addition to the legislation pertaining to the crypt. With normative juridical research, this article argues that those authorized to grant permits for the use of basements in an area are public officials, rather than the laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that the mechanism of licensing the use of basements has been in accordance with the laws, as are the regulations through the regional authority to implement the regional autonomy.
