Nowadays, there is an online rental system curated for things like furniture, car, house etc. which benefits the user. A rental service is a service in which customers arrive to request the hiring of the rental unit. It is more convenient than carrying the cost of owning and maintaining the unit. In this paper we are introducing an Application – The purpose of the project is to reduce the human effort and automate the existing manual method into an application. This application is based on the owner, customer and administrator. Owner and customer both are the main users of this app. Customers already know everything about the rooms by app because they have already seen pictures of the room and are also familiar with the features. It is an extended form of giving out things often organized with numerous local branches and complemented by an application allowing online reservation.

Road pavement is a major component in supporting the smooth running of land transportation so that it can be accessed comfortably and safely by road users. Road pavement, according to its type, is divided into three types, namely flexible pavement, rigid pavement, and composite pavement. On flexible pavements, there are several methods used to determine the thickness of the pavement in the initial plan. The method used as a reference is the 2017 Design Manual Method, and the calculation of the RAB refers to the Basic Unit Price Analysis in 2019. This study aims to obtain good quality flexible pavement but at a low cost in terms of the 2017 Design Manual method and analysis calculations and The price of the basic unit (RAB) in 2019. From the calculation of the pavement thickness of each layer, namely the top layer of 5 cm, the middle layer of 20 cm, and the bottom layer of 15 cm, it is known that the cost required to carry out the construction of the pavement is Rp. 73,342,707,500.00.Perkerasan jalan adalah komponen utama dalam menunjang lancarnya suatu transportasi darat, sehingga jalan dapat diakses dengan mudah, nyaman dan aman oleh pengguna jalan.

BACKGROUND: Adenosine Deaminase, the key enzyme of purine metabolism catalyzing the irreversible hydrolytic deamination of adenosine to inosine is implicated in a varied spectrum of human diseases ranging from SCID to TB and pneumonia. Estimation of ADA offers an easy, relatively affordable and reliable diagnostic alternative and/ or adjunct (specially in a TB endemic nation) which emphasizes the necessity of a feasible and implementable alternative method to the Diazyme method of ADA estimation requiring high end autoanalyzer and infrastructural setup.METHODS: Sixty body fluids samples (irrespective of gender, age, diagnosis or sample type) received by the Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal for fluid ADA estimation by the Diazyme assay method (cobas 6000) was simultaneously processed by the Galanti and Guisti manual method to estimate the comparability and the aggregability of results obtained by the two analytical techniques.RESULTS: The Galanti and Guisti manual method of ADA estimation showed aggregability with the Diazyme autoanalyzer method for 90% of the assayed study samples with the manual method uniformly showing higher values when compared to the analyzer method. A correction factor of 2.44 was arrived at which could effectively achieve comparability between the two assay methods.CONCLUSION: The Galanti and Guisti manual method of ADA estimation might be a feasible, rapid, reliable and costeffective method for estimation of fluid ADA when compared to the cost and infrastructure intensive autoanalyzer.

Agriculture serves a serious role during a country's economy. The role of agriculture in economic development is crucial as a result of a majority of the population of developing countries build their living from agriculture. The most purpose of our project is to assist small scale farmers by coming up with small scale harvester machine to reap crops terribly with efficiency. Now a days, Agriculture equipment have ton of limitations and it needs additional energy to work. The crop cutting machine needs human effort associated it’s terribly cheap for social class farmer because it has no sophisticated structure and conjointly simply operated by a human. Carrot crop cutter machines doesn’t needs high maintenance. This harvester machine has 2 roller arrangement which are placed in parallel manner facing each other, combined to supply up lift torsion that may be applicable for the harvest crops like carrot, onion and radish etc. The facility unit for this machine may be a battery supply providing 12A. This power is transmitted through gear box, sprocket-chain mechanism to the roller motors and alternative power requiring mechanisms for performing arts harvest home operation. The most feature of this model is that it will save up to 70 % of energy consumption and 85 % of harvest home time. The most thought of this project is to supply a user friendly operation machines for farmers and it will cut back labor value as 1 person is enough to handle. At last the main motto is to make friendly equipment both for farmers and to our ecosystem, because the cost for labors and fuels are completely reduced.

There are many benefits to simplifying Boolean functions before they are implemented in hardware. A reduced number of gates decreases considerably the cost of the hardware, reduces the heat generated by the chip and, most importantly, increases the speed. But no method is effective for the simplification of Boolean functions, if it involves more than six variables. This paper presents a new manual method of simplification that can be effectively applied to problems with a large number of variables.

A conventional hacksaw requires a lot of effort and concentration from the operator not only for the accuracy of the job but also for his own safety. Although an electrical power hacksaw is a reliable option, the cost of the machine can prove to be high for small scale purposes. In this study, a crank operated reciprocating hacksaw is designed and fabricated. A slider crank mechanism is adopted in this design. The crank is rotated manually. This rotational motion is transmitted to the slider link, which is the hacksaw. The human effort is found to be much lesser than in the case of a conventional hacksaw.

This study evaluated the cost-effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) added to usual care versus usual care alone in elderly patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) from the Spanish health care system perpective. A 6-state Markov model with 3-month cycles was used to estimate costs and outcomes of wound healing and risk of recurrences, infections, and amputations over 5 years. Three treatment strategies were compared: ( a) usual care plus PRP obtained with a commercial kit, ( b) usual care plus PRP obtained manually, and ( c) usual care. Data on effectiveness were taken from a recent meta-analysis. Outcomes and costs were discounted at 3% and resources were valued in 2018 euro. Compared with usual care, the PRP treatment with the manual method was more effective and less costly (dominant option), whereas the PRP treatment with the commercial kit was more effective but also more costly, with the incremental ratio being above the cost-effectiveness threshold (€57 916 per quality-adjusted life year). These results are sensitive to the price of PRP kits (a 20% discount would make the PRP treatment a cost-effective option) and effectiveness data, due to the heterogeneity of primary studies. In conclusion, PRP treatment for DFUs could be considered a cost-effective or even cost-saving alternative in Spain, depending on the method of obtaining the PRP. Despite the dominance of the manual method, its general use is limited to hospitals and specialized centers, whereas PRP kits could be used in primary care settings, but their prices should be negotiated by health authorities.

Abstract Continuous flow automation of the microfluorometric procedure compares favorably with the manual method in sensitivity, specificity, and generality, and reduces the cost of routine vitamin C assay. Fifteen samples of 12 different products of ready-to-eat cereals, fruit juices, and infant formula were sent to 6 collaborators; one sample in each category was sent as blind duplicates. The within-laboratory standard deviations for 5 collaborators on the 3 sets of blind duplicates were 1.23, 0.87, and 3.64 mg/100 g, respectively. Overall, the average relative standard deviation between laboratories was 11.1% (range 4.5-16.6%) for the manual method and 4.99% (range 1.5-12.6%) for the semiautomated method. The method has been adopted official first action.

Due to the rapidly increasing density of vehicles, especially during rush hours of the day, it is a difficult task for drivers (students and teachers) to find a parking space to park their vehicles. This article proposes a Smart Parking system that provides the best possible solution to the parking problem in the University. The purpose of the Smart Parking system is to solve the predefined problem. This system uses a simple microcontroller and an inexpensive sensors that is used to control and allow the user to either enter the park or not, depending on the available parking spaces. Thus, the user is not made to wait unnecessarily. The technology used in this system helps to reduce the cost and human effort.
