This paper is explored with the stability procedure for linear nonautonomous multiterm fractional damped systems involving time delay. Finite-time stability (FTS) criteria have been developed based on the extended form of Gronwall inequality. Also, the result is deduced to a linear autonomous case. Two examples of applications of stability analysis in numerical formulation are described showing the expertise of theoretical prediction.

Abstract This work generalizes and extends our work in refs [10,29,37], dealing a theoretical model of a monoatomic chain immersed in a potential of periodic and deformable substrate, the third and fourth non-linearities being taken into account. Looking at the analytical localized modes provides an extended interpretation of system dynamics based upon modes existence and yields an extended form of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation to describe the eikonal wave's complex amplitude. In this equation, the coeffcients depend on the wavenumber, whereas the parallel with the nonlinear transmission electrical line introduced in references results in [1,2] not fully resolved dynamic equations. So far, only specific solutions have been presented. Our dynamic study thus presents a theoretical prediction for their experimental set up. In contrast to previous works done for particular values of the wavenumber, namely on the behavior of gap (k = 0 and k = π) solutions of the model [10], or for k (k = ±2π=3) in the central bandpass area [37], we consider here rather behaviors of the system when the angular frequency is arbitrary. By using bifurcation theory of planar dynamical systems and investigating the dynamical behavior, we derive a variety of solutions corresponding to the phase trajectories under different parameter conditions.

Incarcerationpertains to the limitations imposed upon a particular person. Social imprisonment on the other hand does not require a particular place in order to confine an individual or a group of people. Their conformity then turns out to become an injected-hobby. This study intends to explore the paths which Nobel Laureate Toni Morrison highlighted in her era, because they contain an impressive contemporariness. The social incarceration of the marginalised lot, particularly the subaltern among them has been her major arcana. Through a keen examination of the novel A Mercy, the paper attempts to put forward the contemporary relevance of the issues addressed. The practice of slave-trade was a visible imprisonment of the marginalised, while the current society dealing with the aphasia of neo-colonialism is in itself an extended form of indirect detention. Slave trade acted as a synonym for flesh trade in relation to the marginalised women who have thus been troubled by double-incarceration. Psychoanalysis has been used as a scale of measurement in order to trace the inner captivities of the victims. It is apprehensible that Toni Morrison as a writer justified her position of being an ambassador of the marginalised women while possessing important concurrent connotations. The study provides an insightful glimpse into the hidden beastliness of the contemporary incarceration. Be it direct or indirect suppression, visible or invisible restraints, the current is the ugliest growth of a tumour. Thus, the deadly foreordination of the conceptualisations present in her texts have turned out to become a realistic modern day practice.

Nowadays, there is an online rental system curated for things like furniture, car, house etc. which benefits the user. A rental service is a service in which customers arrive to request the hiring of the rental unit. It is more convenient than carrying the cost of owning and maintaining the unit. In this paper we are introducing an Application – The purpose of the project is to reduce the human effort and automate the existing manual method into an application. This application is based on the owner, customer and administrator. Owner and customer both are the main users of this app. Customers already know everything about the rooms by app because they have already seen pictures of the room and are also familiar with the features. It is an extended form of giving out things often organized with numerous local branches and complemented by an application allowing online reservation.

AbstractVenoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA ECMO) aims to fully support heart and lung function in postcardiac patients, ensuring end-organ perfusion and allowing time for possible heart recovery. VA ECMO is considered the modified and extended form of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), which is used to provide adequate tissue oxygenation. ECMO and the associated management protocols will mechanically support the patient and allow for the optimization of all aspects of care for the period of time necessary for the recovery of native cardiac or respiratory function. Significant technical advancements have been made in the equipment and the clinical management available for short- and long-term ECMO application. There are various parameters that have to be considered to evaluate whether the level of perfusion in patients on VA ECMO is adequate, and the outcomes of patients depend on them.

In this article, we present a new method to construct a family of 2 N + 2 -point binary subdivision schemes with one tension parameter. The construction of the family of schemes is based on repeated local translation of points by certain displacement vectors. Therefore, refinement rules of the 2 N + 2 -point schemes are recursively obtained from refinement rules of the 2 N -point schemes. Thus, we get a new subdivision scheme at each iteration. Moreover, the complexity, polynomial reproduction, and polynomial generation of the schemes are increased by two at each iteration. Furthermore, a family of interproximate subdivision schemes with tension parameters is also introduced which is the extended form of the proposed family of schemes. This family of schemes allows a different tension value for each edge and vertex of the initial control polygon. These schemes generate curves and surfaces such that some initial control points are interpolated and others are approximated.

The role of scientific-technical knowledge in the development of the economy, in the growth of wealth is clearly seen during the clarification of the issue of reproduction of scientific and technical knowledge, a number of aspects of which are unexplored or need a new review. In the modern conditions, especially in the creative economy, it is advisable to distinguish three forms of reproduction of scientific-technical knowledge, the practical implementation of which is extremely important to improve the investment environment. Especially it is noteworthy the third-extended form of reproduction of scientific-technical knowledge, which is directly related to qualitative changes, development, without which the production, accumulation and growth of wealth is unimaginable. There are some recommendations in this direction, the implementation of which, especially in the pandemic conditions, becomes more important. Keywords: Human capital, business environment, continuous education, investment attractiveness, creative economy, reproduction forms of scientific-technical knowledge.

The Yoruba language, a regional lingua franca in Nigeria, which belongs to the Kwa sub-family of Kordofanian phylum of the larger African language family, is spoken in Nigeria, Togo, Ghana, Liberia, Brazil, Cuba, etc. The language attests a very productive feature of reduplication which has attracted the attention of many scholars. But its extended form, tagged, “retriplication” in this paper, remains largely unexplored. This study examines the form and functions of reduplication and retriplication which are two morphological processes where the former serves as a pedestal to the latter. While applying the participant observation method to elicit data from main Yoruba cities in Nigeria, the Pulleyblank (2009) model, as well as the descriptive and context usage approaches are employed to analyse and discuss the data. The study reveals that while reduplication process actualises intensification, nominalisation, emphasis and comparative qualifying, retriplication serves for more intensification, wider nominalisation, more emphasis and superlative qualifying. The research further reveals that, while all cases of verb and adjective reduplicates can be retriplicated without generating unacceptable utterances in Yoruba, the gerundive reduplicates cannot culminate in retriplication. However, kinship reduplicate allows retriplication when stretched to the third generation.  The paper concludes by calling for more study on retriplication in other languages of the world, particularly, African and Asian languages that massively exhibit the two phenomena.

Abstract This paper was first read at a runic event held in Eichstätt in 2012 and was subsequently, in a revised and extended form, presented at the symposium on the Early History of the North-Sea Germanic Languages that took place in Odense on 13 March 2018. The paper is highly relevant to the theme of the Odense conference as well as to this special issue of NOWELE in that it deals with the runes and the language of the Undley bracteate, a stray runic find from the late fifth century discovered at Undley in Suffolk in the south-east of England. My presentation will focus on the vocalism of the Undley legend. But the linguistic perspective will be widened considerably, and I shall discuss and criticize in detail some of the major proposals for reading and interpreting this inscription within a North-Sea Germanic and Pre-Old English context.
