Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Layanan Bimbingan Psiko-Edukatif, Tugas PerlembanganAbstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of psycho-educational guidance service policies in assisting the task of developing elementary school students in the City of Kediri and to find out supporting factors, inhibiting factors, as well as the efforts implemented in overcoming obstacles in the implementation process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study of elementary schools in the city of Kediri, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the psycho-educational guidance service policy is carried out by the class teacher as an additional task given by the principal. This is supported by the class teacher who is considered able to condition the class he is in. Some constraints experienced include the absence of BK counselors/school counselors, the provision of services not well programmed by class teachers, the government does not place BK teachers in public schools and if it is self-constrained with funds, and there is no counseling room in schools. While the solution applied in placing senior teachers as high-class teachers (grades 4,5,6), collaborating with related institutions (KPAI, BNN, Police), and school principals also directly involved in helping class teachers in helping solve problems learners. Keywords: Policy, Psycho-Educational Guidance Services, Development Tasks

There is a wide variety of universities, university campuses and university courses in Australia available to those interested in pursuing a higher education degree. This paper examines the impact of increasing competition for entrance to university on the educational outcomes for students from the government school sector. Using Melbourne as a case study, the research shows that, over a four-year period of increased competition, entry to some of the more academically accessible university campuses in the city became more difficult and this disproportionately affected the opportunities for university entrance among some groups. Despite the fact that there was no noticeable change in the academic standards achieved by government school completers, the rate at which government school students gained access to these universities declined noticeably during this time. These findings show how changes in supply of university places from year to year can have a profound effect on the opportunities of secondary-school completers—particularly those in more educationally disadvantaged settings.

The purpose of this article is to examine the importance of involvement teachers in the school orientation process and its effectiveness in the way high school students choose their educational path. Interviews and a survey were conducted with 74 teachers of different seniority selected from five public high schools in three regional directorates, in the 2018/2019 academic year, Casablanca-Settat region. This study shows from a deep analysis, that the coordination and cooperation with teachers and students in the process of school orientation were very low or null. In this study, scientific research and my experience have shown that the attainment of the desired objectives of high school students' educational guidance can only be achieved through coordination and cooperation between the various actors in the school guidance process. Teacher’s role is very essential since they are the closest to the student and the process of the student's educational orientation must be one of his main and fundamental tasks. It is concluded that public schools with the integration of teachers in the student's educational guidance have more success in the school path, as the participation of teachers in the guidance of their students, improves the process and increases its effectiveness. Our study has allowed us to detect very important results and information on the teacher’s role who must be an advisor in his school and must be a requirement of the process of academic guidance of high school students that we will present and discuss.

Petroleum as a strategic natural resource contained in the Indonesian mining jurisdiction is and has become a national asset that has been controlled by the State. This study aims to explain the legal sanctions for first business actors who trade oil and gas without having a business license to distribute oil and gas and describe the implementation process of the government's prohibition against first business actors in Denpasar. This research uses empirical legal research. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews. The data sources used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that the regulation regarding legal sanctions for first-time business actors who do not have a license to distribute oil and natural gas has been regulated in Article 53 of Law Number 22 Year 2001 concerning oil and natural gas regarding processing, transportation, storage and commerce. However, with the complexity of business activities today, this regulation has not been able to reach and accommodate the current first developments. The application of the government's prohibition against first business actors in the city of Denpasar is still very contrary to the practice in the field. Only one owner only uses a micro and small business license (IUMK). Apart from that, the government has not been able to take action because there is no legal basis for controlling
