The Effect of Kindergarten Principals' Leadership Behaviors on Teacher Work Performance

In this study 732 Taiwanese kindergarten teachers, divided into 4 regional areas: northern, central, southern, and eastern, completed a questionnaire about their work performance and how it is affected by principals' leadership behaviors. Regression and structural equation modeling analysis showed that the use of empathetic concern by kindergarten principals had a positive effect on teachers' work performance. Although assertive orders were found to have a positive influence, the correlation with work performance was lower than that with empathetic concern. Rewards and punishments had no significant effect on improving teachers' work performance. Emotion-based leadership in the form of showing empathetic concern could be used to improve kindergarten teachers' work performance.

On YouTube, skippable in-stream advertisements (ads) are critical income for both YouTube and content creators. However, ads inevitably irritate viewers, and as a result, they tend to avoid ads. Thus, this study attempts to identify potential mitigators—source attractiveness and reciprocal altruism—of ad irritation and avoidance in the context of YouTube skippable in-stream ads. Using an online survey (n = 512) in Taiwan, the proposed model is examined by a partial least squares structural equation modeling analysis. The findings show that while ad irritation has a positive effect on ad avoidance, reciprocal altruism can significantly reduce both ad irritation and avoidance. However, source attractiveness fails to mitigate ad irritation and avoidance. Theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed, and several solutions for reducing ad irritation and avoidance are provided.

Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural  Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Work discipline does not have a positive effect on employee performance   Abstrak Hasil kesimpulan daripada penelitian yang  bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh positif  Lingkungan Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai. Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan AMOS 21.0 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. This study aims to determine the effect of material compensation, social compensation, and activities compensation on work performance through organizational commitment as the mediator. This study retrieved data through questionnaires (surveys). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta, with taking  150 respondents for sampling purpose. Sampling technique in this study was a simple random sampling. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 20.0. The results of the data analysis found that 1) There is a significantly positive influence of social compensation variables on organizational commitment; 2) There is a positive significant effect of activity compensation on organizational commitment; 3) There is a significantly positive effect of activity compensation on job performance; 4) Organizational commitment does not mediate material compensation, social compensation, and activities compensation on job performance. Keywords: material compensation, social compensation, activities compensation, work performance, and organizational commitment, Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri

This study aims to evaluate the role of satisfaction and commitment as mediating the effect of service quality on student loyalty as the user of Open University's Online Tutorial. Based on data analysis on student of Management program 229 as respondents with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), this study found the relationship between: (1) positive influence of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty of students using tuton; (2) the positive effect of satisfaction on student loyalty using tuton; (3) satisfaction is a mediator between service quality and loyalty of students using tuton. Conversely, commitment has no positive effect on student loyalty as a tuton user. In addition, commitment does not mediates the effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of tuton users. Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.
