Results of the conclusion of the study aimed to examine the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Motivation, the positive influence of the Work Environment on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Work Discipline, the positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Structural  Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 21.0 is used to test the proposed hypotheses. After data analysis and in-depth discussion of the five hypotheses in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1) The work environment has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) The work environment has no positive effect on work discipline. 3) Work motivation has a positive effect on work discipline. 4) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. Work discipline does not have a positive effect on employee performance   Abstrak Hasil kesimpulan daripada penelitian yang  bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positif Lingkungan Kerja pada Motivasi Kerja, pengaruh positif  Lingkungan Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Disiplin Kerja, pengaruh positif Disiplin Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai, pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja pada Kinerja Pegawai. Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan AMOS 21.0 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dan pembahasan yang mendalam dari kelima hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut.1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif pada motivasi kerja.2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada disiplin kerja. 4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. 5. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai.

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze and test the effect of compensation and work confusion on employee performance with discipline as an mediasi variable. This research was conducted at the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat with a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study was ASN who served in the Lima Puluh Kota Regional Secretariat totaling 118 people. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS application. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, competence and workload on the performance of employees in the Municipality of Semarang. Population in this research is 147 administrators of local property in Semarang City Government. Using the Slovin formula, 108 samples were obtained. The analysis tool in this study using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling with the help of software applications SmartPLS version 3.2.7. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, competence has a positive effect on employee performance, workload does not affect employee performance, work discipline does not affect employee performance, work discipline strengthens the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and work discipline cannot moderate the influence of competence on employee performance

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of variables on work motivation, competence, work environment, compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the performance of life insurance officers in Batam City. The research sample was 260 respondents with multystage sampling method and designed purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS program version 21. This research was carried out to determine the effect of work environment, motivastion and compensation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, This study used porposive sampling technique where the selected sample was 50 respondents who were employees of  PT BPR BKK TAMAN Perseroda, a financial services provider company, the date were analyzed throught Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), method and SMARTPLS 3 dfe to the small number of targeted respondent from result of the study, it was found that the environment, motivation, and compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, beside job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance moreover the intervening varable namely job satisfaction could partially moderate exogenous variable Keyword: work environment, work motivation, compensation, performance, job satisfaction

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in research with a questionnaire. The sample of the study may be 50 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The conclusion of this study is the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out the task in accordance with the given responsibility. Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

In this study 732 Taiwanese kindergarten teachers, divided into 4 regional areas: northern, central, southern, and eastern, completed a questionnaire about their work performance and how it is affected by principals' leadership behaviors. Regression and structural equation modeling analysis showed that the use of empathetic concern by kindergarten principals had a positive effect on teachers' work performance. Although assertive orders were found to have a positive influence, the correlation with work performance was lower than that with empathetic concern. Rewards and punishments had no significant effect on improving teachers' work performance. Emotion-based leadership in the form of showing empathetic concern could be used to improve kindergarten teachers' work performance.

Research was conducted to explore job satisfaction of employee in PT. Holcim Indonesia,Tbk.Thisstudycoveredforpermanentemployee.Thepurposeofthispaper is to investigate whether employee promotion, upward downward communication and work environment influences the job satisfaction of PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of all employee position (manager and non-manager) in all plant of Indonesia with a random sample of 225 employees, and the method of analysis used is the frequency distribution and path analysis. The Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results showed that among seven hypotheses tested, all variables have the positive influence, however, there are two latent variables which have direct significant associations, while the others have not. A variable which have indirect significant associations, while the other one has not. WorkEnvironmenthavedirectpositiveandsignificantinfluenceonthejobsatisfaction, while employee promotion and upward downward communication have a direct positiveinfluencebutnotsignificant.Otherwise,both employee promotion and upward downward communication have an indirect positive influence on the job satisfaction with intervening variable (work environment). The study provides ways to increase the job satisfaction of all employees so that they will be able to produce reliable company performances.

<p><em>The decline in employee performance at UP PTSP Makasar District is characterized by a decreased level of service time efficiency in the area of KRK and IMB licensing. In addition, the cause of the decline in employee performance is due to the behavior of employees who like to postpone work and come late to work intentionally, and also employees lack the determination of high morale at work. The achievement of the duties of UP PTSP employees in Makasar Sub-District was not in accordance with the determined time standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of UP PTSP Makasar District employees and to know the factors that had to be prioritized to become better. The data used for research is questionnaire data which is processed by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study analyzes the factors of work environment and workload using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications. Based on SEM output regression weights value states that there is no significant effect between work environment on employee performance. While there is a significant effect between workload on employee performance. The main priority in improving employee performance through the work environment is cleanliness in the workplace. The main priority in improving employee performance through better workloads is with work conditions at the workplace.</em></p>
