This study aims to determine and test the effect of assets structure, profitability, sales growth, and firm size on capital structure partially and simultaneously of food and beverage companies. Determination of the sample used in this study was purposive sampling technique which amounted to 11 companies with a year observation of five years and data obtained from the financial statements of food and beverage companies at www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results obtained that assets structure has a significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, profitability, sales growth, and firm size didn’t have a significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained that the assets structure, profitability, sales growth, and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.  Keywords: Assets structure, Profitability, Sales growth, Firm size, Capital structure

This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. This study utilizes secondary data of the financial statements of food and beverage subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 collected from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 11 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used ratio analysis and multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the working capital turnover, liquidity and sales growth affected significantly on profitability.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size and liquidity on profitability in manufacturing companies food and beverage sub-sector listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study is the method of documentation that is by collecting and recording financial statements. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the BEI period 2014-2016 which can be obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents 13 companies. The method of data analysis used is multiple regression linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 program aid. The result of research indicates that (1) partially capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability, (2) firm size has significant positive effect on profitability, (3) liquidity has significant negative effect on profitability, (4) simultaneously capital structure, firm size, and liquidity has a significant influence on the profitability of manufacturing companies food and beverage sub-sector listed in Indonesia stock exchange.

Fundamental variables in this research are shown in the level of sales growth, asset structure, company size and retained earnings. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales growth rate, asset structure, firm size and retained earnings on financial structure. In addition, the purpose of this study is to examine how these variables affect economic rentability. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 15 companies. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling which is a technique in sampling with certain considerations. The sampling technique is carried out proportionally sampling with the type of Judgment Sampling. Data collection technique used is documentation technique with polling data type. The number of samples in this study were 11 companies, the data used in the form of financial statements of the Food and Beverage Industry Subsector obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that sales growth and retained earnings had a positive effect on financial structure, while asset structure and firm size had a negative effect. The results of research on economic rentability, sales growth variables and retained earnings also have a positive effect, while asset structure and firm size have a negative effect. So the findings of this study can be concluded that the growth rate of sales, retained earnings can improve the financial structure and economic rentability of the company.

This study aims to find answers to the performance level of billboard tax collection in Batam City, and its contribution to local tax revenues in Batam City. This research applies descriptive analysis method, where this method is used to provide systematic explanations, actual and accurate statements of facts, and only describe situations or events not to find or explain relationships and test hypotheses. The object of this research is the Batam City Dispenda. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample using certain considerations or in (purposive sampling) using financial statements from 2011 to 2015. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneous performance of collection and levy on advertisement tax collection in the Dispenda Batam City has a significant effect on local revenue. While partially the collection performance at the Batam City Dispenda has a significant relationship to local original income, however, advertisement tax collection levies have a significant influence on local revenue in Batam City Dispenda

This study is to analize the effects of profitability, firm size, sales growth, and assets structure to the capital structure among property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2011-2014. The sample were selected based on purposive sampling technique. To the total number of 43 different companies with a fouryear observation time, so the samples would be 172 observations. The study used a secundary data in the for of financial site Indonesian Stock Market (BEI), such as www.idx.co.id.The result of the research showed that profitability does not affect to the capital structure, The firm size has a positive affect to the capital struture. The last two variables growth sales and assets structure have any negative effect to the capital structure. Keyword: capital strucrure, profitability, firm size, sales growth, assets structure.

This study aims to determine the effect of  job promotion,  mutation and training on employee career development at “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap". This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study consisted of 146 employees who worked at “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. The sample in this study amounted to 115 employees “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. The determination of sample size in this study uses the Isaac and Michael Tables (with an error tolerance of 5%). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is sampling from the population with certain considerations. Test the validity of the instrument using CFA, while the reliability test results using Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques, and Hypothesis Test using F Test and t Test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of promotion, transfer and training simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee career development in “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. Job promotion variables have a significant effect on the career development of employees of the “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”. Mutation variables have no significant effect on career development of “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap” employees. And the training variables have a significant influence on the career development of the “Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Cilacap”.

The purpose of this study is to knowing how influence of factors that can affect the capital structure such as profitability, liquidity, business risk, firm size and sales growth on the coal mining companies. The population object in this study are all of the coal mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange listed from 2012 to 2019, and use purposive sampling technique to sampling method, then resulting 64 data and used as samples. The multiple linear regression is used method of analysis in this study. Data analysis in this study is used EViews 10. The results shows that profitability, liquidity, business risk and sales growth hasn’t influence on capital structure, but firm size has a significant and positive influence on capital structure. The firm size has a significant and positive effect on capital structure indicating that companies with larger assets are easier to obtain the loans and the confidence from investors.
