The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees. Perceptions of career development variables and organizational commitment were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 48 contract employees, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson's product moment with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the perception of career development with organizational commitment on contract employees. There is a significant positive correlation (r.0.813 with sig <0.05) between the variable perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / less than 0.05, this means that the higher (positive) the perception of career development, the higher employee commitment to the company and vice versa, the lower (negative) perceptions of employee career development, the lower employee commitment to the company. On the perception of career development has the most categories at low (negative) with a contribution of 50% and organizational commitment at most has a low category with contributions 46%.   Keywords:   Contract Employees, Organizational Commitment, Perceptions of Career Development. Sampling approach using regression equations obtained results that through test results F (regression analysis jointly) may note that the value of F = 147.104 count with the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the test F reinforced with testing the determination of the coefficient that shows the value of 74.6%) (0.746. From Test t (partially) can result in variable knowledge with a value of t = 3,173 and significance of the value 0002 < 0.05, variable skill with a value of t = 2,949 and value the significance of 0.004 < 0.05, variable attitude with a value of t = 2,688 and value the significance of 0.008 < 0.05, variable communication skill with a value of t = value and significance of 4,497 0000 < 0.05. From the above results can be known that the hypothesis posed was not proven in other words that all of these variables can be said to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as partial toward the ability of STP graduates AMPTA in the face of competition in the world of work
