This study aims to determine the development of labor, investment and business units in the production of the batik industry in Jambi City. This research uses quantitative data collection methods. The data used in this study is secondary data, secondary data used is a combination of periodic series (time series). In this study, it is assumed that labor, investment, and business units have a positive and significant effect on Jambi batik production in Jambi City. The data used in this study are data on labor, investment, business units, and batik production in Jambi City from 2006-2017. The current development of business competition in Indonesia is very tight, which makes companies do various ways to attract consumers to buy their products. This study aims to determine whether the location of the store and brand image influence consumer buying interest in the Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, by using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 160 respondents. In analyzing the data using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. While for testing the hypothesis, namely the F test, T test, R2 determinant coefficient using SPSS tools. The results of the tests conducted found that the location of the store had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and the brand image also had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Inflation, Exchange Rates, BI Rate and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the amount of Mudharabah Savings in Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Indonesia from January 2014 - December 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of month data January 2014 to December 2018 sourced from data from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses SPSS version 16.0 and Microsoft Exel 2007. The results of the study show that the Exchange Rate, BI Rate, and Financing to Deposit Ratio partially have a significant effect on the amount of mudharabah savings. While partial inflation has no significant effect on Mudharabah Savings. Simultaneously Inflation, Exchange Rate, BI Rate, and Financing to Deposit Ratio significantly influence Mudharabah Savings.

This study aims to analyze the effect of variable number of members and current ratio on the remaining business results (SHU). The sample used is all data for the time series period 2012-2018. The data used are secondary data and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 23 program to obtain the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that the number of members had a positive and significant effect on the residual results of operations, the current ratio had a negative and significant effect on the residual results of operations.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research and uses secondary data in the form of time-series from 2007 to 2016 using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Credit growth has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia.  ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings of this study indicate that the orientation of entrepreneurship and market has significant effect both partially and simultaneously on business performance on MSMEs. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Orientation, Market Orientation, Business Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population partially on the Original Income of Mimika Regency, and to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population simultaneously on the Original Income of Mimika Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from BPS Mimika Regency and Mimika District Financial and Asset Management Agency. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) GDP had a negative and insignificant effect on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency; (b) The number of residents has a positive and significant effect on the Original Income of Mimika Regency; (c) GDP and Population simultaneously have a significant impact on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar.
