Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on various aspects of life, both individually, organizationally and nationally. The decision of various countries in the world to do a "lockdown" in order to limit the transmission of the plague has an impact on continuity of economic wheels to education. Educational institutions began to close because of scarcity of students and difficulties in covering operational costs so that many teachers and management were laid off. For educational institutions that still survive must play a strategy to stay afloat and maintain their students able to learn, with the policy ‘Work from Home’ and ‘School from Home’. The pandemic to this day is not over yet and it is predicted that it will last long until the antivirus is found. However, in anticipation of bankruptcy, the government adopted adaptation of new habits (New Normal), habits that emphasize the implementation of health protocols in every activity. To carry out health protocols, educational institutions change the learning patterns from learning in classrooms to online learning. This has an impact on lecturers with demands to adapt quickly to existing changes. This study tries to analyze and examine the ability of lecturers to adapt learning communication models from classroom-based learning to online-based learning. With hope that this research will become a reference for the developed communication model and its application in adaptation of new habits (New Normal). The study was conducted by examining the results of previous study and in-depth interviews with lecturers to get a diverse picture so that generic conclusions can be drawn.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Indonesia’s stock market performance. Considering the characteristics of daily stock return data that shows the characteristics of volatility clustering, the analytical method used is to develop a heteroscedastic model specification whose parameters are estimated using the maximum likelihood method. Based on data from March 2020 to January 2021, this study finds that the Exponential-GARCH asymmetric model is the best model compared to the Standard-GARCH symmetric model or the asymmetric Threshold-GARCH model. The inference analysis conducted on the Exponential-GARCH asymmetric model in this study shows that the stock market's performance that is significantly affected by this pandemic is the volatility of its returns. Stock price volatility is one of the important variables in stock market performance. This study produces empirical findings that government policies on social restrictions contribute significantly to suppressing stock market volatility. As for government policies in mitigating the risk of the spread of the epidemic, in this study, it is measured through a stringency index. This index was released by the Oxford COVID-19 Government Response Tracker (OxCGRT) which monitors the government's response to the coronavirus in 160 countries and is a parameter that evaluates the policies taken by a country's government based on nine metrics. This index does not measure the effectiveness of a country's government response, but only the level of tightness. However, the results of the tests carried out in this study did not find a significant impact of pandemic indicators, the number of cases, and the number of daily deaths related to COVID-19 on stock returns.

This study aims to see how the condition of the object/Tourist Attraction (TA) in Magelang Regency in Indonesia and its alternative development. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies of 31 tourism objects which will then be investigated regarding their conditions and possible future developments. Research data were obtained by direct observation of the location of tourist objects and through semi-structured interviews. The results of this study illustrate that tourism objects in Magelang Regency are currently quite developed. However, this has not been able to attract general tourists to linger in the regency and provided an optimal contribution to regional income. This is because tourism objects in the regency other than Borobudur Temple have not been maximized for their existence and utilization. The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme model can be an alternative to be applied in developing tourism objects accompanied by an appropriate Value for Money (VfM) analysis. Tourism objects in the form of cultural heritage can be developed through concession contracts, natural beauty can be developed through management contracts, and artificial objects can be developed through service contracts while taking into account the development needs of each tourism object. Local governments need to establish cooperation with the private sector with a Public-Private Partnership scheme accompanied by the preparation of strict regulations so that the implementation of cooperation in the context of developing tourism objects in the Magelang Regency can bring optimal benefits to all parties.

The number of unemployed increased dramatically due to COVID-19. This can happen because many companies instruct their employees to work from home and some companies forced to do temporary dismissal and/or lay off their employees to survive during a pandemic. After that, many of people decide to create online business and become entrepreneurs. Products sold can be obtained from other people (be reseller) or make it by themselves. These products will be sold online, both with shopping applications and social media. The purpose of this research is to introduce the advantages of being an entrepreneur with online business and to show how technology affects the business. Therefore, this research tries to analyze the benefits of being an entrepreneur compared to being an employee and to find out how new entrepreneurs manage and market their products by technology during this pandemic. The samples of this research are 10 new entrepreneurs who get temporary dismissal of workers and or lay off from their company and open the online business in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The methodology of this research is a qualitative methodology by analyzing social media accounts or online shop accounts that entrepreneurs use for selling their products and also conducting online interviews with them to ensure their accuracy. The results of this research indicate that online businesses provide benefits and convenience for entrepreneurs to do business during this pandemic and also give a motivation for entrepreneurs to continue and improve their business if COVID-19 has been completed.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies experienced changes in working hours and faced different work situations from before the pandemic. One of the most important things to face these challenges is how to maintain the performance of the company's employees so that they continue to give their best performance. This is due to health threats, changes in the work system, and changes in the environmental conditions faced. The novelty of the study when compared with previous studies is that there are differences in exogenous variables. The researcher analyzed the influence of the safety culture and sense of belonging variables on performance, which was processed using SMART PLS to determine the magnitude of the influence of each variable indicator. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. This study used a sample of 66 people who were obtained by random sampling technique, had a minimum of one year of work experience and were permanent employees of the company. Each variable will be tested for convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, R2, and significance. The results of the research based on the value of R2 show that the culture of safety and sense of belonging has an influence of 24.6% on performance. The safety culture indicators have a significant effect on performance with a T count = 4.655, while the sense of belonging has a significant effect on performance with a T count = 3.451. Finally, it can be concluded from the results of research on employees of manufacturing companies in Merak Banten that both latent variables exogenous safety culture (X1) and sense of belonging (X2) with their indicators significantly affect performance (Y). This means that by increasing the culture of safety and sense of belonging, it will be able to improve employee performance in the company.

This study aims to see if job involvement and transformational leadership have a significant impact on millennial employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The application may be different because the literature review by previous researchers hasn't yet established which idea models play a key role in influencing employee efficiency. This study is unique in that it is the first to look at the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on the performance of millennial workers. Furthermore, using interaction theory as a knife of research, to measure the impact of job involvement and transformational leadership on millennial employee performance. The study was carried out at PT. Basirih Industrial. Using the survey criteria methodology, a total of 0 millennial workers (those born between 1980 and 1995) were included in the study. This study takes a quantitative approach to explanatory analysis. The data was gathered through an online questionnaire survey and was tallied using a Likert scale. After performing validity and reliability checks as well as classical assumption tests, the SPSS version 23 research tool was used to evaluate multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. According to online surveys, there were 0 millennial workers, with 0 dominating males accounting for 76 percent of the total, and 0 millennial female workers accounting for 23.9 percent. The results showed that job involvement and transformational leadership had a significant effect on the millennial performance of PT. Basirih Industrial, either partially or simultaneously.
