This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives and organizational culture on employee performance at PT IKP-Bogor. Type of this research uses associative quantitative research, the research analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially the variables that had an effect on employee performance were motivation and organizational culture. The results of the coefficient of determination show the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture can explain the employee performance variable by 67%, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables outside of this research. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to motivate and create an employee-oriented organizational culture.

The study purposes to examine the perceived convenience, risk and benefits toward decision to use BRI Mobile Banking in Surabaya. The study is using SPSS Program 21.00 version. The population used in this study are all customers of the Bank BRI in Surabaya, especially in Kaliasin, Kusuma Bangsa and Jemursari branches. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. This research method used is quantitative. To conduct this study, the data collected as much 80 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis used in this study to analyze the data statistically. The result showed that perceived convenience and benefits affects positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya, while the perceived risk is affects not positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Culture and Organizational Commitment on the performance of employees of the Cooperative Office of State Logistics Agency. The population in this study were all employees of Public Employee Cooperatives totaling 133 people with the number of samples meeting the criteria of the sample amounting to 100 employees. Analysis technique to test the hopesis of research through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that culture and commitment are important factors that can explain variations in employee performance. The implications and suggestions are explained in the article. The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to simultaneously and partially determine and analyze the effect of accessibility and destination image toward the revisit to Tambing Lake. The variables of this research are accessibility (X1) and destination image (X2). While the dependent variable is the revisit (Y). This study used the research method of causal descriptive, with the sample size of 70 people. The sampling of this research used incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1). Accessibility and destination image simultaneously have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 2). Accessibility partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake; 3). Destination image partially have significant effect on the revisit to Tambing Lake. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu aksesibilitas (X1) dan citra destinasi (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu niat berkunjung kembali (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kausal dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Aksesibilitas dan citra destinasi secara simultan (serempak) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 2). aksesibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing; 3). citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Telaga Tambing.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar.
