This research is motivated by many types and brands of helmets offered to consumers in the market. So that each helmet company must create a strategy to maintain and achieve a higher market share. The problem in this study is "How is the influence of price, quality and promotion of the decision to purchase GM brand helmets for STIE HAS Bukittinggi students. The data used are primary and secondary data. The research data was obtained through questionnaires to 68 respondents. The variables used were dependent variables, namely purchasing decision (Y) and independent variables namely price (X1), and promotion (X2). The method of analysis used by the writer in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 15,070 + 0,222 X1 + 0.782 X2 obtained that prices and promotions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t test and f test are partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion, both simultaneously and partially whether it has an influence on the decision of consumers to buy a house in Housing Borneo Paradiso Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents and using census techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data, methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is simultaneously proven because the four independent variables namely product, price, location and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on buying decisions and the hypothesis is partially proven that the location variable is the dominant variable in this study.

Product Domestic Regional Bruto (PDRB) on poverty in Nagan Raya Regency both partially and simultaneously during the period 2010 to 2019. The dependent variable in this study is the independent variable is the population and PDRB. The method used to study the effect of the  independent variables on the dependent variable uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study and from the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the simultaneous variable of population and PDRB is significant to the poverty variable, it can be seen from the F-count value greater than F-table. From the results of the determination coefficient value is calculated under the variable influence of population and PDRB of 87.9% and the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, but simultaneously the variable number of population and PDRB does not provide significant results on welfare in Nagan Raya Regency can be seen from the value of Thitung the second variable is smaller than the value of T table.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional spending namely direct and indirect spending, labor on the private sector in South Sumatra. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series 2006-2017 sourced from the DGT Ministry of Finance and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which have been processed. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis methods with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that during 2006-2017 the expenditure variable directly had a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. The indirect expenditure variable has a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. Labor variables have a positive and significant effect on private-sector output in South Sumatra. Overall independent variables have a significant effect on the output of the private sector in South Sumatra.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh belnja daerah yakni belanja langsung dan belanja tidak langsung, tenaga kerja terhadap sektor swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Muscle quality is well-known to decrease with aging and is a risk factor for metabolic abnormalities. However, there is a lack of information on race-associated differences in muscle quality and other neuromuscular features related to functional performance. This study aimed to compare muscle quality, function, and morphological characteristics in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals. Eighty-four participants aged 65–87 years were enrolled in the study (42 Japanese: 23 men, 19 women, mean age 70.4 years; 42 Brazilians: 23 men, 19 women, mean age 70.8 years). Echo intensity (EI) and muscle thickness (MT) of the quadriceps femoris were measured using B-mode ultrasonography. A stepwise multiple linear regression analysis with EI as a dependent variable revealed that MT was a significant variable for Japanese participants (R2 = 0.424, P = 0.001), while MT and subcutaneous adipose tissue (SCAT) thickness were significant variables for Brazilian participants (R2 = 0.490, P = 0.001). A second stepwise multiple linear regression analysis was performed after excluding MT and SCAT thickness from the independent variables. Sex and age for Japanese participants (R2 = 0.381, P = 0.001) and lean body mass and body mass index for Brazilian participants (R2 = 0.385, P = 0.001) were identified as significant independent variables. The present results suggest that MT is closely correlated with muscle quality in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals. Increases in muscle size may induce decreases in intramuscular adipose tissue and/or connective tissues, which are beneficial for reducing the risks of metabolic impairments in Japanese and Brazilian older individuals.
