Encapsulation is a process of enclosing the substances within an inert material which protects from environment as well as control drug release. Recently, two type of encapsulation has been performed in several research. Nanoencapsulation is the coating of various substances within another material at sizes on the nano scale. Microencapsulation is similar to nanoencapsulation aside from it involving larger particles and having been done for a greater period of time than nanoencapsulation. Encapsulation is a new technology that has wide applications in pharmaceutical industries, agrochemical, food industries and cosmetics. In this review, the difference between micro and nano encapsulation has been explained. This article gives an overview of different methods and reason for encapsulation. The advantages and disadvantages of micro and nano encapsulation technology were also clearly mentioned in this paper.

Abstract Paraffin represents one of the main case of failures and production losses which facing the entire oil industry. Prevention of paraffin deposition on the subsurface/surface equipment can be achieved by keeping the paraffin dissolved in crude oil or minimizing the adhesion or aggregation process of wax crystals. The paraffin problems which occur, conduct to gradual reduction of the tubular and pipelines internal diameter, restriction or valves blockages, and reduce the equipment capacity until the production is stop. Problems due to paraffin deposition varies and is different according with each commercial field, sometime the difference is from a well to well which producing from the same reservoir with different consistency. How we shall proceed? Before or after paraffin is field on the equipment? How could be avoid the future paraffin deposition? How long the selected method is proper for well ? The decision represents a combination based on oil's chemical & physical characteristics, well's behavior, method selected for prevention or elimination and combined with economic analysis and field experience. The paraffin inhibition applying is a common practice in OMV Petrom, which cover majority of the production wells. For the special wells, which the paraffin inhibition didn't provided satisfying results (multiple intervention due to paraffin deposition) was selected the Down Hole Heating technology (DHH) which was successfully tested in our company since 2014 thanks according with the yearly New Technology Program. The operating principle consists in heating the fluid volume from tubing using the heating cable which can be installed inside tubing, for NF and ESP wells or outside tubing for SRP or PCP wells. The cable is designed and located at the interval of wax crystallization appearance and heats the fluid to the temperature higher than the wax crystallization point (WAT). Since then, the DHH technology had an upward course, proven by high run life (highest value 2500 days / average 813 days) of the technology at the total 47 wells equipped, until this moment. Based on the successful results, recorded of 64% of old production wells equipped, it was decided to apply the technology at first completion of the new wells (36%), thus ensuring the protection of the new equipment. The paper offers an overview of DHH technology implementation, achievements, benefits and online monitoring of technology implementation starting with 2014 until today. The total impact shown a decreasing of no.of failures with 73,8%, the cost of intervention with 76,5%. The production losses decreased only with 5%, which certifies the fact that the technology helping production maintaining during the exploitation in comparison with production losses due paraffin issues recorded at wells without equipped with DHH technology. During 6 years of down hole heating technology application were developed candidate selection decision tree, monitoring the electrical efficiency, using the adaptability capacity of the technology from one well to another and integrate the temperature parameters in online monitoring system as part of digitalization concept of OMV Petrom, aspects which will be present in this article.

Goal of contemporary dentistry is to decrease the patient?s discomfort during treatment. Dentists aim to achieve maximum with the newly developed dental materials as well as with new cavity preparation techniques in the shortest time span. Since the development of the first constructed borer (drilling machine) for caries removal, the preparation techniques have considerably changed. The progress of dental materials as well as the cavity preparation techniques has led us to contemporary carbide tungsten and diamond borers that are used with obligatory water cooling. The innovation within this field represents newly developed polymer borers that can detect the difference between carious lesions and healthy tooth structure. In this way the cavity preparation may be performed without damaging dental healthy tissue. This is possible owing to their hardness which is lower than the hardness of intact dentin. Polymer borer preparation is painless with less vibration, while the increase in temperature is negligible. Lasers have been used in clinical dentistry since 1980s so it can be said that they represent a new technology. The function of lasers is based on ablation which requires water. Erbium lasers have shown the highest potential with their ability to produce effective ablation of hard dental tissues. Laser application in dentistry requires special training as well as some protective measures. Laser advantages, compared to traditional preparation techniques, involve the absence of vibration, painless preparation, possibility of preparation without anesthetic and easier patient?s adjustment to dental intervention which is of importance, especially in pediatric dentistry.

A firm’s capability of raising funding is closely related to its sustainable development. With a more efficient allocation of funding among the whole society, social resources will be better utilized. Initial Public Offering (IPO) can indeed be an effective means of raising capital for corporate ventures. Using 1069 firms which completed IPOs on Chinese stock exchanges between 1st January 2004 and 1st January 2013, we investigate the difference in IPO underpricing before and after the 2008 financial crisis. Based on OLS regression models, we find that the IPOs are less underpriced in the post-crisis period. We examine the moderating effects of firm size on the difference in IPO underpricing between pre- and post-crisis periods, finding that small firms experienced less IPO underpricing than large firms after the financial crisis. After applying different model specifications such as Robust and OProbit regressions, the results remain consistent. Our study contributes to understanding the dynamics and influences of the financial crisis on firms’ IPO cost from the perspective of information asymmetry.

However, this framework neglects the crux of the current critical analysis of AI. It reduces the problems with new technology to the relationship between people and machines, ignoring the re-shaping of the relationship between "people and people" in the era of new technology. This simplification may mislead policy and legal regulations for new technologies. Why would a robot killing cause more panic than a murder committed by a human? Why is a robot's misdiagnosis more troubling than a doctor's? Why do patients assume that machines make more accurate diagnoses than doctors? When a medical accident occurs, who is responsible for the mistakes of an intelligent medical system? In the framework of traditional professionalism, the relationship between doctors and patients, whether trusted or not, is based on the premise that doctors have specialized knowledge that patients do not possess. Therefore, the authority of a doctor is the authority of knowledge. In the age of intelligence, do machines provide information or knowledge? Can this strengthen or weaken the authority of doctors? It is likely that in the age of intelligence, the professionalism, authority and trustworthiness of doctors require a new knowledge base. Therefore, the de-skilling of doctors is not an issue of individual doctors, but demands an update of the knowledge of the entire industry. Recognizing this, policy makers must not focus solely on the use of machines, but take a wider perspective, considering how to promote the development of doctors and coordinate the relationship between doctors with different levels of knowledge development. We often ask, "In the era of intelligence, what defines a human?" This philosophical thinking should be directed toward not only the difference between machines and people as individuals, but also how the relationship between human beings, i.e., the social nature of humans, evolves in different technological environments. In short, this commentary stresses that a "good" machine or an "evil" machine—beyond the sci-fi romance of such discourse—reflects the evolution of the relationships between people. In today's smart age, the critical issue is not the relationship between people and machines. It is how people adjust their relationships with other people as machines become necessary tools in life. Beautiful hair, so called “SHINAYAKA” hair in Japanese, has a good appearance not only when stationary but also when in motion, and it is a highly desirable hair condition for Japanese consumers. We investigated such SHINAYAKA hair, which was selected by sensory evaluation, for the relationship between physical properties, such as flexibility and elasticity, and hair structure. It has already been reported that human hair cortical cells have two types, similar to wool: the ortho-like cortex and the para-like cortex. Microscopic observation revealed that the ortho-like cortex is distributed in the outer layer of the hair (near the hair surface) and the para-like cortex exists in the inner layer (near the center of the fiber). This cell distribution, a concentric double-layered structure, was deemed to be a characteristic of SHINAYAKA hair. Furthermore, analysis of physical properties showed the difference between the elasticity of the outer layer and inner layer, and that this difference was bigger in SHINAYAKA hair compared to other hair. This phenomenon was observed not only in Japanese hair, but also in Caucasian hair. In addition, we have developed a new technology for creating “SHINAYAKA” hair by treatment with succinic acid. Inflexible and inelastic hair can be changed by this treatment, and its flexibility and elasticity improve by selective reduction of stiffness of the outer layer.

We consider platform competition in a two-sided market, where the two sides (buyers and sellers) have ex ante uncertainty and ex post asymmetric information concerning the value of a new technology. We find that platform competition may lead to a market failure: competition may result in a lower level of trade and lower welfare than a monopoly, if the difference in the degree of asymmetric information between the two sides is below a certain threshold. Multi-homing solves the market failure resulting from asymmetric information. However, if platforms can impose exclusive dealing, then they will do so, which results in market inefficiency. Spray up method is one of methods for composite molding and it is traditional and common molding method that can deal with various shapes according to workmen skill. The essence of the composite molding impregnates resin to fiber;, in other words, is to substitute air included in the fiber for resin. Spray up method can spray matrix on mold together while cutting reinforcements continually, and the cutting of the reinforcement, setting up and the impregnation of the matrix are carried out at the same time. That is why working process is made efficiency and can cope with a design change easily. However, the quality of the composites depends on the techniques of workmen and the judgment with Spray up technique is too difficult, because it has not clarified that the difference of that techniques has how influence with manufactured products. In addition, in a spray up method, glass reinforcements is usually used, but carbon reinforcements is not put to practical use. High quality is required with the CFRP composite, and this is because it is thought that techniques of Spray up method does not satisfy this demand. In this study, motion analysis was used to compare the difference between Spray up techniques by expert and non-expert. Expert’s carrier of Spray up was 19 years and non-expert’s carrier was a year. Motion analysis, which is applied to various fields like sports or traditional crafts and so on, can visualize human motion. The Mac 3D System was used as equipment, since it is the most powerful tool for the motion capture and analysis particularly. The sampling rate was 60 Hz. The object of this study was to contribute that technique back to fabrication fields by analyzing and considering what was important factor. Furthermore, this trial is thought that leads to the development of new technology. As the result, the motion of expert’s lower half of body indicated different motion compared with non-expert one. Expert’s centroid moved smoothly and his motion showed constant tendency. On the other hand, non-expert’s motion was awkward in several points and his motion didn’t show the tendency like expert. Furthermore, The CFRP structures that manufactured with Spray up method are cut for the tensile testing. Tensile test were performed by using an Instron universal testing machine under a speed 1mm/min. Spray up technique is discussed based on the motion analysis method and moreover it is shown that Spray up method is useful in CFRP materials production.
