Salah satu sekolah vokasi yang intens dalam mencetak lulusan dengan target 70% lulusan bekerja di Industri adalah SMKN Bali Mandara. Melalui komunikasi langsung dengan Bapak I Wayan Agustiana, S.Pd., M.Pd selaku Kepala Sekolah dan Wakasek serta Guru di SMKN Bali Mandara mengatakan hal yang sama yaitu minimal 70% siswanya ditargetkan bekerja. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yang merupakan sekolah vokasi ini adalah bagaimana cara membentuk karakter siswa selain memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal juga memiliki kompetensi yang unggul. Melalui pengabdian tahun 2020, pengabdi sudah melaksanakan pelatihan kepada tim guru dan staff di SMKN Bali Mandara untuk melakukan seleksi siswa baru menggunakan tes online bernama Simaju Ganesha. Melalui kerjasama dengan pihak sekolah, pelatihan bertujuan memperkenalkan aplikasi mobile. Adapun peserta yang megikuti adalah guru dan siswa kelas XII yang akan magang. Hasilnya pelatihan berupa (1) pedoman user manual software, (2) hasil tes software lokasi yang sesuai dengan minat siswa

Upaya mempersiapkan keluaran perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas sangat terkait dengan ketersediaan dan kesesuaian berbagai faktor pendudukung. Salah satu diantara komponen pendukung tersebut adalah tersedianya bahan ajar yang aktual yang diangkat dari isu-isu terkini atau isu-isu sentral di dalam berbagai aspek pengetahuan dan informasi, khususnya berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Tulisan ini mengangkat beberapa di antara isu sentral dimaksud, antara lain; isu filosofis, arah baru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, konseling lintas budaya & cyber conseling, perubahan pandangan tentang eksistensi pendidikan nilai, life skills education, multicultural education, beberapa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis inquiry, dan e learnig. Kata-kata Kunci: Isu-isu Sentral, Pendidikan, Bahan ajar.Abstract: Efforts to prepare output quality college is strongly associated with the availability and suitability of various factors pendudukung. One among the supporting component is the availability of teaching materials were removed from the actual current issues or the central issues in the various aspects of knowledge and information, particularly with regard to education. This paper raised some of the central issues in question, among others; philosophical issues, new directions Civic Education, Cross-cultural and Cyber counseling, change the view of the existence of the value of education, life skills education, multicultural education, some inquiry-based learning approaches, and e learnig. The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. Most of the activities of society are no longer limited by space and time, anytime and anywhere. The use of social media is high in proportion to the development of millennial generation who are familiar with technology. This generation has the characteristics of open communication, fanatical social media users, their lives are greatly affected by technological developments. Professional counselors must create a creative and innovative ways, strategies or methods to support guidance and counseling services for the millennial generation. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

The government has issued regulations regarding efforts to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. One of them is by imposing new normal behaviour or new normal. The education sector is one of the areas affected, including guidance and counseling services. This study aims to determine the effective services in counseling guidance in the new normal period. This research uses the type of library research or library research. The technique for collecting data is through the study of various reference sources related to the article's theme. The study results show that several madrasah counseling guidance services can be applied in the new normal period, including home visit services, direct meeting programs, cyber counseling and counseling cinema.

There are two objectives of this study, to describe student learning anxiety before and after the intervention, and to find out whether or not cyber counseling-based individual counseling can reduce student learning anxiety. The research method used is quantitative research with experimental design. A total of 7 students are involved and asked in this study. Data collection was carried out by two methods, questionnaires and observation. There is two data analysis used, descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the study found that students who previously in high and very high categories for learning anxiety yet after the intervention decreased to the medium and low categories. This study showed that individual cyber counseling-based could reduce learning anxiety because of the positive impact it had on the students.
