The government has issued regulations regarding efforts to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. One of them is by imposing new normal behaviour or new normal. The education sector is one of the areas affected, including guidance and counseling services. This study aims to determine the effective services in counseling guidance in the new normal period. This research uses the type of library research or library research. The technique for collecting data is through the study of various reference sources related to the article's theme. The study results show that several madrasah counseling guidance services can be applied in the new normal period, including home visit services, direct meeting programs, cyber counseling and counseling cinema.

Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers should be able to become a mediator to build effective communication and pay attention to students. During the pandemic, counseling teachers can use various media and communication platforms that are familiar to students, but do not ignore the humanist value of the counselor profession. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teacher services, student responses, as well as obstacles or obstacles to Guidance and Counseling services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive phenomenology. The results of the study were that the Guidance and Counseling services provided during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi used classical guidance services. The responses or feelings of students in the Guidance and Counseling teacher services during the COVID-19 pandemic were different for each research subject, and the obstacles or obstacles were that there were some students who did not have cellphones, insufficient costs for data packages, and networks. telephone is slow so that students become distracted in learning. Suggestions for parents should be to spend time, support, and love their children in the home environment, because children usually need the attention and support of each parent. Suggestions for the community if we have a disaster or disaster should be responded to patiently and sincerely to accept it, of course also pay attention to the regulations made by the government so that the COVID-19 pandemic can end. Suggestions for researchers for further research must be considered and prepared what is needed in research.

This study aims to explain the competence of counselors in inclusive guidance and counseling services and guidance and counseling services with an inclusive perspective for persons with disabilities. This paper uses a literature approach. Library research is one type of research that uses literature as the object of research. The analysis technique uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study are: (1) the competence of counselors in guidance and counseling services with an inclusive perspective, namely with respect to personal competences, core competencies, and supporting competencies; and (2) guidance and counseling services with inclusive perspective, consisting of academic guidance services, career guidance services, and personal-social guidance services.

This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of female students who wear the full face veil. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was carried out with a total sampling of 38 students who wore the veil from several universities in Indonesia. The research instrument uses a Likert-shaped Emotional Intelligence Scale owned by Dika Sahputra. Questionnaires are distributed online through the Google Forms application from November 2019 to January 2020. The results showed that in general the emotional intelligence of students who wore the full face veil was in the high category. These results can be used as a basis for making programs for guidance and counseling services in tertiary institutions, as well as being the basis for policy making for university leaders and the government towards female students and women who use the full face veil

The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. This generation has the characteristics of open communication, fanatical social media users, their lives are greatly affected by technological developments. Professional counselors must create a creative and innovative ways, strategies or methods to support guidance and counseling services for the millennial generation. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

The emergency status caused by Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) has prompted the government to implement Social Distancing as a measure to reduce the number of spreads of the Covid-19 virus. Social distance is a person's efforts not to interact at close range or avoid crowds. The community is asked to work at home, study from home and worship at home; even tourist attractions are not allowed to operate, this situation is a challenge for tourism actors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the tourism strategy is during the New Normal period after the COVID-19 pandemic with restrictions on community activities. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative-interpretive. The results of research conducted at the prayer hill religious area show that government policies through the implementation of Government Regulation No. 1 of 2021 concerning Improving Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols in the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 have been well implemented in terms of four indicators, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Current study aims to reveal the problems that pre-school teachers and parents face, in relation to guidance and counseling services, at schools without psychological counselors. The purpose of including pre-school teachers and parents in the current study was to find out both whether they considered the guidance and counseling services a need and whether their methods of intervention against the problems that they face were functional. The current research was designed with interview technique as a qualitative study method. Research data were collected through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The researcher met the participants individually and asked the questions on the interview form for the current research. The responses that the participants provided were recorded and later transferred onto computer environment. The study group, formed based on voluntary participation, included total 30 participants with 15 pre-school teachers and 15 parents of pre-school children. Pre-school teacher participants 10 females and 5 males, worked for five different preschools in Adiyaman. Total 15 parents in the study group included nine females and six males. An examination of pre-school teachers’ responses based on the current study findings indicated that majority of the teachers did not prepare an annual counseling and guidance plan. Another finding of the current study was that children of most parents and teachers experience adjustment problems in pre-school. Another finding of the current research is about children’s individual problems. Main individual problems that parents experienced with their children included self-care and social development.

This study intends to analyze the Islamic education curriculum development in the New Normal era, using a qualitative approach to library research. Researchers found that what must pursue the Islamic education curriculum in the New Normal period by integrating content, preparing a systematic learning concept and good training in terms of the use of technology so that it is accustomed to carrying out the learning process online. One of the ideal educational strategies during this pandemic is to explore the government's provisions by using an agreed application. There are two crucial component elements in the implementation of the learning process activities; namely, students and educators must be given training related to technology media to know the direction of learning so that they avoid mistakes that will become a problem. Meanwhile, students carry out learning at home with the help of parents who supervise every activity during the online learning process so that learning misunderstandings do not occur during a pandemic.

Understanding kindergarten teachers about the knowledge of counseling and implementation guidance services in Somba Opu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency. Problem formulation and this research are how teachers understand guidance and counseling services in schools? and what guidance and counseling services do teachers do in learning?. This research provides an overview of teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten. Data collection techniques through interview methods, and questionnaire distribution, as well as documentation. Data analysis in this study was conducted by Data collection, Data reduction, Display data, Data verification. The technique of examination and validity of data is carried out with The Extension of Participation, Perseverance of Questionnaires and Interviews, and Triangulation. The results showed that 20 kindergarten teachers about the understanding of knowledge guidance and counseling services are still lacking and 10 kindergarten teachers have a sufficient understanding of the knowledge of Guidance and Counseling Services. Furthermore, counseling guidance services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten are group guidance services, learning guidance, guidance while playing.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of individual guidance and counselling services on the self-efficacy of orphaned children living in orphanages in Bungoma County. The researcher adopted the ex-post facto research design. The population of the study was 2132 orphans in the 20 orphanages. 280 of the orphans in all the 20 orphanages were interviewed. One (1) caregiver and one (1) administrator (again per orphanage) were interviewed. Out of a total of 20 Children’s Homes in Bungoma County, the researcher purposively sampled 280 orphans that were interviewed. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used to collect data from the respondents who included the orphans, orphanages administrators and caregivers. The self-efficacy scale of 1-4 was converted to between 0-100. The data was prepared, coded and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. Strict ethical considerations were observed during the study. The study established that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy of orphaned children and individual guidance and counselling services. The study’s recommendations were that the government should come up with policies to guide all the orphanages in Kenya, including the process of guiding and counselling. Every orphanage should also engage the services of a qualified guiding and counselling specialist for the orphans and should be paid well to avoid high turnover. Individual guiding and counselling services should be encouraged in orphanages as they are effective. They help the orphans open up and share challenges and enable them to solve serious life’s challenges.

The purpose of the study is to obtain a description of what can motivate in utilizing guidance and counseling services in MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The data digging tool used is questionnaire and interview as a complement. Analysis of data in use is the formula percentage. From the results of data processing shows a small part (36,886%) students who expressed always take advantage of guidance and counseling services on impulse ability, want to know, understand, apply in daily life and get parent support, education facilities, guidance from teacher BK (konselor), Support from friends, media counseling guidance services on the internet. A small portion (32.148%) of students stated freqently. A small number (24.890%) of students stated rarely. The smallest part (6,074%) of students stated never. Finally based on the results of research can be concluded that a small part of the motivation of students in utilizing gudance and counseling services. Therefore it is necessary for the understanding and application of information about counseling guidance services in schools, so that between BP students and teachers or principals can work together well and responsibly
