The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. Most of the activities of society are no longer limited by space and time, anytime and anywhere. The use of social media is high in proportion to the development of millennial generation who are familiar with technology. This generation has the characteristics of open communication, fanatical social media users, their lives are greatly affected by technological developments. Professional counselors must create a creative and innovative ways, strategies or methods to support guidance and counseling services for the millennial generation. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

Profession has a code of ethics in the form of a behavior regulation tool for the caretaker of the profession. This regulation guarantees that services will be carried out professionally. School counselors face an exciting challenge of serving the millennial generation. This generation is a technology reliant, image driven, multitasking, open to change, confident, team oriented, rich of information, impatient and adaptable. Guidance and counseling services need to adapt the virtual concept, in this case digital services through social media for maximum service and reference.

This study aims to analyze the language styles of millennials on the Instagram platform and prove whether the millennial language style has a negative influence on Indonesian. The approach method in this research is descriptive qualitative with content analysis approach. This research was conducted by taking several sample photo captions on the accounts belonging to teenagers who were considered to represent the millennial generation now and analyzed language errors that could cause damage to Indonesian. The target of this research is the millennial generation because they are a generation born in the midst of rapid technological developments that are considered to contribute the most to the use of social media

Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.

The complexity of the problems faced by students today, of course, is followed by the endurance of the individual both physically and psychologically. Therefore, a counselor should have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes in carrying out guidance and counseling services for all types of diversity in order to create a professional counselor. Therefore, this paper tries to identify the ethical concepts and attitudes of professional counselors in guidance and counseling so that later professional counselors are formed in terms of ethics, attitudes, and personal qualities of the counselors. This writing uses a literature study approach and content analysis techniques. The findings in this paper are (1) the counselor's professional ethics are the rules of behavior that become a reference for the counselor in carrying out his duties or responsibilities in providing guidance and counseling services to the counselee; (2) the counselor's professional attitude includes being responsible, caring about professional identity and professional development, having an awareness of commitment, being skilled at using special techniques developed on the basis of broad insights and scientific principles, understanding and managing personal and professional strengths and limitations. and maintaining objectivity and maintaining the counselee's problems, and (3) the efforts made by the counselor in developing his professional attitude and ethics, namely by developing attitudes during pre-service education and developing attitudes during his tenure

The government has issued regulations regarding efforts to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. One of them is by imposing new normal behaviour or new normal. The education sector is one of the areas affected, including guidance and counseling services. This study aims to determine the effective services in counseling guidance in the new normal period. This research uses the type of library research or library research. The technique for collecting data is through the study of various reference sources related to the article's theme. The study results show that several madrasah counseling guidance services can be applied in the new normal period, including home visit services, direct meeting programs, cyber counseling and counseling cinema.

This time, in the digital era, a business cannot be separated from digital marketing, this is by the explanation of technological developments. The existence of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is a driving factor in the creation of national economic development because it can spur economic growth. The high use of social media, especially Facebook in Indonesia, encourages business people to use social media as marketing media. This is also done by Anugerah Mina Lestari  SMEs. So that researchers feel they are researching the Effectiveness of the UKM Mina Lestari Marketing System Using Facebook Social Media. The research used the EPIC Model which involved 80 samples. The sample is part of the population of product buyers from Anugerah Mina Lestari SMEs. The effectiveness of the Anugerah Mina Lestari SME marketing system through Facebook social media that was analyzed using the EPIC Model with four variables (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication), showed an EPIC Rate of 2.943 which means that the Anugerah Mina Lestari SMEs marketing system through Facebook social media can be assessed effectively.

<p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Purpose - </strong> The research objective is a trial to create group counseling services with self-acceptance techniques to develop Qona’ah attitudes in realizing the happiness of the millennial generation.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Method -</strong> The method used in data collection was a literature study.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Result</strong> - The result of this paper is to offer group guidance and counseling using self-acceptance techniques to develop a Qona’ah attitude. Positive self-acceptance will be able to create happiness.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Implications -</strong> Qona’ah attitude requires a training with strong patience, the applied counseling services  are group guidance and counseling services with four stages.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Originality - </strong>A method of developing the Qona’ah attitude of the millennial generation is a process of providing professional assistance which is characterized by a continuous process with systematic steps to an individu or groups of people.</p>

Abstract. Nowadays, the use of social media, one of which is the Instagram application in the Insta Story feature, has many advantages such as its wide coverage, because it uses online facilities, and its continuous connectivity. The presence of this new media makes it easier for humans to communicate daily. In the current era, companies need to utilize their resources optimally, and try to influence consumers' buying interest through the promotion of Wellborn products. Current technological developments make it easier for consumers to find information about a product on the market. The theory used in this research is the theory of Uses and Gratification. The research method used is quantitative correlational studies applying the rank Spearmen correlational formula to test whether there is the relationship between Attraction, Convert, and Transfrom, in using the insta story feature as a promotional medium, with the interest in buying Wellborn products. Sampling was carried out on 67 respondents as well as viewers. Based on the results of the study, it is showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of Insta Story features as a media promotion and the interest in buying Wellborn products; with a total coefficient value of 66,283.Keywords: buying interest, Instagram, Insta Story, PromotionAbstrak. Penggunaan media sosial saat ini mempunyai keunggulan salah satunya yaitu aplikasi instagram dalam fitur insta story yang cakupannya luas menggunakan fasilitas online dan terhubung kapanpun. Kehadiran media baru (new media) semakin memudahkan manusia dalam berkomunikasi sehari-hari.Di era sekarang perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya dengan optimal, serta berusaha mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen melalui adanya promosi produk Wellborn. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini jauh lebih memudahkan para konsumen untuk mencari informasi tentang suatu produk yang ada di pasaran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah teori Uses and Gratification. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif studi korelasional dan menggunakan rumus korelasional rank spearmen untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara Attraction, Convert, dan Transfrom penggunaan fitur insta story sebagai media promosi dengan minat beli produk Wellborn. Pengambilan sample dilakukan kepada 67 orang responden followers sekaligus viewers. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Penggunaan Fitur Insta Story sebagai Media Promosi dengan Minat Beli Produk Wellborn dengan nilai total koefisien sebesar 66,283.Kata kunci: Minat beli, Instagram, Insta Story dan Promosi

Along with the development of the era of the study of hadith today, it is increasingly interesting and has good prospects because of the special institutional development in universities, where currently the hadith science study program is separate from the interpretation study program. The realm of hadith study studies is also growing well, where in its history it has produced studies on the science of hadith and certain hadith books. At present the study of hadith science not only examines the region but it also develops into the realm of studies which contextualize and understand in a society known as living hadith. In addition, technological developments make the study of hadith easily accessible to the public, so that they can carry out the teachings brought by the Prophet Muhammad. In addition, the development of the study of hadith correlated with the media is quite popular today, where the reviewers of hadith no longer dwell on the academic dimension, but they penetrate the use of social media in disseminating the results of the hadith studies conducted.
