EFEKTIFITAS TEKNIK ANGER MANAGEMENT DALAM MENGELOLA EMOSI MARAH YANG DILAKUKAN MELALUI E-COUNSELING DI SMP ISLAM AL AZHAR 12 RAWAMANGUN EFEKTIFITAS TEKNIK ANGER MANAGEMENT DALAM MENGELOLA EMOSI MARAH YANG DILAKUKAN MELALUI E-COUNSELING DI SMP ISLAM AL AZHAR 12 RAWAMANGUN Ayu Lestari ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik anger management dalam mengelola emosi marah pada satu siswa kelas IX di SMPI Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun. Metode penelitian adalah Single Subject Research dengan desain penelitian A-B. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen observasi yang dikembangkan melalui indikator pengekspresian kemarahan oleh Spielberger yaitu Anger In, Anger Out, dan Anger Control. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pada indikator Anger In mengalami penurunan dari kondisi baseline 13,7(sangat rendah) dan kondisi intervensi sebesar 13,6 (sangat rendah) hal yang sama terjadi pada indikator Anger Out mengalami penurunan sebesar pada baseline sebesar 30 (sangat tinggi) dan setelah intervensi menjadi 17,4 ( sedang) sesedangkan pada indikator Anger Control menunjukkan peningkatan, pada baseline diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 9 ( sangat rendah) dan setelah intervensi menjadi 23 (tinggi) . kenaikan dan penurunan pada anger out dan anger control tidak harus sama , bisa lebih besar pada kenaikan di anger in dan lebih kecil penurunan di anger out maupun sebaliknya. Adanya penurunan pada Anger Out dan adanya peningkatan pada Anger Control menunjukkan bahwa anger management berpengaruh dalam membantu anak dalam mengelola ekspresi emosi marahnya.   The research aims to find out the influence of anger management techniques in managing angry emotions in one grade IX student at SMPI Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun. The research method is Single Subject Research with A-B research design. Data collection uses observation instruments developed through Spielberger's anger expression indicators Anger In, Anger Out, and Anger Control. Data analysis techniques use analysis in conditions and analysis between conditions. The results obtained from this study are in anger in indicators decreased from baseline conditions of 13.7 (very low) and intervention conditions of 13.6 (very low) the same thing occurred in anger out indicator decreased by 30 (very high) baseline and after intervention to 17.4 ( moderate) as in anger control indicator showed improvement, on the baseline obtained an average of 9 ( very low) and after intervention to 23 (high) . increase and decrease in anger out and anger control does not have to be the same, it can be greater on the increase in anger in and smaller decrease in anger out or vice versa. The decrease in Anger Out and the increase in Anger Control shows that anger management has an effect in helping children manage their expressions of angry emotions. . This study aimed to implement and describe individual counseling services with rational emotive therapy used with a student at Al Azhar Junior High School in Yogyakarta named “FS” who experienced low self-esteem. A qualitative descriptive approach was used with a single participant. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and triangulation. The results showed that after being treated with a process of individual counseling using rational emotive therapy, there was an improvement in the behavior of student “FS” who become more confident. This increase was seen when researchers carried out direct observations of “FS” in class after one week of the counseling process; information was also obtained from the counseling teacher and classmates of “FS” who observed that “FS” started to participate in group work, ask for help from other classmates, and try to familiarize themself with friends in class. Therefore, it can be concluded that individual counseling using rational emotive therapy can be utilized for students with low self-confidence at Al Azhar Junior High School in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is that the self-confidence of grade IX-A SMPN 1 Lenek students can increase through individual counseling services during the COVID-19 period of the 2021/2022 school year. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The stages in this research are: (1) plan; (2) actions; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. Research subjects were determined by using a proportional sampling technique. The research subject is class IX-A SMPN 1 Lenek. Data collection techniques used in this study are non-test and observation techniques. The instrument used to measure the level of student confidence is a student self-confidence questionnaire. The instrument used to measure the implementation of individual counseling services is the individual counseling service implementation sheet. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the self-confidence of class IX-A students of SMPN 1 Lenek could increase through individual counseling services for the COVID-19 2021/2022 period with the level of implementation of individual counseling services in Cycle I and Cycle II, which was 90%. ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini yaitu kepercayaan diri siswa kelas IX-A SMPN 1 Lenek dapat meningkat melalui layanan konseling individual masa covid-19 tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tahap-tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1)  rancangan tindakan; (2) pelaksanaan tindakan; (3) observasi; dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik porposive sampling. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas IX-A SMPN 1 Lenek. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik non-tes. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa berupa angket keprecayaan diri siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterlaksanaan layanan konseling individual yaitu lembar keterlaksanaan layanan konseling individu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa  kelas IX-A SMPN 1 Lenek dapat meningkat melalui layanan konseling individual masa covid-19 2021/2022 dengan tingkat keterlaksanaan layanan konseling individual pada sikus I maupun siklus II yaitu sebesar 90%.

The present study is focused on women well-being in migration. The aim was to investigate well-being of Ukrainian women migrants and to present the results of psychological work aimed at correcting the shortcomings of the emotional, social and behavioral aspects of the personality of women migrants with the help of special means of psychological influence. At the first stage an empirical study was conducted in Northern Italy during 2018-2019. The empirical sample consisted of 200 Ukrainian women - labor migrants aged 31 to 79 years who worked as caregivers. The Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF) was applied. The study of psychological well-being in the group of women migrant workers revealed mostly an average level (81.5%). At the same time, the study showed a low level of both emotional and social well-being (43.5% and 72%, respectively). At the second stage of the study psycho-correctional work was carried out with the labor migrant women and women displaced from Eastern Ukraine, where hostilities were taking place. 80 women were involved in the group psycho correction in Klaipeda city, Lithuania (June 2018). 120 women took part in individual counseling (on-line mode). Classes were held at the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology (Kyiv, Ukraine), once a week for 3 hours (2019-2020). The psycho-correctional work included the method of self-report, actualization of emotional states, the method of debriefing, as well as the art therapy. The use of psycho-correctional work showed positive effect on the emotional sphere of women, in particular, changes were noted in the balance of negative and positive emotions. Participants of the program improved their relationships with close people, as well as new goals and strategies to achieve them appeared.

<p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan konseling awal pada konselor dalam melaksanakan konseling individual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan analisis rasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 35 konselor dari 23 SMP negeri dan 2 SMP swasta di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling total sehingga yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa secara umum konselor dalam melaksanakan konseling awal berada pada kategori sedang dengan rincian: indikator menyiapkan diri konselor, mengobservasi, dan mendengarkan berada pada kategori baik; indikator menyiapkan diri konseli dan melayani secara pribadi berada pada kategori sedang; dan indikator menyiapkan konteks berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa konselor kurang memahami keterampilan konseling, keterbatasan ruang konseling, pengembangan diri konselor, dan keterbatasan literatur.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aimed to describe the implementation of initial counseling to counselors in carrying out individual counseling. The research method used descriptive in the form of survey research. Data collection tools used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used the percentage formula and rational analysis. The research population was 35 counselors from 23 public junior high schools and 2 private junior high schools in Kubu Raya Regency. The research sample used a total sampling technique so that the research sample was the entire population. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that in general the counselors in carrying out initial counseling were in the moderate category with details: indicators of preparing the counselor, observing, and listening were in the good category; indicators of preparing the counselee and serving personally are in the medium category; and indicators of setting up context are in the low category. The results also showed that counselors do not understand counseling skills, limited counseling space, counselor self-development, and limited literature.</em></p>

Cognitive behavioral therapy, first introduced by Beck in the 1950s to treat depression by integrating cognitive and behavioral therapies, is now an established psychotherapy technique used to treat insomnia, chronic pain, and anxiety. Currently, cognitive behavioral therapy is widely used to treat tinnitus in European countries, and the efficacy and safety of the treatment have been proven through randomized clinical trials and meta-analyses. Although interest in cognitive behavioral therapy for tinnitus is increasing in Korea, there are limited reports. Because many studies so far have targeted patients in Western countries, it is difficult to apply the same to domestic patients due to cultural and linguistic differences, the absence of standardized guidelines, and limitations in clinic hours. We experienced various cases in which tinnitus was effectively treated simultaneously with pharmacotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, so here we report an introduction to the program along with a literature review. Cognitive behavioral therapy was performed as a 4-week program in our hospital, and progress was evaluated through Visual Analogue Scales (VAS) and tinnitus handicap inventory (THI). After each weekly 20-minute individual counseling session, a take-home writing task was given to the patient. The main goal was to guide the patient to discover and correct automatic thoughts related to their tinnitus symptoms. This paper aimed to introduce a specific scheme on how to perform cognitive behavioral therapy for domestic tinnitus patients.

Adolescents are required to be open and firm in expressing their opinions and thoughts to others without losing their self-confidence. However, the data shows that 3.69% still behave and speak dishonestly, 2.30% of students find it challenging to communicate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-concept and student assertive behavior. This study uses a quantitative ex post facto method. The total population used is 101 students. The instrument used in this research is the self-concept scale and the students' assertive behavior scale. The reliability analysis using Cronbach's Alpha formula was obtained from the assertive behavior scale of 0.864, the self-concept scale of 0.894. This figure is then consulted with the product-moment table for N=34, with a 5% significance level of 0.339. The value of the coefficient of determination R2 generated is 0.284, which means that 28.4% of assertive behavior is influenced by self-concept, while the remaining 71.6% can be influenced by other variables not examined. BK teachers should provide guidance and counseling services according to the needs of students. Students who have a high category should be given individual counseling immediately. According to the needs of students at that time.
