This study aims to identify the effect of Market Value (MV), Return on Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS) and Bid-Ask Spread (BAS) over the holding period of manufacturing companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The data used here is period between 2014-2016. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this research are the outstandingnumber of shares, the volume of stock transactions, closing price, ROA, and EPS. The technique for data analysis which will be used in this research is panel data regression test using REM model. The results of this study show that: 1). Market value have a significant positive effect on the manufacturing company stock’s holding period, which is shown by the value of sig t 0,0075. 2). ROA has no significant effect on on the manufacturing company stock’s holding period, which is shown by the value of sig t 0.1269. 3). EPS did not significantly affect the holding period of the manufacturing company's shares which was shown by the sig t value 0.7358. 4). The variable of Bid-Ask Spread does not significantly affect the holding period of the manufacturing company's stock which is shown by the value of sig t 0.1031. 5). MV, ROA, EPS, BAS according to test of model existence / F test is the existing model used with the value of F statistics 0.000397. 5). The value of Adjusted R2 of 19.85% indicates that variations in the variable of Holding Period can be explained by independent variables, and the remaining 80.65% of the variable of Holding Period are explained by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

The research aims to analyze the factors that are affecting the tax agreesiveness. The research includes as a quantitative research by using a secondary data that obtained from the financial statement of the company. The population of the research is the entire manufacturing company listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the year of 2016-2019. The collected sample is conducted by using a purposive sampling of company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019, the financial statement in rupiahs, and manufacturing companies with a CETR of less than one. The sample has met the criteria of 32 companies in four years. The used data analysis techniques by panel data regression using EViews 10. The result shows that the Leverage and Earning Management has a positive impac in the tax agreesiveness, while the variables on capital intensity do not affect the tax agreesiveness.

This researcher examines how thin capitalization, profitability, and company size affect tax avoidance. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 69 manufacturing companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variable thin capitalization has no effect on tax avoidance. While profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance, and company size has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the liquidity and financial leverage effect on profitability. The object of this research was carried out at various industrial manufacturing companies in the automotive sub-sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 which were measured using the Current Ratio, the Return to Assets. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling with panel data regression analysis so that there are 12 companies that fit the criteria of the sample. The results of testing hypotheses together show liquidity and financial leverage affect profitability, while partially, only liquidity has an influence on profitability, financial leverage variable does not affect the profitability of the company

The stock price interpreted as the price formed from the interaction between the seller and the buyer of shares which is motivated by the expectation of company profits. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of asset structure and profitability on stock prices. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 11 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 which were taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that: asset structure and profitability have a positive effect on stock prices

Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth on capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Selection of samples from 165 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 resulted in 33 companies being accepted. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 9.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the liquidity stated by CR has no significant effect on the capital structure. (2) profitability stated by ROE has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) sales growth stated by SG has no significant positive effect on capital structure. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, sales growth, capital structure

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of variance return, market value, and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on holding period of shares of the companies listed in LQ-45 Index period 2012-2018. The population of the study were the companies listed in LQ-45 Index period 2012-2018. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling. Using the technique, 26 companies were obtained. The analysis method used was panel data regression analysis. The result of study showed that variance return, market value, and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) simultaneously had significant effect on holding period of shares. Partially, variance return had significant negative effect on holding period of shares. Market value and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had positive and significant effect on holding period of shares. Based on the result of study, investors who would like invest could pay attention to the risks they would have. If investors intended to maintain their shares in long term, they would need to invest in companies that had low risks. The risks were reflected by the value of variance return. In addition, if investors intend to maintain their shares for a long term, they will need to make investment in a company that has a bigger size. The company size is reflected from the value of market value. Then, if investors intend to maintain their shares for a long term, they will need to make investment in a company that give a large dividend. So, investors will get more profits from the companies. This study aims to examine how much influence Financial Distress, company size, and Leverage have on Audit Delay with Auditor Reputation as a Moderating Variable in All Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 Period. Sampling in the study using the method of purposive sampling obtained 32 companies with a research period of 5 years. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect estimation results using Eviews 9. The results showed that financial distress partially had a positive effect, company size partially had a positive and significant effect on audit delay, while leverage had a positive effect on audit delay.

Purpose – This research aimed to analyze the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the market performance of Brazilian companies.Design/methodology/approach – A descriptive, documentary and quantitative research was carried out using panel data regression. The analysis period covered 2010 to 2018 and the sample comprised 41 companies.Findings – The results revealed that investments in external CSR and the fact that companies are listed on the ISE index increase their market value. The CSR information of Brazilian companies aimed at investments made for a society helps to increase market performance.Research limitations/implications – It should be noted that the results cannot be generalized for all Brazilian companies. This research contributes to the accounting and CSR literature, by analyzing the benefits of CSR on companies' market performance.Practical implications – The findings assist investors in the decision-making process, as companies that have CSR actions have positive impacts on their value, operational efficiency and the ability to generate financial performance.Social implications – The results have social implications, as they reinforce the importance of companies investing in CSR, which can improve their market value and benefit society with practices aimed at social well-being.Originality/value – CSR was analyzed in several aspects in the accounting literature. However, the focus of the relationship between CSR and specifically market performance has been little explored in Brazil, a fact that denotes research value.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the audit committee’s accounting expertise and the female board of commissioners on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 both simultaneously and partially. Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 63 companies from 121 manufacturing companies. Based on the results of the study it is known that the accounting expertise of the audit committee and female board of commissioners simultaneously influence earnings management. But partially, the audit committee accounting expertise has a positive effect on earnings management and the female board of commissioners has a positive effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017.
