The purpose of this study is to determine the liquidity and financial leverage effect on profitability. The object of this research was carried out at various industrial manufacturing companies in the automotive sub-sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 which were measured using the Current Ratio, the Return to Assets. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling with panel data regression analysis so that there are 12 companies that fit the criteria of the sample. The results of testing hypotheses together show liquidity and financial leverage affect profitability, while partially, only liquidity has an influence on profitability, financial leverage variable does not affect the profitability of the company

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Income variability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Keywords:  Asset Structure; Managerial Ownership; Income Variability; Capital Structure.

This study aims to test the effect of CSR on firm value (stock price) with profitability as a moderating variable with quantitative approach on the 7 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2013 to 2019, so there are 49 observational data acquired. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the criteria that have been determined. Data analysis method used is the analysis of panel data regression with the aid of EViews 10. The results showed that CSR does not affect the Profitability of the proxies ROA can not strengthen the influence of CSR on stock price. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability as a moderating effect on stock prices.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independent variabels: capital intensity, leverage, liquidity and profitability on the dependent variable namely tax aggressiveness, which is proxied by using CETR in food and beverage sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study were 26 companies and obtained 13 companies using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained through the website www.idx.co.id and the official website of the related company. The method in this research is panel data regression using Eviews software. The results showed that the capital intensity and profitability variabels had no positive on tax aggressiveness, while the leverage and liquidity variabels have a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial leverage and operating leverage on stock return. The population of this study were 135 industrial manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 11 companies during the years 2011-2015. This study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that concludes that the financial leverage and operating leverage no significant effect on stock return. While partially operating leverage effect on stock return, but no effect of financial leverage on stock return.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the audit committee’s accounting expertise and the female board of commissioners on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 both simultaneously and partially. Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 63 companies from 121 manufacturing companies. Based on the results of the study it is known that the accounting expertise of the audit committee and female board of commissioners simultaneously influence earnings management. But partially, the audit committee accounting expertise has a positive effect on earnings management and the female board of commissioners has a positive effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017.

A B S T R A C T The purpose of this study is prove empirically accounting information affects market venture. This study discusses the accounting information and market ventures in manufacturing companies 2005-2014 Indonesia stock exchange as measured by Degree of Operating Leverage, Degree of Financial Leverage, Degree of Total Leverage, and Earnings. This research is quantitative research with panel data regression with 9.0 eviews to 107 of Manufacturing Indonesia. The study states that the overall absence of influence degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage and earnings against market venture and the difference results in a year on the degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage and earnings of the venture market. Research can add a reference material and encourage research accounting on the capital markets, knowledge of information regarding the degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage and earnings for investment decisions in the capital market, information market venture to investors in a way build institutions and better recording venture market. A B S T R A K Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris tentang Accounting Information mempengaruhi Market Venture. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai informasi akuntansi dan market venture di perusahaan manufaktur bursa efek indonesia 2005-2014 yang diukur dengan Degree of Operating Leverage, Degree of Financial Leverage, Degree of Total Leverage, dan Earnings. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan regresi data panel dengan eviews 9.0 terhadap 107 Perusahaan Manufaktur Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara keseluruhan tidak terjadinya pengaruh degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage dan earnings terhadap market venture dan terjadinya perbedaan hasil secara per tahun pada degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage dan earnings terhadap market venture. Penelitian dapat menambah bahan referensi dan mendorong dilakukannya penelitian-penelitian akuntansi pada pasar modal, pengetahuan informasi mengenai degree of operating leverage, degree of financial leverage, degree of total leverage dan earning bagi keputusan investasi di pasar modal, pemberi informasi market venture kepada investor dengan cara membangun instansi dan pencatatan market venture lebih baik. This study aims to analyse the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to return on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are all Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, amounting to 26 companies. The sampling technique in this study used a non probability sampling method by purposive sampling and the samples taken were 5 companies. The technique of collecting research data uses documentation obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and its data analysis techniques use panel data regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. Based on the t test that has been done shows that partially the current ratio (CR) does not significantly influence the return on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, debt to equity ratio (DER) does not significantly influence the return on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on returns on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. based on the F test it can be concluded that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity together have no effect on returns on Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchage in 2014-2018.

The biggest source of state income from taxes. Indonesian government keep continuously increase the national income through taxes. The research examines how profitability, leverage, independent commissioners and the influence of institusional ownership. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 58 manufacturing companie. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. While leverage, independent commissioners, and the influence of institusional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance,

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.
