This research aims to produce a Learning Trajectory Based Instruction (LTBI) that can help the ninth grade students understand the concept of congruence of the two-dimensional shape by examining Lawang Sewu as one of Central Java historical buildings. LTBI is defined as a teaching and learning trajectory that uses Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) for instructional decisions. The present research uses the design research developed by Gravemeijer and Cobb that consists of three phases; the preliminary design, design of the experiment (pilot experiment and teaching experiment), and  retrospective analysis. In this study, a series of learning activities is designed and developed based on the Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. This research produced LTBI that consists of a series of learning processes embodied in three activities of (1) identifying and finding the properties which shapes are congruent shapes by watching Lawang Sewu video, (2) proofing two shapes are congruent through transformation (translation and rotation), and (3) solving problem related to the congruence of two-dimensional shape. The activity can help to improve the students’ understanding of the concept of congruence. Nevertheless, the present study is limited to the first stage of Gravemeijer and Cobb’s design research, namely preliminary design.

AbstrakSebagian besar siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar kerucut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendesainan lintasan belajar materi tersebut menggunakan konteks dan media yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Learning Trajectory Based Instruction (LTBI) materi kerucut menggunakan konteks tradisi Syawalan masyarakat Pekalongan yaitu Megono Gunungan yang dikemas dalam bentuk video interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan design research yang dikembangkan oleh Gravemeijer dan Cobb yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: preliminary design, design of the experiment (pilot experiment and teaching experiment), dan retrospective analysis. Namun, artikel ini memaparkan hasil pada tahap pertama, yaitu tahap preliminary design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP N 38 Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan LTBI yang terdiri dari serangkaian aktivitas pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) mengidentifikasi bagian-bagian kerucut melalui video interaktif Megono Gunungan, (2) menemukan luas permukaan kerucut dengan menggunakan jaring-jaring kerucut, (3) menemukan volume kerucut dengan menggunakan media beras, dan (4) menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual yang berkaitan dengan kerucut. Selanjutnya, siswa diharapkan dapat lebih mudah memahami materi kerucut melalui beberapa aktivitas yang telah didesain. Development of Learning Based on Trajectory Material Cone Middle School Using Megono Gunungan AbstractMost students still experience difficulties in learning cones. Therefore it is necessary to design the learning trajectory of the material using the right context and media. This study aims to produce Learning Trajectory Based Instruction (LTBI) cone material using the context of the Pekalongan community's Syawalan tradition, Megono Gunungan, which is packaged in the form of interactive video. This study uses design research developed by Gravemeijer and Cobb which consists of three stages: preliminary design, design of the experiment (pilot experiment and teaching experiment), and retrospective analysis. However, this article presents the results of the first stage, the preliminary design stage. The subjects of this study were students of class IX SMP N 38 Semarang. In this study LTBI produced consisting of a series of learning activities, namely: (1) identifying cone sections through interactive video Megono Gunungan, (2) finding the surface area of the cone by using cone nets, (3) finding the volume of the cone by using rice media, and (4) resolve contextual problems related to cones. Furthermore, students are expected to more easily understand the cone material through several activities that have been designed.

The rural area's student difficulties in learning the concept of number operation had been documented by several studies, especially for the case of multiplication. The teacher typically introduces the multiplication concepts using the formula without involving the concept itself. Furthermore, this study aims to design learning trajectory on multiplication operations in the Mathematics of GASING (Math GASING) by focusing more on the concept itself than the formula and by starting from the informal to a formal level of teaching. Design research used as the research method to solve this problem consisting of three phases, namely preliminary design, teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis. The research results show that the Math GASING has a real contribution for students to understanding and mastering in the concept of the multiplication operations. This research also explains the strategy and the model discovered by students in learning multiplication that the students used as a basic concept of multiplication. Finally, the students were able to understand the concept of multiplication more easily, and they showed interest in using this learning trajectory.

Bernalar dalam perbandingan merupakan salah satu topik penting pada pembelajaran matematika SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan lintasan belajar materi perbandingan menggunakan konteks resep empek-empek dan bagaimana konteks tersebut dapat mendukung kemampuan bernalar siswa. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI). Subjek penelitian adalah 45 siswa kelas VII SMPN 55 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design research, dugaan lintasan belajar (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) dikembangkan dari aktivitas pembelajaran menggunakan konteks resep empek-empek. Pengembangan secara teoritis dilaksanakan melalui proses interatif meliputi merancang aktivitas pembelajaran (preliminary design), melaksanakan pembelajaran (teaching experiment) dan melakukan analisis retrospektif (restrospective analysis) dalam rangka memberi kontribusi terhadap teori pembelajaran lokal (Local Intructional Theory) untuk mendukung siswa bernalar dalam perbandingan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa hal meliputi membuat rekaman video tentang kejadian di kelas dan kerja kelompok, mengumpulkan hasil kerja siswa, dan mewawancarai siswa. Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) yang telah dirancang kemudian dibandingkan dengan Actual Learning Trajectory (ALT) siswa yang sebenarnya selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran (teaching experiment) untuk menganalisis apakah siswa belajar atau tidak belajar dari apa yang telah dirancang dirangkaian pembelajaran. Analisis retrospektif terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan konteks resep empek-empek dapat mendukung kemampuan bernalar siswa SMP.

Reflection and translation material are critical to be mastered by students in learning transformation material. However, reflection and translation material are still difficult for students to understand. Therefore, this study aims to develop a learning trajectory that will assist ninth-grade students of Junior High School in grasping the notion of reflection and translation in the context of the Sam Poo Kong Temple in Semarang. The research used the design research method, which consisted of three stages: the preliminary design, the design experiment (pilot experiment and teaching experiment), and retrospective analysis. The PMRI approach was used to develop learning activities in this research. This study involved 32 ninth-grade students at a junior high school in Semarang city. The results of this study is a learning trajectory that includes a series of learning processes in four activities. These are observing the Sam Poo Kong Semarang video and analyzing the properties of reflection, finding the reflection formula, analyzing the properties of translation, discovering the translation formula, and solving contextual problems related to reflection and translation. The activities conducted can enable students to develop a better understanding of material reflection and translation. The research's findings indicate that using the Sam Poo Kong Semarang temple context can equip ninth-grade students to comprehend the concept of material reflection and translation. Additionally, the outcome of this study offers additional local wisdom options that can be used as a context in mathematics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lintasan belajar anak usia dini yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan aspek kognitif khususnya kemampuan mengenal ukuran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Research yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu : desain pendahuluan (preliminary design), desain percobaan mengajar (pilot experiment dan teaching experiment), dan analisis retrospektif. Dalam penelitian ini, serangkaian aktivitas pembelajaran didesain dan dikembangkan berdasarkan  pendekatan  PMRI. Penelitian  ini melibatkan anak usia dini dengan rentang usia 4 – 5 tahun di TK Binama Global School. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Learning Trajectory yang memuat serangkaian  proses pembelajaran anak usia dini dalam mengembangkan aspek kognitif dengan perkembangan dasar mengenal ukuran. Melalui aktivitas ini, siswa dibimbing untuk dapat mengenal ukuran melalui permainan yang disukai siswa, yaitu menuangkan air. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PMRI dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan aspek kognitif  dengan perkembangan dasar mengenal ukuran dan menambah pengalaman belajar yang dapat diterapkan di sekitar lingkungan siswa sehari–hari.  Kata kunci : disain penelitian, pmri, paud, kognitif

Peran guru tak lebih dari seorang fasilitator, moderator atau evaluator. sedangkan peran siswa lebih banyak aktif untuk berfikir dan mengkomunikasikan argumentasinya, menjustifikasi jawaban, serta melatih nuansa demokrasi dengan menghargai pendapat atau strategi teman lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Local Instructional Theory (LIT) dalam pembelajaran materi hubungan antar garis yang mendukung pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Pada materi ini, menuntut siswa dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan hubungan antar garis secara kontekstual. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV MI Fajar Siddiq Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah design research terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: preliminary design, design experiment (pilot experiment dan teaching experiment), dan retrospective analysis. Namun pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap pilot experiment. Penelitian ini mengembangkan hasil pembelajaran hubungan antar garis dengan menunjukkan aktivitas dan prosedur serta strategi siswa dalam menemukan ide atau strategi dalam mendeskripsikan materi hubungan antar garis. AbstrakPembelajaran matematika merupakan pembelajaran dari sesuatu yang bersifat konkret menuju  abstrak. Hal ini sejalan dengan materi bangun datar yang cenderung abstrak. Namun, pada kenyataannya cara pemikiran siswa bersifat konkret. Maka dari itu, untuk menjembataninya diperlukan pendekatan yang mengutamakan pembelajaran yang bersifat konkret yaitu pendekatan PMRI (Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia). Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan cara mendesain buku ajar bilingual berkonteks kebudayaan lokal melalui serangkaian aktivitas pembelajaran bangun datar menggunakan pendekatan PMRI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian design research yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu preliminary design, the design experiment, dan retrospective analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan lintasan belajar menggunakan buku ajar bilingual materi bangun datar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, dan lembar aktivitas siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan lembar validasi dari ahli. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku ajar bilingual ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa tentang bangun datar dari tahap informal ke tahap formal. Abstract (Bilingual Mathematics Textbook Design of Flat Building Topic Using Local Cultural Context PMRI Approach)Learning mathematics is a learning deriving from abstract towards concrete similarly to two-dimensional figure material. However, based on facts, the students’ thinking-process is concrete, which is abstract. Hence, to connect them, it is advisable to prioritize concrete learning. That is through Indonesia Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach by designing a bilingual Mathematics textbook based on local cultural context. This research is a design research consisting of three steps. There are preliminary design, the design experiment, and the retrospective analysis. The aim of the research produced a bilingual textbook in which the material focused on two-dimensional figure. Data collection by using observation sheet, interviews, and students’ worksheet. The data analysis by using validation sheet from the expert. The research is that the use of bilingual textbook using PMRI approach is able to improve the students’ concept understanding in two-dimensional figure from informal to formal step.

An essential part of learning transformation geometry is rotation. Before learning more about other parts of the transformation geometry topic, such as translation, dilation, and reflection, firstly, students are required to understand well about rotation. However, several students have not been able to understand this subject properly due to the stages of learning in the rotation has not been appropriately arranged. Thus, this study aims to design a student learning trajectory in learning rotation, which develop from informal to formal level through the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (IRME) approach. Furthermore, researchers used a design research method divided into three stages, namely preliminary design, design experiments, and retrospective analysis. This study describes how the bamboo woven motif contributes significantly to 31 ninth-grade students understanding the rotation concept. As a result, the woven bamboo motif's context can stimulate students' understanding of rotation. It is proven based on the strategies and models of students during their learning process which contributes to their fundamental knowledge of rotation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Hypothetical Learning Trajectory(HLT)dalam membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep luas lingkaran serta mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh siswa terhadap Hypothetical Learning Trajectory(HLT) yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Petarukan, Kabupaten Pemalang. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII, dengan melalui 2 tahap yaitu pilot experiment melibatkan 6 siswa dari kelas VIII C dan dilanjutkan teaching experiment yang melibatkan 30 siswa dari kelas VIII B. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design research yang didalamnya terdapat HLT yang memegang peranan sangat penting sebagai desain dan instrumen penelitian. Pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konteks peralatan dapur yaitu gelas, piring dan mangkuk sesuai dengan karakteristik dari RME. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) dapatmembantu siswa 1) membuat potongan juring lingkaran dan mengubahnya menjadi sebuah bangun datar baru yaitu trapesium, 2) menemukan sendiri konsep luas lingkaran dengan pendekatan trapesium, 3) menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan konsep luas lingkaran. Adapun strategi yang digunakan siswa yaitu 1)mensketsakan permukaan perlatan dapur berupa lingkaran, 2) membandingan keliling dan diameter lingkaran untuk memperoleh nilai phi, 3)menyusun juring menjadi trapesium dan memformulasikan konsep luas lingkaran, 4) menerapkan konsep luas lingkaran.

This study aims to produce learning trajectories of addition and subtraction of material numbers using the context of Bangka Belitung, also to find out whether the use of these learning designs can support students' Critical Thinking Abilities (KBKM). The research method, this research is a validation study design research type involving 6 students in the pilot experiment stage, and 25 students in the teaching experiment stage. The alleged learning trajectory was developed from a series of learning activities using the context of the Pacific Islands, such as sahang / pepper seeds as a model in learning the addition and subtraction of numbers. The results showed the use of trajectories in the context of Bangka Belitung provided different assessment results between the students' pretest and posttest scores. Most students have been able to solve the problem of addition and subtraction and provide arguments in answering the problems encountered. In conclusion, the use of instructional design using the context of Bangka Belitung in the learning of addition and subtraction of numbers can support student CBCS.
