Аnnotation Purpose. To increase the efficiency of technological processes of grain harvesting by large-scale agricultural producers due to the rational use of combine harvesters available on the farm. Methods. In the course of the research the methods of system analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system-factor and system-event approaches, graphic method were used. Results. Characteristic events that occur during the harvesting of grain crops, both within a single production unit and the entire agricultural producer are identified. A method for predicting time intervals of use and downtime of combine harvesters of production units has been developed. The roadmap of substantiation the rational seasonal scenario of the use of grain harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers is developed, which allows estimating the efficiency of each of the scenarios of multivariate placement of grain harvesters on fields taking into account influence of natural production and agrometeorological factors on the efficiency of technological cultures. Conclusions 1. Known scientific and methodological approaches to optimization of machine used in agriculture do not take into account the risks of losses of crops due to late harvesting, as well as seasonal natural and agrometeorological conditions of each production unit of the farmer, which requires a new approach to the rational use of rational seasonal combines of large agricultural producers. 2. The developed new approach to the substantiation of the rational seasonal scenario of the use of combined harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers allows taking into account the costs of harvesting of grain and the cost of the lost crop because of the lateness of harvesting at optimum variants of attraction of additional free combine harvesters. provides more profit. 3. The practical application of the developed road map will allow large-scale agricultural producers to use combine harvesters more efficiently and reduce harvesting costs. Keywords: combine harvesters, use, production divisions, risk, seasonal scenario, large-scale agricultural producers.

Background The most important part of the state social and economic policy is optimization of the healthcare system, where the loss of public health leads to economic damage. Against this background, forecasting the work of medical institutions is the basis for the successful development of healthcare, despite the fact that the healthcare system, indicators and standards of medical and social welfare are still not stable, and a clear development strategy for the shortand long-term period has not been worked out. Aim of study Determining the most optimal method for predicting the work of a medical institution, based on identification of the main trends in the time series when constructing a model of the dependence of parameters or determining the behavior of data as a stochastic series (i.e. modeling random processes and random events with some random error).Material and methods To predict the main statistical indicators of N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine based on a retrospective analysis, data were used that were submitted to the City Bureau of Medical Statistics and entered into official reporting forms (form № 30, approved by Goskomstat of the Russian Federation dated September 10, 2002, № 175): the number of hospitalized patients and mortality rates in inpatient and intensive care units. To select the optimal methodology for the experimental forecast model, data were used for the period from 1991 to 2016. Indicators for 2017 were taken as control values. Results As a result of the comparison of several methods (moving averages, least squares approach, Brown model, Holt–Winters method, autocorrelation model, Box–Jenkins method) as applied to the work of N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine, the Holt–Winters model was chosen as the most appropriate one for the data characteristics.Findings 1. When using methods of moving averages, least squares, Box-Jenkins, as well as Brown model and autocorrelation, the forecast result is not always influenced by strictly straight-line indicators of the time series, due to the heterogeneity of the time series and the presence of outliers (often found in a medical institution providing emergency care), which lead to a significant decrease in the reliability of forecasting. 2. The application of the Holt–Winters model, which takes into account the exponential trend (the trend of time series indicators) and additive season (periodic fluctuations observed in the time series), is most suitable for processing statistical data and forecasting for long-term, medium-term and short-term periods taking the specifics of a hospital providing emergency care into account. 3. The choice of the optimal method for predicting the work of a medical institution, based on the identification of the main trends in the time series, taking most of the features in the modeling of random processes and events into account, allowed to reduce the relative forecast error.

Introduction. The total number of pancreas transplantations performed in Russia by the end of 2019 had been 176. There are no detailed reports on the number and results of pancreas transplantation in Russia with analysis of factors that significantly affect outcomes.Material and methods. This article presents a retrospective analysis of 60 pancreas transplantation results, which had been performed from January 2008 to July 2019 at the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine. In addition, the assessment of factors that significantly affect the outcomes of pancreas transplantations was performed.Results. 17 intra-abdominal pancreas transplantations with duodenoejunoanastomosis and 43 retroperitoneal pancreas transplantations with interduodenal anastomosis were performed. In 52 patients, the pancreas graft after vascular reconstruction with a Y-shaped vascular prosthesis was used; in other 8 patients, the pancreas graft with isolated blood flow through the splenic artery was used. The rates of immunological and surgical complications were 23.3% and 56.7%, respectively. In-hospital and 1-year recipient, kidney and pancreas graft survival rates were 88.3%, 86.4%, 83.3% and 86.6%, 84.8%, and 81.7%, respectively. The factors that significantly affected the outcomes of pancreas transplantation were the conversion of the dialysis therapy modality, the development of parapancreatic infection, repeated open surgical interventions, surgical complications of IIIb-IVa severity grades by Clavien-Dindo Classification, some features of basic and induction immunosuppressive therapy.Conclusion. The results of pancreas transplantation at the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine are comparable to the outcomes of pancreas transplantation in most world transplant centers.

The main feature of Industry 5.0 is “personalization”, linked not only to provide customers with personalized products, but also, in our opinion, to ensure personalization in labor relations with employees, since it increases human value through human–machine collaboration. The human capital quality determines a significant contribution not only to the labor productivity growth, but also to extend a social communication, loyalty and employees’ trust. The study proposes the new methodological approach for corporate human capital assessment and management (CHCM) over new conditions of digital transformation. The CHCM uses methods of system analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, descriptive statistical analysis and survey. The novelty of CHCM is that, firstly, it reflects all the essential features and properties of human capital under emergence of new professions; secondly, it combines and comprehensively uses both quantitative and qualitative methods for human capital assessment, reflecting the subjective and objective aspects of human capital measurement; thirdly, it allows to create warranted management decisions about individual trajectories of professional development of employees, ensuring the continuous growth of individual, corporate and social wealth. It is proved experimentally that the implementation of individual trajectories for employees’ professional development provides 2–3 years’ perspective on companies’ performance growth.

The purpose of the article is an exposure of specific translation and interpretation of vocal creations of Baroque epoch for bandura, pointing of basic principles of transformation of original text in the context of synthesis of vocal and instrumental party. The research methodology consists in the application of the comparative method in music, a structural-historical method that allows outlining the stages of formation and functioning of specific features of the Baroque era in the present.  A special place takes methods of system analysis and synthesis for the study of the means of transformation in vocal-instrumental works of past centuries in the process of transformation and translation, as well as the method of generalization for the formation of conclusions.  This methodological approach helps to reveal the basic principles of translation of vocal and instrumental works of past centuries, in particular the Baroque era for voice accompanied with the bandura. The scientific novelty lies in the definition of the basic means (canons) of textural-timbre transformation, transformation of vocal-instrumental works of the Baroque period, on the example of the ancient aria «Solo per voi tra mille» from the cantata «Pastorella vaga bella» by G.F. Handel, which plays an important role in expanding the bandura vocalist's repertoire and enriches the potential of the Ukrainian national instrument. Conclusions. Thus, based on the above musical-theoretical analysis of the ancient aria «Solo per voi tra mille» from the cantata «Pastorella vaga bella» by G.F. Handel, we conclude that the translation of Baroque works for bandura and their inclusion in the pedagogical and concert repertoire bandura singer proves that the interpretation of works of past centuries on the bandura significantly expands the repertoire of the bandura singer and enriches the potential of the Ukrainian national instrument, revealing its timbre and technical capabilities, which deserves the attention of experts and requires further analysis and study.

Authors explore issue of applicability of the methodology of building diagnostic software using network formal models in the functional testing of electronic equipment as part of complex technical systems. Using methods of system analysis allows to perform a decomposition of interdependent subsystems and to reveal basic acts of interaction between the control‑verification equipment and the object of diagnosis. Mathematical apparatus of Petri nets should be employed for the formalized description of such acts and determined the cause‑and‑effect relations in the diagnosed complex system`s processes. Network models properties studying (such as safety and accomplishment of the final positions) allows us to move to the test object`s algorithm`s developing. The article presents an approach of a formalized description for basic acts of interaction between the diagnosis system and the object.

Purpose of work: development of a model of the process of conducting a computer attack. Research method: theory of complex systems, comparative analysis within the framework of system analysis and synthesis. Result: it is shown that the application of the proposed model of the process of conducting computer attacks allows you to fully describe the process, taking into account its inherent features and characteristics. The use in the model of information from the MITRE ATTACK database of Mitre, which contains a description of the tactics, techniques and methods used by cybercriminals, allows you to reduce the level of abstraction and describe specific scenarios for conducting complex targeted computer attacks with the maximum approximation to practice. The developed model is supposed to be used to form scenarios of computer attacks when assessing the security of information systems.
