The purpose of the article is to quantify the impact of the quality of metrological and diagnostic software on the formation of the sequence and limit the number of inspections during maintenance of complex electronic systems, including modern means of communication with digital information processing. As a result of the analysis of the existing system of maintenance the advantages of service of products on a condition are established. In this case, to determine the sequence of inspections do not fully take into account the properties of metrological and diagnostic software. Results of the research. In the article the quantitative estimation of influence of the metrology and diagnostic providing is first considered and got on the indexes of quality of technical maintenance of communication means. It is shown that most influence in a time of implementation of technical service and probability of determination here of the technical state render the diagnostic providing of works with the use of the modern metrology providing. It is also shown that on the value of indexes of quality of technical service preparation of specialists and technological equipment of repair organ influence substantially, abilities of performers in full to use possibilities of modern facilities of measuring technique. Conclusion. The got results it is expedient to draw on at the improvement of existing or creation of new instructions of technical service on the state perspective communication or other difficult wares of the radio electronic systems means.

A comprehensive indicator of the reliability of electronic means - the coefficient of readiness, significantly depends on the average recovery time. At the same time, the largest labor costs are spent by repair specialists on finding a faulty element. Diagnostic repair support depends on the models used in the development of defect detection algorithms. The most common use of diag-nostic models is in the form of a graph of information and energy connections, which consists of three types of structures: sequential connection of elements, converging and diverging. The latter did not receive the necessary research. In the article as a result of research of influence of the form of the graph of information and power communications on indicators of quality of di-agnostic maintenance of radio electronic means analytical dependences of an estimation of deviation of the diagnosis at an expert error for converging and diverging structures are received for the first time. This allows to improve the quality of diagnostic software and to minimize di-agnostic errors when using current repairs by the aggregate method by assessing the impact of controlled variables at the stage of creating algorithms for finding defects. It is expedient to use the received results at improvement of diagnostic maintenance of existing radio electronic means and its development for perspective samples for the purpose of increase of quality of current repair irrespective of structure of a product.

Currently, there is a trend of digital information processing in electronic weapons systems and military equipment. Software-controlled means of communication are being implemented. This requires new approaches in diagnosing them during maintenance, which are significantly different from the process of finding defects in analog tools. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of modern advances in technical diagnostics and metrology. The possibility of using special methods for assessing the technical condition of digital devices (energy-static, energy-dynamic, electromagnetic), both separately and in combination. This slightly increases the average recovery time, but significantly affects the achievement of the required value of a comprehensive indicator of product reliability - its readiness factor. For the first time, the possibility of classifying electronic systems as "absolutely reliable" due to the peculiarities of metrological and diagnostic software is considered. The influence of controlled variables on the value of the product readiness factor is investigated. Depending on the operating conditions of the repair body, the permissible values for the qualification of specialists (average time of inspection and troubleshooting), as well as for the metrological reliability of measuring equipment are justified. According to the results of research, an algorithm for providing the necessary values of reliability indicators of products, both during their design and during operation and recovery in military conditions. It is shown that the greatest influence on the value of the reliability of products has the training of specialists of the repair body, their ability to fully use the capabilities of modern measuring equipment. The article considers the possibility of using methods for diagnosing digital electronic systems and provides an assessment of the quality of diagnostic software for the reliability of systems as a whole.

External apical root resorption (EARR) is one of the most serious complications associated with orthodontic treatment. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationships between selected single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL1RN), purinoreceptor P2X7 (P2RX7) and EARR in patients after orthodontic treatment. The study comprised 101 patients who underwent a complex orthodontic treatment with a combination of fixed appliances. Roots were measured based on orthopantomograms and lateral cephalometric radiographs taken before and at the end of the treatment using diagnostic software. Proportional measurements of selected teeth were made using the modified Linge and Linge methods. Based on the presence or absence of EARR, patients were divided into two groups: control group, 61 patients without EARR (with 0.90 ≤ rRCR ≤ 1.00), and EARR group, 40 patients with EARR (rRCR < 0.90). Root resorption in selected groups was also evaluated with the scores of Malmgren and Levander. SNP analysis was performed using the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. The analysis indicated that a specific haplotype of P2RX7 (rs208294) and IL1RN (rs419598) modified the risk of EARR development (p < 0.05), with a Bonferroni correction. The analysis of the P2RX7 and IL1RN gene polymorphisms showed that the presence of SNPs of these genes may predispose individuals to EARR. These findings indicate that EARR is a complex condition influenced not only by environmental factors and needs further study on the genetic risk factors.
