Аnnotation Purpose. To increase the efficiency of technological processes of grain harvesting by large-scale agricultural producers due to the rational use of combine harvesters available on the farm. Methods. In the course of the research the methods of system analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system-factor and system-event approaches, graphic method were used. Results. Characteristic events that occur during the harvesting of grain crops, both within a single production unit and the entire agricultural producer are identified. A method for predicting time intervals of use and downtime of combine harvesters of production units has been developed. The roadmap of substantiation the rational seasonal scenario of the use of grain harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers is developed, which allows estimating the efficiency of each of the scenarios of multivariate placement of grain harvesters on fields taking into account influence of natural production and agrometeorological factors on the efficiency of technological cultures. Conclusions 1. Known scientific and methodological approaches to optimization of machine used in agriculture do not take into account the risks of losses of crops due to late harvesting, as well as seasonal natural and agrometeorological conditions of each production unit of the farmer, which requires a new approach to the rational use of rational seasonal combines of large agricultural producers. 2. The developed new approach to the substantiation of the rational seasonal scenario of the use of combined harvesters of large-scale agricultural producers allows taking into account the costs of harvesting of grain and the cost of the lost crop because of the lateness of harvesting at optimum variants of attraction of additional free combine harvesters. provides more profit. 3. The practical application of the developed road map will allow large-scale agricultural producers to use combine harvesters more efficiently and reduce harvesting costs. Keywords: combine harvesters, use, production divisions, risk, seasonal scenario, large-scale agricultural producers.

In the context of the coming digital globalization of the economy, an important factor in increasing the level of development of ameliorated agriculture is the widespread introduction of innovative agricultural technologies and agricultural production management into the practice of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The methodological basis of research is based on information and analytical methods, methods of expert assessments, system analysis and synthesis. Based on the results of the studies and the performed assessment, the role of innovation systems in the structure of the agricultural production economy and the experience of their application in the ameliorative sector of the economy in comparison with developed foreign countries are characterized. The influence of innovations on the efficiency and productivity of labor is shown and proposals are presented to reduce and eliminate the technological backwardness of agricultural production on reclaimed lands, consistent with the trends in the development of technologies for the production of advanced industries of the domestic and world economy. The main stages of the formation of production management systems, which provide support for the assignment of control actions, are presented. Reasons are revealed that hinder the full use of innovative technologies in agricultural production, associated with the lack of free funds among small-scale agricultural producers and their proper understanding of the strategic importance of innovations in the production process. A prognostic analysis of the innovative development of agricultural production based on “intelligent agricultural technologies”, is presented which unites objects via the Internet for receiving and exchanging information from built-in services.

The main feature of Industry 5.0 is “personalization”, linked not only to provide customers with personalized products, but also, in our opinion, to ensure personalization in labor relations with employees, since it increases human value through human–machine collaboration. The human capital quality determines a significant contribution not only to the labor productivity growth, but also to extend a social communication, loyalty and employees’ trust. The study proposes the new methodological approach for corporate human capital assessment and management (CHCM) over new conditions of digital transformation. The CHCM uses methods of system analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, descriptive statistical analysis and survey. The novelty of CHCM is that, firstly, it reflects all the essential features and properties of human capital under emergence of new professions; secondly, it combines and comprehensively uses both quantitative and qualitative methods for human capital assessment, reflecting the subjective and objective aspects of human capital measurement; thirdly, it allows to create warranted management decisions about individual trajectories of professional development of employees, ensuring the continuous growth of individual, corporate and social wealth. It is proved experimentally that the implementation of individual trajectories for employees’ professional development provides 2–3 years’ perspective on companies’ performance growth.

The purpose of the article is an exposure of specific translation and interpretation of vocal creations of Baroque epoch for bandura, pointing of basic principles of transformation of original text in the context of synthesis of vocal and instrumental party. The research methodology consists in the application of the comparative method in music, a structural-historical method that allows outlining the stages of formation and functioning of specific features of the Baroque era in the present.  A special place takes methods of system analysis and synthesis for the study of the means of transformation in vocal-instrumental works of past centuries in the process of transformation and translation, as well as the method of generalization for the formation of conclusions.  This methodological approach helps to reveal the basic principles of translation of vocal and instrumental works of past centuries, in particular the Baroque era for voice accompanied with the bandura. The scientific novelty lies in the definition of the basic means (canons) of textural-timbre transformation, transformation of vocal-instrumental works of the Baroque period, on the example of the ancient aria «Solo per voi tra mille» from the cantata «Pastorella vaga bella» by G.F. Handel, which plays an important role in expanding the bandura vocalist's repertoire and enriches the potential of the Ukrainian national instrument. Conclusions. Thus, based on the above musical-theoretical analysis of the ancient aria «Solo per voi tra mille» from the cantata «Pastorella vaga bella» by G.F. Handel, we conclude that the translation of Baroque works for bandura and their inclusion in the pedagogical and concert repertoire bandura singer proves that the interpretation of works of past centuries on the bandura significantly expands the repertoire of the bandura singer and enriches the potential of the Ukrainian national instrument, revealing its timbre and technical capabilities, which deserves the attention of experts and requires further analysis and study.

This article reflects the results of research on developed innovative technologies and research results of advanced machines for mechanized processes in potato growing in the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine. It is worth noting that the technologies used on homesteads and farms are costly in the first place due to the fact that many works are done manually using simple agricultural implements. These works are labor-intensive and have low-productivity and the received products cannot be competitive in European and world markets. To implement modern European technologies, agricultural producers need significant investments and capital inputs in movable and immovable technical means of mechanization. Innovative development of technical means for potato production in Ukraine, including planting, requires the development of scientific foundations for the theory, calculation and design of machines, a prerequisite for which must be well studied and scientifically proved as the suitable one, and where the mechanical and technological properties of objects are the working parts which should interact with bodies and supporting and running elements of machines. In these studies, the methodological approach is based on the fact that not only potato planters but also other agricultural machinery involved in mechanized potato production processes are studied. The use of the system of treatment of potato tubers with pesticides ensures the exclusion of stationary disinfectants from the technological process of preparation of tubers for planting or additional spraying of plantations with pesticides, which saves financial resources for the purchase of mechanization. Therefore, the developed and researched innovative technology of potato production is recommended for implementation, first of all, in individual farms, the area of potato plantations which do not exceed 1 ha, which will help to minimize the cost of manual labor.

One of the situations in the treatment of disease is the delivery of efficacious medication of appropriate concentration to the site of action in a controlled and continual manner. Nanoparticle represents an important particulate carrier system, developed accordingly. Nanoparticles are solid colloidal particles ranging in size from 1 to 1000 nm and composed of macromolecular material. Nanoparticles could be polymeric or lipidic (SLNs). Industry estimates suggest that approximately 40% of lipophilic drug candidates fail due to solubility and formulation stability issues, prompting significant research activity in advanced lipophile delivery technologies. Solid lipid nanoparticle technology represents a promising new approach to lipophile drug delivery. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) are important advancement in this area. The bioacceptable and biodegradable nature of SLNs makes them less toxic as compared to polymeric nanoparticles. Supplemented with small size which prolongs the circulation time in blood, feasible scale up for large scale production and absence of burst effect makes them interesting candidates for study. In this present review this new approach is discussed in terms of their preparation, advantages, characterization and special features.

Developed after a meeting at the Santa Fe Institute on extinction modeling, this book comments critically on the various modeling approaches. In the last decade or so, scientists have started to examine a new approach to the patterns of evolution and extinction in the fossil record. This approach may be called "statistical paleontology," since it looks at large-scale patterns in the record and attempts to understand and model their average statistical features, rather than their detailed structure. Examples of the patterns these studies examine are the distribution of the sizes of mass extinction events over time, the distribution of species lifetimes, or the apparent increase in the number of species alive over the last half a billion years. In attempting to model these patterns, researchers have drawn on ideas not only from paleontology, but from evolutionary biology, ecology, physics, and applied mathematics, including fitness landscapes, competitive exclusion, interaction matrices, and self-organized criticality. A self-contained review of work in this field.

This paper describes a methodological approach that is able to analyse socio-demographic and -economic data in large-scale spatial detail. Based on the two variables, population density and annual income, one investigates the spatial relationship of these variables to identify locations of imbalance or disparities assisted by bivariate choropleth maps. The aim is to gain a deeper insight into spatial components of socioeconomic nexuses, such as the relationships between the two variables, especially for high-resolution spatial units. The used methodology is able to assist political decision-making, target group advertising in the field of geo-marketing and for the site searches of new shop locations, as well as further socioeconomic research and urban planning. The developed methodology was tested in a national case study in Germany and is easily transferrable to other countries with comparable datasets. The analysis was carried out utilising data about population density and average annual income linked to spatially referenced polygons of postal codes. These were disaggregated initially via a readapted three-class dasymetric mapping approach and allocated to large-scale city block polygons. Univariate and bivariate choropleth maps generated from the resulting datasets were then used to identify and compare spatial economic disparities for a study area in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany. Subsequently, based on these variables, a multivariate clustering approach was conducted for a demonstration area in Dortmund. In the result, it was obvious that the spatially disaggregated data allow more detailed insight into spatial patterns of socioeconomic attributes than the coarser data related to postal code polygons.
