High competition in the markets of goods and services makes it urgent to improve the efficiencyof the use of production assets by the enterprises. One of the possible ways to solve the problem is joint use of the assets by different subjects. The use of this mechanism in the various branches grows rapidly in the last decade due to the opportunities for aggregation of supply and demand and automated contracting provided by the modern digital technologies. The basis for production asset management systems based on sharing is a mathematical model that allows determining the optimal modes of asset use in terms of their utilization, reducing the total cost of ownership and obtaining additional operating profit. This article considers a mathematical model of a multi-product spatially distributed production system that reflects the features of the activities of machine-building enterprises and assumes the possibility of joint use of their fixed assets. Economic and social criteria for the efficiency of fixed assets sharing are formulated in terms of maximizing the profit of enterprises, minimizing logistics and downtime costs. The optimal modes of joint use of the fixed assets concerning these criteria are investigated. It is shown that the joint use of fixed assets under the certain conditions can significantly improve the efficiency of the operating activities of enterprises.

Topicality. In the conditions of ambiguity of the situation that has developed over the past years in the economy, each enterprise needs to focus on developing measures to minimize the impact of adverse factors of the external and internal environment, which can be achieved through system monitoring of changes in the situation, as well as the effective management of economic activity Actual increase of the economic potential of the machine-building industry, which will provide good management, will create conditions for timely response to threats and hazards, strengthen the system of economic security of enterprises in accordance with changing environmental conditions. Aim and tasks. The goal of the paper is to investigate and identify the problems of building up economic potential, their impact on the economic safety of the machine-building enterprise, in particular, and on the industry as a whole. In this regard, the task of carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the main indicators of economic capacity building at the enterprises of the machine-building industry, which will be able to identify the main problems and threats to the industry, identify the strengths and opportunities to understand the main problems of building capacity of the machine-building complex to ensure economic security. Research results. The share of industrial innovation and active enterprises according to the types of implemented innovations has been analyzed. The development of economic potential of machine-building enterprises has been researched. The main problems and threats have been outlined for ensuring economic security and development of the industry. It has been established that the investigated branch has a number of strengths and opportunities, which, taking into account the condition of limiting the impact of weaknesses and threats, gives grounds for specific strategies for the development of machine-building enterprises. In the circumstances in the industry there is practically no development potential. Leading companies are working out the development programs that include expansion of production facilities, updating of production equipment, development of scientific base, increasing of consumer properties of released products and also of the one being produced. It must be admitted that this is the only possible way out of the crisis and the transition to the development of the industry. However, the implementation of these programs is complicated by the lack of adequate funding, as most enterprises carry out technological innovations mainly at their own expense. Conclusions. The main problems of increasing the economic potential of machine-building enterprises are as follows: relative non-competitiveness of products in comparison with products of developed countries; unpopularity of products of the domestic machine-building complex in world markets and the absence of world brands; imperfection of investment activity in most enterprises: insignificant level of implementation of development of scientific and technological progress in comparison with potential opportunities in the production of innovative products; significant level of depreciation of fixed assets, a significant lag of the state of fixed assets from the technological level of developed countries; use of outdated technological developments.

The purpose of the article is to determine the role of human capital in the functioning of machine-building enterprises, based on the peculiarities of the formation of labor costs for hired workers in relation to the dynamics of capital expenditures (fixed assets) in order to increase revenue (revenues) from sales of products. The method of correlation-regression analysis has been used, which has revealed the high density of communication, to construct the equation of the dependence of labor costs and capital expenditures (fixed assets) on income (revenue) from sales of products. Using the method of analysis of the functioning environment, according to the machine-building enterprises of the region, the coefficients of covering income (revenue) from the sale of capital expenditures (fixed assets) and labor costs for hired workers, formed the ability to find the indicators of capital expenditure (fixed assets). according to given economic entities the possibility of increasing the income (revenue) from sales of products. The directions of strengthening the development of human capital, in particular, by increasing the cost of capital (fixed assets) of machine-building enterprises in the region, which will increase their profitability, are revealed. Key words: human capital, physical capital (fixed assets), income (revenue) from sales of products, enterprises, correlation-regression analysis, analysis of the functioning environment.

Introduction. One of the leading causes of occupational health loss, especially in mining and machine-building enterprises, is the combined impact of industrial noise and vibration. The wide prevalence of cardiovascular diseases is one of the most important medical and social problems, due to persistent disability and high mortality, bringing prevention of health disorders to the first place as the basis for preserving labor longevity. The aim of study is to identify the main approaches aimed at preventing health problems in workers who come into contact with vibration and noise at mining and machine-building enterprises. Materials and methods. A survey and survey of 296 industrial workers was conducted. Group 1 (160 people) included men who were exposed to noise and vibration factors above the maximum permissible levels, group 2 consisted of 136 men who did not have direct contact with noise and vibration generating equipment. When conducting an in-depth laboratory and instrumental examination in a hospital setting, all workers additionally calculated the level of cardiovascular risk on the SCORE scale. Statistical analysis was performed using the software package "Statistica 6.0". Results. It is determined that the priority adverse factors of the working environment in production are noise and vibration. It has been shown that individuals who come into contact with these factors are more likely to detect violations of lipid metabolism and endothelial function, have a higher average heart rate and systolic blood pressure, and have an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions. Taking into account the obtained results of the proposed diagnostic approaches aimed at the prevention of health disorders among workers of industrial enterprises. If employees are found to have an increased cardiovascular risk, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth examination and timely medical and preventive measures.
