The aim of this study is to test the theoretical model which hypothesizes that academics' academic intellectual leadership affects their perceptions of perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship. In line with this general purpose, it was determined whether the perceptions of academics' intellectual leadership affect their perceptions of perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship. The causal design was used in the study. The sample population of the study is composed of 731 academics working in 13 universities selected by convenience sampling from the Central Anatolia, Aegean, Black Sea and East Anatolia regions of Turkey. The data were collected with Academic Intellectual Leadership Scale, Perceived Organizational Support Scale, and Organizational Citizenship Scale in the 2018-2019 academic year. Mean, standart deviance, and correlation analysis were used for the analysis of the descriptive data, and path analysis was used to test the theoricatical model. The findings show that academics' academic intellectual leadership perceptions positively effect their perceptions of perceived organizational support (γ=.24) and organizational citizenship (γ=.38). The results were discussed in light of the relevant literature and suggestions were made to the practitioners, policy makers, and researchers.

This research aims to test the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior between rewards and recognition toward task performance and the mediation of perceived organizational support between feedbacks from job toward task performance. This research performed on SMEs craft employee in Kasongan, Bantul, with total of 114 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling only to employee with two years work experience and concurrently did not work as an owner. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior did not mediate rewards and recognition toward task performance, but only perceived organizational support mediated between feedbacks from job toward task performance.

Organizational citizenship behavior is considered as one of the vital element needed in the organizational to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity. The present study aims to study the influence of organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior among marketing executives. The study is Ex post facto in nature and the sample consists of 113 Male marketing executives from the sales and Marketing department in a Retail Organization with more than one year experience. The age group ranges from 19-32. The tools used in study include Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Mowday, Porter & Steers, 1979), Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire (Rhoades & Eisenberger, 2002) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Karunanidhi & Manimala, 2009). The statistical method used for the present study is Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation to find out the relationship among variables. Results of the study indicate that there is significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior; there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. From the present study it is concluded that organizational commitment influence organizational citizenship behavior among marketing executives.

Usaha yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang membenahi akuntanbilitas dan transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan cukup berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik di Kota Tangerang. Kecenderungan motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior diduga dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Dalam rangka menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah model penelitian yang dibentuk dari telaah pustaka. Model ini memiliki tiga hipotesis dengan empat variabel: motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja organisasi. Analisis data terhadap 115 individu yang telah berstatus pegawai tetap pada institusi publik.di Kota Tangerang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis menggunakan program LISREL 8.8. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan implikasi teoritis dan implikasi kebijakan manajemen Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pelayanan Publik , Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Organisasi

AbstractThis study contributes to our understanding of the mediating and moderating processes through which satisfaction with developmental human resources practices are linked with organizational citizenship behaviour. Our model posits that the effect of satisfaction with developmental human resources practices on organizational citizenship behaviour is mediated by perceived organizational support and is moderated by job breadth. The methodology consisted of collecting data from 331 nurses who were surveyed about their satisfaction with developmental human resources practices, perceived organizational support, organizational citizenship behaviours and job breadth. Results support this model.

Perceived organizational support (POS), which reflects the organization’s value on employees’ contributions and concern for employee benefits, is an important tool to help organizations establish favourable relationship with employees and motivate employees work hard. This paper aims to make a review of POS concept and the variables related to POS. Research results showed that perceived organizational support emphasizes organizational commitment to employees and is a unilateral relationship. Perceived organizational support is related to employees’ reduced absenteeism, increased job satisfaction, happiness, organizational citizenship behaviour and organizational performance, and also influenced by organizational fairness, working conditions, HR practices, employee characteristics, leadership, management communication. Besides, this paper summarized the measures to improve perceived organizational support, such as supportive or high commitment HR practices, fairness, superior and co-worker supports, employee empowerment. This study helps researchers understand the latest research progress in perceived organizational support.

Although perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) have long received research attention, little is known of the effects of POS and OCBs in the IS usage context, specifically in the context of enterprise resource planning (ERP) continuance. In this study, the authors integrate three research streams, including POS, OCBs, and ERP continuance intention into one model in order to investigate whether POS and OCBs: altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue, and sportsmanship affect ERP users' continuance intention. Grounded on social exchange theory (SET), this study examined the influence of POS on OCBs, satisfaction, and continuance. In addition, the authors also assessed the mediating effects of OCBs between POS and continuance. A survey utilizing a questionnaire was used to collect data and a total of 250 usable responses were analyzed by using partial least squares (PLS). The authors found that POS indirectly influence continuance intention through satisfaction and OCBs. Conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sportsmanship mediated the relationship between POS and continuance intention, but altruism and courtesy do not. Also, a number of implications for both researchers and managers are proposed.
