This research aims to produce authentic assessment instruments in mathematics learning materials plan geometry class VII in terms of aspects of validity and practicality as well as to determine the potential effect. This study uses research development methods (development research) type of formative research involving 32 seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study a series of instruction developed through several stages of self evaluation, expert reviews and one-to-one, small group, and field tests. This research produces authentic assessment on the material properties of the material, the circumference and area of a rectangle. This study includes a series of learning consists of two activities on properties and circumference & area of a rectangle. The results of the development of authentic assessment instruments shows that with them knowing that they are assessed by three aspects (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) students are very enthusiastic to learn, able to work on the problems with a good, brave respond and put forward the idea of both written and verbal are associated with a square long.

 In the result of academic supervision and the result of school self evaluation, the data was obtained that there were still many teachers at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan who did not understand how to develop the authentic assesment instruments. The teachers at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan get difficult to compile the autenthic assesments based on the 2013 curriculum. The problem of this study is how to increase teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan in compiling the authentic assesment instruments through the workshop. This research is School Action Research (SAR). The qualitative data analysis used is the principles of data analysis, namely: reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion data. Meanwhile, for the quantitative data was obtained by using deseriptive analysis. The results indicated that the teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan get further progress in compiling authentic assessment instruments from the first to the second cycle. The percentage of classical completeness  increased from 53,20 % to 95,65 %  and the classical everage increased from 53,20 to 66,63. The conclusion of this study is teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan in compiling Authentic Assessment Instrument have increased through the workshop. Abstrak Pada hasil supervisi akademik dan hasil evaluasi diri sekolah diperoleh data bahwa masih banyak guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan yang kurang memahami cara menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik. Guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan merasa sulit untuk menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik sesuai tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kompetensi Guru SMPN 3 Pademawu dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik melalui workshop. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Analisis data kualitatif digunakan prinsip-prinsip analisis data yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Sedangkan untuk data kuantitatif dilakukan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Pademawu meningkat dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2.  Persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 73,68% menjadi 95,65% dan nilai rata-rata klasikal meningkat pula dari 53,20 menjadi 66,63. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik meningkat melalui workshop

This developmental research aims to produce an authentic assessment instrument in the domain of skills to develop the character values of citizenship. The subjects of this research are: (1) Primary School teachers; (2) Primary School students; (3) Eight experts for validation of assessment instruments that is the validation experts of mathematics for Primary Schools, Natural Science for Primary School, Social Sciences for Primary School, Bahasa Indonesia, Civics for Primary School, Assessment, Psychology, and Character Education. The method used in this research is a developmental research method of formative research type which in its development is focused on 2 stages that is preliminary stage and formative evaluation stage. The data were collected through questionnaires and field tests. The results of field tests (small and large scale) show that the eveloped authentic assessment instruments have excellent validity and high reliability. Thus, based on the results of validation expert and field tests, it can be concluded that the authentic assessment instruments have been valid and have a category of reliability which is very high, so the instrument is worthy to develop the character values of citizenship.

This research aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument product based on language literacy with a scaffolding model that is oriented towards reading skills. This research method uses research and development methods. The research results show that the preliminary research phase describes the results of curriculum analysis and student analysis. At the product development stage and validation by experts, the percentage of authenticity instrument eligibility consisting of three indicators is 82%. It can be concluded that the instrument is suitable for use in learning activities. The practicality stage given to 20 students in one of the Manyak Payed Public High Schools, Aceh Tamiang District, consisted of four alternative answers, 25% were declared practical. Thus, high school teachers are advised to use the scaffolding model as a solution to improve reading comprehension and language literacy skills.

School Literacy Movement, one of the government's efforts to optimize the ability of students in terms of literacy, needs support from every circle; one of them is from researches in the educational field. This research aims to develop reading texts in a futsal context that will be presented in students’ worksheet with valid and practical criteria that will have a potential effect in mathematics learning. This research is using the design research method with a development studies type that consists of three main steps, such as preliminary, prototyping, and assessment with an evaluation plot formative study that used in a prototyping step, including the self-evaluation, expert review and one-to-one, small group, and field test. The research subjects are the students in 7th grade in one of Junior High School in Karawang. There are some steps taken in the data collection process, such as documentation, walkthrough, questionnaire, test, and interview. According to the data analysis, it can be concluded that this research has been producing a product in the form of thirteen reading the text for School Literacy Movement invalid and practical mathematics learning that will have a potential effect for the students’ learning result in the mathematics learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat penialaian autentik untuk pembelajaran matematika di kelas VII semester 1 yang autentik, reliabel dan valid meliputi instrumen dengan kompetensi dasar bilangan bulat, garis dan sudut, serta rasio dan perbandingan untuk penilaian KI 1, KI 2, KI 3, dan KI 4 berupa: indikator, instrumen penilaian, dan rubrik penilaian. A process of soil compaction methods development including new authors’ methodology is described. The importance of soil compaction for engineering purposes is substantiated. Preconditions for Proctor compaction test appearance are highlighted. Proctor’s approach and suggestions for the degree of soil compaction assessing are analyzed. Soviet version of Proctor’s equipment and Modified Proctor compaction test are given. Principal differences between Proctor test, Standard compaction test and Modified Proctor test are presented. The problems and disadvantages of existent soil compaction tests are revealed. New authors’ physical experiment methodology for patterns establishment of water migration in subgrade embankment depth, in the capacity factors of what it is accepted: clay soil type (its number plasticity); moisture, at what the soil was compacted; soil skeleton density; embankment height; «rest» time after subgrade erection and before it’s operation is developed and realized. By laboratory and field tests water migration patterns in compacted subgrade soils depth are established. As a result of statistical processing of research results, the empirical dependence of compacted clay soil stabilized moisture is obtained. Empirical dependence parameter corresponds to maximum molecular moisture capacity at what it is advisable to do the subgrade clay soils multilayer consolidation for their long-term strength ensuring.

This study aims at explaining the process of embedding authentic, valid, practical and effective assessment models in Indonesian language learning based on local culture contexts.The development process began with preliminary research, prototyping and assessment phases.The third stage involved three schools in the city of Padang, namely class X SMA 3, 7 and 10 Padang.The expected product is a number of assessment instruments as a model or sample that can measure the ability of the students to participat e in the school.The results of this study indicate that all the protocols, prototyping, to the assessment phases have been valid, practical and effective.This means that developed instruments can help students improve their language skills.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan soal matematika model TIMSS yang valid dan praktis untuk siswa SMP berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Proses pendesainan soal sebagai instrumen penilaian dilakukan dengan prototyping. Prototyping meliputi dua tahap. Prototipe I merupakan hasil desain dan penyusunan soal-soal oleh peneliti sendiri, sedang prototipe II revisi dari prototipe I berdasarkan masukan dari pakar, teman sejawat, dan guru matematika, yang berupa catatan validator dan notulensi diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku soal yang disusun dengan pengelompokan bab mengikuti ranah materi seperti dalam TIMSS, yakni bilangan, geometri, aljabar, data dan peluang. Buku soal untuk siswa tidak perlu ada tulisan mengenai ranah materi, topik pokok, dan ranah kognitif. Masukan untuk perbaikan dari FGD adalah soal sebaiknya diawali dari yang mudah, sedang, baru yang sulit. Penulisan soal pilihan ganda lebih baik tidak menggunakan kalimat tanya, melainkan dengan membuat pernyataan yang memuat titik-titik, baik di tengah atau di akhir kalimat. Soal sebaiknya tidak memuat pernyataan implikasi. Kata kunci: Pengembangan soal, matematika SMP, TIMSS, Kurikulum 2013DEVELOPING THE TIMSS MATH PROBLEM MODEL TO SUPPORT THE MATHEMATICS LEARNING IN GRADE VII USING THE 2013 CURRICULUM Abstract: This study was aimed to produce a valid and practical TIMMS math problem model for junior high school students using the 2013 curriculum. The study used the research and development design. The design process of the problems as assessment instruments was carried out through prototyping involving two stages. Prototype I was the design product and the problem development done by the researchers themselves, while Prototype II was the revision of Prototype I based on the feedback provided by experts, colleagues, and Mathematics teachers in the form of validators’ notes and the minutes taken from discussions. The findings showed that the book of math problems was written by grouping the chapters following the materials domains as those in TIMSS, that is, numbers, geometry, algebra, data, and probability. For the student book, it was not nsecessary to write the materials domain, the essential topics, and the cognitive domain. The feedback from the FGD was that the problems should be arranged from the easiest ones to the most difficult ones. The multiple choice items should not be written in the form of questions, but in the form of incomplete sentences with the blanks in the middle or the end of the sentences. The change of KTSP curriculum into 2013 curriculum?é?á lead to changes in the assessment system. With the change in valuation system, teachers should be able to adapt and develop appropriate assessment with the curriculum has changed. In this 2013 curriculum using authentic assessment system that can assess the competence of the three domains, namely the domain of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The problems revealed in this study are Is authentic assessment instrument in the subjects of mathematics which has been prepared by the teacher in accordance with the characteristics of the curriculum in 2013? Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine the suitability of authentic assessment instrument in the subjects of mathematics that had been developed by teachers with the characteristics of curriculum assessment in 2013, this is a type of qualitative research that uses qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study is a Primary School in Hyderabad who have applied in the process of learning curriculum was radically 2013, amounting to 12 elementary schools. Samples taken are 5 elementary schools in Semarang by using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was obtained through the analysis of the research instruments and text data card interview. Based on the analysis of experimental data showed that the instrument of authentic assessment in mathematics is organized by fourth grade teachers from five elementary schools in Semarang 85.2% in accordance with the characteristics of curriculum assessment in 2013, where the authentic assessment instruments assessment covers the realm of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Therefore it can be concluded that the teacher has been able to make an authentic assessment instrument based on the characteristics of the curriculum in 2013.
