Statement of the problem. Reforming of the professional education system required by conscious choice of secondary school graduates wishing to start their independent life quickly and which guarantees successful start of their career, is connected with corresponding changes in substantive, technological and competence aspects. Blue-collar and white-collar qualifications become popular among young people. The labor market sets new requirements for graduates of secondary vocational schools and this defines the range of professional competences of future intermediate-level managers. The purpose of article is to define psychological and pedagogical bases of formation of communicative competence in future intermediate-level managers. Methodology of research consists of a competent and systematic approach as a basis for structuring of future intermediate-level managers professional competences; State Educational Standard of Secondary Vocational Training in 16.0631.01 Car Mechanics; Federal State Education Standard requirements to the curriculum for training qualified employees. Research results. Composition of competences (general and professional competences) of future intermediate-level managers is identified and substantiated. The main causes of the communication problems are stated: shortcomings in secondary vocational education; inconsistencies of terms in requirements for general competence in the Federal State Education Standard and Car Mechanic Professional Standard. Conclusion. Article defines psychological and pedagogical foundations for development of communicative competences in future car mechanics during learning mathematics. Teacher issues related with choosing a form of collaboration with students in math class are identified.

The study aims to innovate the teaching and learning process of mathematics with a group of elementary school students from a rural population of Colombia, where the use of information and communications technology resources, as well as internet access in limited. The teachers implement microlearning so that children learn to solve arithmetic problems. The experience is descriptive with a non-probabilistic convenience sampling, developed from the creation and application of a virtual learning object whose pedagogical strategy was the use of microlearning. The study shows that the use of information and communications technology resources assist the students to learn mathematics. It also develops the office content, skill to interpret, know and solve mathematical problems from everyday situation to students

Over the years, mathematics has assumed a vital part of the educational landscape of every society. Nevertheless, the subject has attracted considerable attention from researchers relating to the observed low performance and suitable approaches to improve outcomes. In this study, a quasi-experimental design was adopted to establish the effect of the Math-Island on primary school students mathematical motivation and interest. A total of eighty-two students with an age range of 7 – 12 years and a mean age of (M=9.12), (SD= 1.22) participated in the study. The samples were grouped into two and were exposed to a pre-test and post-test investigation. Mean and standard deviation scores were used. The independent t-test analysis established a statistically significant difference between the groups, MD = 11.53, t (80) = 6.313, p < 0.05. Thus, the result supported the studys hypothesis. It was concluded that Math-Island is effective in enhancing students mathematics motivation and interest. The study recommends adopting the system in math class and that teachers be regularly trained on using the device for teaching.

The difficulty of elementary school math teachers in math learning is that teachers are difficult at planning the mathematical learnig process, teachers are difficult at carrying out the mathematical learning process and teachers are difficult at communicating with students during math study. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of the planning of mathematics learning teachers have done, the performance of mathematics learning by teachers as well as the communication process between teachers and the student in the math class. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive analysis of data and information obtained from research for later interpretation according to the fact that in planning the learning process, the most frequent difficulty is determining the learning media by as much as (25%) and then creating teaching methods (18,75%). The next challenge to the mathematical learning process, the most frequent difficulty is to motivate students to ask the question of a magnitude (44,44%). The last difficulty is in communicating with the students. The most frequent challenge is to stimulate a students interest in math lessons by ( 42,85%). Should a math teacher have special skills in order to increase the students interest in math and not impress the monotonous in the matter of speaking.

For the students, just hearing “let's have math class” they already “close”. Therefore, the communication between the student, the teacher and the teaching material must be “clean” or as it is called “without curves”, mainly explanatory and easy to understand. Given this context, the objective of this article is to identify how the state of knowledge of the student's difficulty is configured in relation to the existing mathematical language. To meet this objective, a systematic bibliographic review was used, consisting of three phases: Input, Processing and Output. Where did you try to answer the main research question “how is the state of knowledge about language in mathematics education configured”? Based on the analyzed documents, it can be concluded that the mathematical language should be used as simple as possible and that it should be well-targeted for each school level, that is, a different applicability for each student. Of the 24 documents analyzed, 8 are book chapters and the rest are scientific articles. Analyzing the number of publications on the subject between 2015 and 2020 there was a doubled increase in accepted scientific data, where 16 documents were published, from 2009 to 2014 only 8 articles were published and mainly 16 documents were published in our mother tongue with 8 in English, which demonstrates that the analysis of such a document format is relevant to the topic addressed here. Reinforcing the importance of language and how the message is transmitted to the recipient in education, the word cloud presented keywords with the highest citations Teaching Language, Mathematics, Education, Mathematics Communication and Games.
