 In the result of academic supervision and the result of school self evaluation, the data was obtained that there were still many teachers at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan who did not understand how to develop the authentic assesment instruments. The teachers at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan get difficult to compile the autenthic assesments based on the 2013 curriculum. The problem of this study is how to increase teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan in compiling the authentic assesment instruments through the workshop. This research is School Action Research (SAR). The qualitative data analysis used is the principles of data analysis, namely: reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion data. Meanwhile, for the quantitative data was obtained by using deseriptive analysis. The results indicated that the teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan get further progress in compiling authentic assessment instruments from the first to the second cycle. The percentage of classical completeness  increased from 53,20 % to 95,65 %  and the classical everage increased from 53,20 to 66,63. The conclusion of this study is teachers competency at SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan in compiling Authentic Assessment Instrument have increased through the workshop. Abstrak Pada hasil supervisi akademik dan hasil evaluasi diri sekolah diperoleh data bahwa masih banyak guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan yang kurang memahami cara menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik. Guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan merasa sulit untuk menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik sesuai tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kompetensi Guru SMPN 3 Pademawu dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik melalui workshop. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Analisis data kualitatif digunakan prinsip-prinsip analisis data yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Sedangkan untuk data kuantitatif dilakukan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Pademawu meningkat dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2.  Persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 73,68% menjadi 95,65% dan nilai rata-rata klasikal meningkat pula dari 53,20 menjadi 66,63. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Pademawu Pamekasan dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian autentik meningkat melalui workshop

This research was conducted due to the low level of numeracy ability in children of group B in TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Padangsidimpuan. The formulation of the problem under study was how to improve children's numeracy skills through numeric media. The research conducted was classroom action research consisting of two observations, each of which consisted of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were children of group B in TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Padangsidimpuan by using observation sheets. The data analysis used was qualitative data analysis techniques that can be seen from children's numeracy skills and quantitative data were calculated by formula. The results obtained in children's numeracy skills have increased. Before the action was taken, the level of numeracy ability of children was still very low, after the first cycle of research was obtained 44% and in the second cycle increased to 88%. After conducting research starting from pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II, it was concluded that the numeracy ability of group B children in TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Padangsidimpuan had increased.

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in vocabulary of VII A grade students of State Junior High School 4 Ketapang (SMPN 4) Ketapang using the Game method. The form of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used test techniques in the form of written tests. The data collection instrument used a question sheet. Data analysis used interactive model qualitative data analysis (Miles & Huberman), which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that learning with the came method can improve students' vocabulary. In general, the more repetition of students will remember the more vocabulary mastery (the highest increase reached 76.15%) if repetition was only done once in each meeting, as did in Cycle II (the highest increase reached 86.00%). This study concluded that learning with the game method can increase the vocabulary of VIIA grade students in SMPN 4 Ketapang.Keywords: Vocabulary, Game Method, Mastery

The objective of the research is to improve English reading ability through Look and Say Technique at SDIT AL MARJAN, BEKASI. This study used action research method which involved two cycles.  The population of this research was 27 of third grade students of SDIT AL MARJAN.  Based on the data from the pre test, it shows that the students’ competencies in reading English is still low.  After given treatment throughout the cycles (planning, acting, observing, and reflecting) in this study and the results of post tests, the student’s ability in reading English had been improved.  Qualitative data analysis shows that the students were interested during the process.  They enjoyed the learning and they were active in each part of the process. The students read better after the treatment.  The result of the analysis is strengthen by quantitative data analysis which shows in cycle I, tₒ= 5,2, it means 2, 06< 5,2 and in cycle II, tₒ= 7,0 or 2, 06< 7,0. (t table 5% = 2, 06).  Therefore, there is an improvement in English reading through look and say technique.

This study concerns on improving students’ achievement in writing procedure texts through word webbing technique. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population was the 2012-2013 nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The number of students was 36, consisting of 21 females and 15 males. The procedure of the research was administrated into two cycles where each cycle consisted of three meetings. Each meeting included four steps namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was the writing of procedure texts test while the qualitative data were gathered by using interview, diary notes and observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the mean of students’ score in Test I was 53,47, for the Test II was 63,05, and for the Test III was 75 The qualitative data showed that the students were interested in the applying of Word webbing Technique. The conclusion is that Word Webbing Technique in writing Procedure Texts improves the students’ achievement in writing procedure texts. This study aims to make students have an independent character, discipline and responsibility in the digital era through the Monthly Bazaar. The method used in this research was Mixed Method with a sequential exploratory strategy. The sequential exploratory strategy involves collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the second stage based on the results of the first stage. Weights / priorities are more likely to be in the first stage, and the mixing process between these two methods occurs when the researcher makes a connection between qualitative data analysis and quantitative data collection. The results of the study were obtained from qualitative data analysis in the first stage and quantitative data in the second stage. The results of the first stage were obtained from educators' observations of students after completing the monthly bazaar. The results of the second stage are obtained through calculations using a Likert scale and it is obtained the data of 43.75% (ever) if it is categorized in interpretation of scores based on intervals. This data was obtained before the implementation of the monthly bazaar. After implementing the monthly bazaar for two times, the data is 72.75% (often). From the two stages, the relevant results obtained between qualitative and quantitative data analysis showed that there was an independent character, discipline and responsibility embedded in students after the implementation of the monthly bazaar activities.

The purpose of this research was to determinate the proccess of implementation of story telling metode to increase behavior of anti-corruption in Group B Az Zahra Kebayoran Baru South of Jakarta. This research is an action research which refers to the model of a classroom Action Research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subject of this research are children in Group B Az Zahra Kebayoran Baru South of Jakarta there are 16 children, who consist of  6 girls and 10 boys.  The steps of this research : 1) Planing (2) Action (3) Observation (4) Reflection. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative. Data analysis qualitative used  Miles and  Hubberman model. This research do in two cycles, there are cycle I and II. The end result of the overall analysis of the data is the percentage in 88,05% cycles II which showed from pre-cycle is 41,23% up to cycles I 72,32%

Abstract: The creativity of learners in the learning process is mainly related to the management of education and training is needed and become the standard of competence that should be obtained. But at educational institutions most of the efforts to improve creativity is still not successful. During this effort to foster creativity of learners is based on efforts to motivate and consequently less than optimal. The study aims at improving students’ achievement in reading comprehension applying Metacognition Method by conducting classroom action research. The population of this research twelfth grade students of SMP Negeri 41 Medan. The number of the students was 33 students. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was objective test of reading comprehension, while the instruments for qualitative data were gathered through interview, diary notes, and observation sheet. The qualitative showed that the students were interested in Metacognition Method. Based on the data analysis, the mean of the students score for orientation test was 52, 12 and for test in cycle I was 63, 63 and for test in cycle II was 76, 51. The conclusion is that Metacognition Method can improve the students’ achievement in reading comprehension. Keywords : Reading, Comprehension, Metacognition Method

The research aimed to find out whether the quality of PAUD management assistance could improve. Research-based service was carried out at RA Perwanida 3 and PAUD Kaisah. This study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model of the Kemmis, S. & McTaggart , R. Research methodology which was carried out in a series through online material delivery assistance and direct mentoring to each PAUD unit. The implementation of the activity is carried out in 5 steps, namely diagnosis, making an action plan, taking action, evaluating and reflecting. Data analysis using data analysis quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis was obtained from the description of the value of document completeness, pre and post mentoring. While the qualitative data analysis was obtained from field notes, documentation notes and interview notes using four parts, namely data reduction, display data and conclusion data. The results of the dedication research with assistance to improve the quality of the assisted PAUD management, the average document data obtained from each of the assisted institutions has increased by 37%, which is based on 30 assessment indicators, 26 indicators have been successfully fulfilled by each of the assisted PAUD institutions so that initially the average file completeness was 49% after being given assistance to 86%.

This paper describes, knows, understands, and analyzes self-evaluation from the perspective of surah Al-Isrā verse 14. Self-evaluation in psychology is called self-introspection, which means self-correction, while in Islam, it is called muḥāsabah or muḥāsabah al-nafṣ. Muḥāsabah, in the person of a Muslim in particular, is an attempt to count and evaluate himself, how many sins he has committed and what good he has not done. This study is qualitative research under the literature study method, which focuses on the question of self-evolution from the perspective of surah Al-Isra verse 14. The data source comes from the ministry of religious affairs' translation of the Qur'an, and books related to self-evaluation contain self-evaluation from surah Al-Isra' verse 14. Data were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis method. Self-evaluation in QS Al-Isra': 14refers to the word al-ḥisāb, if an evaluation may be done by oneself on all the deeds that have been done. Explaining this, in surah Al-Isrā'a verse 14, Allah evaluates His creatures on the day of reckoning (the trial of the Hereafter). Therefore it is a man who is commanded to judge his own deeds. Suppose it is associated with the point of evaluation of education. In that case, the meaning of al-ḥisāb indicates that the assessment results depend on the intensity of the subject in completing the exam question. Therefore, the task of educators is to motivate the subject of the learner to learn and maximum when completing the exam question seriously.
