This study aims to examine (1) the influence of industry type, company size, company complexity and client profitability on audit fees (2) the influence of industry types on audit fees (3) influence of firm size on audit fees (4) the effect of corporate complexity on audit fees (5) the effect of client profitability on audit fees. Data collection uses a purposive sampling method for manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2013-2017. A total of 34 companies were sampled in this study. Research shows that (1) type of industry, size of company, complexity of the company and client profitability together influence audit fees (2) the type of high profile industry and low profile does not affect the high or low audit fees given (3) the greater the size of a company, the higher the audit fee borne by the client (4) the number of subsidiaries does not affect the high or low audit fees given, and (5) companies that have high profits tend to provide a high audit fee because they are vulnerable to misstatement

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of company size, company risk, and client profitability on audit fees. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018 which were selected using purposive samples. The number of observations is 99 samples. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software with a significance level of 5%. The results of the test show that (1) company size has a positive effect on audit fees (2) company risk has no effect on audit fees, and (3) client profitability has a positive effect on audit fees.   Keywords: Company Size, Company Risk, Client Profitability, Audit Fee

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management change, client company size, audit fee on auditor switching. The data used in this study are annual and financial reports In manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. The method of taking data samples using purposive sampling method. Based on certain criteria. Based on the retrieval method obtained A sample of 136 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Logistic regression analysis. The results show that management change, company size has no effect on auditor switching and audit fees have a positive effect on auditor switching

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of company age, company size, auditor reputation and auditor change on auditor switching. The data used in this study are annual and financial reports on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The method of sampling data using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. Based on the sampling method, a sample of 230 companies was obtained. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size, auditor reputation and auditor switching had no effect on audit report lag and company age had a positive effect on audit report lag.

This study aims to examine and explain the effect of company size and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is explanatory research, testing classical assumptions, and analyzed using a moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 32 companies, and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research variable consists of company size and leverage as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable, and profitability as a moderating variable. The analysis showed that partially company size and leverage had no significant effect on firm value, profitability had a negative effect on firm value and profitability weakened the effect of company size on firm value and profitability strengthened the effect of leverage on firm value. In this study, it can provide implications for a company to consider factors of company size, leverage, and profitability, and can also be used as a reference by other companies in business strategy, understand aspects of the industry they are involved in, and pay more attention to the development of the environment that can affect the company's business so that it can increase the value of the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, company size, and KAP's reputation on audit quality. The theory used in this research is agency theory. This research used quantitative research method. This data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The sample used in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.  The sample of this study amounted to 128 observational data from 32 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results showed audit tenure and KAP's reputation have a significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has no significantly effect on audit quality. This study analyzes the factors influencing the number of audit fees in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2019. The number of audit fees depends on several factors that influence it. The Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants has determined the minimum standard of audit fees charged to auditee companies but does not include a substantial total cost and tends to fluctuate and vary. This study uses the audit committee, audit report lag, and firm size as independent variables, the type of public accounting firm as the moderating variable, and audit fee as the dependent variable. This study uses causal associative as the research design. The data was collected by collecting data on the company's financial statements from 2013 to 2019. The study population was 176 manufacturing companies whose samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The number of research samples was 20, with 140 observations. The data analysis technique uses Studio R's panel analysis regression model as the test tool. The results showed that the Audit Committee, audit report lag, and firm size each had a significant positive effect on the audit fee's value and jointly had a significant impact on the audit fee. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

The aims of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability and leverage of the corporate Environmental Dislosure (ED). Company size measured by logaritma natural of total asset, profitability measured by return on assets (ROA/ratio of net income to total assets) and leverage measured by debt to equity ratio (DER/ratio of debt to total equity). Corporate environmental disclosure is measured using the environmental indicators from Global Reporting Initiatvive Guidline 4 (GRI G4) with total 34 indicators. This study populations is listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013–2015 with total sample of 76 companies. the sampling method was purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data. This study used annual report from listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange to analyzed. The data was analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS. The result indicate that company size has significant influence to the corporate environmental disclosure. The result for the second and third hypothesis indicated that profitability and leverage has no significant influence to .the corporate environmental disclosure.

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability and company size on earnings management. The population in this study is companies with manufacturing types listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 to 2017. Samples were obtained using a purposive random sampling method. Data analysis uses fixed effects. The results showed that the capital structure, profitability and size of the company affect earnings management
