Investors have a goal to get maximum returns by anticipating the impact they will face in the future. In this study the return meant is dividend policy. There are 4 factors that influence dividend policy, namely: (1) debt policy, (2) liquidity, (3) company size, (3) profitability. This type of research is causative with secondary data, where this study analyzes how the influence of one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is the determination of the cellphone and population based on the criteria desired by the researcher in order to obtain a representative sample according to the criteria. The object of this study is a company listed on the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a period of 2013-2016. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) debt policy has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy in the LQ-45 index company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, (2) liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-index companies 45 which are listed on the IDX in 2013-2016, (3) the size of the company has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016, and (4) Profitability has a negative and not significant effect on policy dividends on LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Liquidity, Company Size, and Profitability

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence value company (PBV) which includes dividend policy (DPR), company size (SIZE), capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and profitability (ROA). The population in this study  is a manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling, so we obtained a sample of 18 companies. Type quantitative research. Data sources in the form of secondary data. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially dividend policy (DPR), capital structure (DER) and profitability (ROA) affect on value company (PBV). While the size of the company (SIZE) and liquidity (CR) has no affect on value company (PBV).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the dividend payout policy on BUMN companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. The independent variables used in this research are profitability, liquidity, asset growth, and company size. The method used is the method of quantitative research and the object of research is a state-owned company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study was secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained by data collection techniques using documentation method. The sample used in this research is twelve companies using purposive sampling method. The technique of data analysis using was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS test tool. The results showed that all independent variables together positive effect on dividend policy. While the t-test results show that only Profitability variables that have a positive and significant influence toward the dividend payout policy. The independent variables liquidity, asset growth, and company size have a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy. The dividend payout policy is one of the main concerns of the stakeholders. However, this study uses only four independent variables to analyze the factors that influence the dependent variable. The magnitude of influence of all independent variables in this study only 33% and the rest much influenced by other variables outside in this study. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios such as current ratios, debt to assets ratio, gross profit margin on changes in earnings in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling from 40 companies, it was obtained a sample of 19 companies that met the criteria. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (www. Idx.co.id) and ICMD 2016-2017. Testing the research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques (Multiple Regression Model), with the application tool SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio and Gross Profit Margin on partial changes in earnings, so it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected. Likewise, the simultaneous test of Current Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Gross Profit Margin simultaneously or together is unable to explain changes in the dependent variable, namely changes in earnings.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. This research was conducted to see the effect of tax planning and company size on earnings management (Empirical Study on Company MAnufacturing Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange). The factors tested in this study are tax planning and company size as independent variables and earnings management as the dependent variable.                This type of research is descriptive method of analysis and type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained the number of samples of 21 companies with the final data amounted to 63 financial statements. Sources of data in this study are secondary data downloaded through www.idx.co.id and corporate website each in the form of annual financial statements of the company for 3 years in the period 2015 to 2017. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.                 The results of this study indicate that simultaneously tax planning and the size of the company have a significant influence on the earings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock sExchange for the 2015-2017 period.

This study aims to test whether liquidity and company size have an influence on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector in 2017-2019. The total population of this study was 26 companies with a total sample of 11 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a study period of three years so that the research sample was 33 data. The data used is secondary data from various reliable sources. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The independent variables include liquidity and company size, while the dependent variable is stock returns. Collecting data in this study using secondary data with documentation methods. The method of analysis of this research is using multiple linear regression analysis and t test. Based on the t test shows that (1) liquidity has a significant effect on stock returns (2) company size has an influence on stock returns.The company’s ability to pay debts on time will make the stock returns be returned appropriately. Mean while, company size has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, liquidity and sales growth on dividend policy on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population of this study is all companies belonging to the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The use of samples in research using Purposive Sampling with certain criteria in order to obtain 66 data samples to be studied. The data used are secondary data sourced from financial statements. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test method. From these tests it can be seen that Company Size, Profitability and Leverage affect Dividend Policy. While Liquidity and Sales growth does not affect the Dividend Policy in LQ45 Companies in 2016-2018.
