The purpose of this research is to design oil drying machine in nurts eggs to get the result of working drawing and to determine the peanut dryer component. The concept of planning oil drying machine in nurts eggss is by conducting a direct survey of the egg industry, the problems arise still high levels of oil in manually dried peanuts, then carry out the design concept. Based on the concept, then designed a design drawing. The result of this final task is in the form of design or design of oil oven dryers that utilize centrifugal force for drying oil, oil stainless steel rotary tube components, stainless steel container tube with stainless steel , axle components to support tubes of 22mm diameter and 520mm length, pulleys with a 3/6 ratio as a rotary reducer of an electric motor of 0.5 HP 1400 rpm to 500 rpm. Frame profile machine L 40 x 40 x 4 mm 42 st material and engine components made by Fernando Ferry from material st 37.

In this study, WC-stainless steel AISI 347 hardmetal system was produced to replace WC-Co hardmetal which uses the expensive, toxic and depleted resource Co. WC, stainless steel AISI 347 and graphite powder mixture were milled in a planetary mill under argon atmosphere using a stainless steel container and balls. Carbon was added in amounts ranging from 0 wt% until 4 wt% into the composition to avoid unwanted η (Fe3W3C) phase. As-milled powder was compacted at 300 MPa and sintered in a tube furnace at 1350°C. ɳ phase was detected in compositions with 0 and 1 wt% C addition. For 2 wt% C addition, no η (Fe3W3C) phase formation was identified. However, the η phase was detected for compositions containing 3 and 4 wt% C. Maximum hardness was achieved due to the absence of η phase.

Misalignment is one of the problems that often occurs in rotary equipment. In this paper, the observation was done to the rotary machine model in response to changes of axial misalignment by using vibration meter and infrared thermography camera. The model was a machine series, consisting of electric motor and disc which was connected by 3 Jaw flexible coupling. The shafts were positioned into several axial misalignment conditions to see the effect on the overall vibration value and its component temperature. The result of vibration observation showed that under certain conditions, by increasing shaft misalignment then the overall vibration value tends to decrease. With the decrease of overall vibration value, the machine condition was not in better condition. This was indicated by observing the temperature of the components in this condition, which showed the opposite fact. As misalignment increases, the temperature of the engine components also increases.

<p>In April 2015, the city of Toronto selected a proposal for the Fort York Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge project in a design-build competition. The project is located just west of the main downtown area of Toronto and provides a key link between Stanley Park to the north and the historic area of Fort York – the birth place of Toronto- crossing two rail corridors. Construction started in August 2016 and inauguration is expected by June 2019.</p><p>The project includes two pedestrian bridges. The awarded design proposal includes an unprecedented technical innovation in North America: the use of Duplex Stainless Steel on the entire structure. This pioneering use of a forefront technology provides premium aesthetics within a unique setting in addition to a safe and durable asset for the community. The structure has an extended life cycle, is more corrosion-resistant and requires less maintenance, reducing its overall cost.</p><p>Each bridge is supported by a single arch rib inclining at 18 º to provide a slender, transparent, and elegant impression. The two arches tilt in opposite direction, and the overall layout resembles a Yin &amp; Yang shape to emphasize both contrast and continuity, expressing a modern, understated and elegant aesthetic.</p><p>This paper discusses the concept, detailed design, structural behaviour and bridge erection.</p>

A small -plot, pneumatic applicator was developed to apply either granular herbicide formulations or liquid herbicides impregnated on commercial dry fertilizer to field research plots. Pre-weighed herbicide samples poured into a stainless steel, motor-driven belt, cone seeder are automatically sput into four subsamples in a four-outlet rota seed distributor run by a 12-volt electric motor, and delivered to four plastic venturi chambers. A gasoline engine-powered leaf blower forces air through a 10-cm diam polyvinylchloride (PVC) pipe to the input sides of the venturi chambers. The forced air stream carries the herbicide samples through 2.5-cm diam flexible plastic tubing to four deflector shields mounted 61 cm apart on a fiberglass boom. The applicator uniformly delivers granules up to 400 kg/ha in a 2.5-m wide swath.

This paper describes a study on the improvement of the dehydration performance of the conventional washing machine model. Recently, as interest in improving the dehydration performance of washing machines has increased, the need for a study on a high-speed electric motor has emerged. However, this conventional spoke-type PMSM has difficulty in speeding up due to the following problems. First, field weakening control is indispensable for high-speed operation of an electric motor. This control method is a big problem in causing torque drop and irreversible demagnetization of the motor. Moreover, the centrifugal force increases during high-speed operation, which adversely affects the stiffness of the motor. Therefore, in this paper, a new rotor shape of spoke-type PMSM was proposed to solve the above problem.

The purpose of this activity was designed, (1) make and apply a mixer jeladren machine and risopan jumbrek, (2) to improving productivity and jumbrek higine cake. Based on studies conducted in smes and observation, partner smes make jeladren mixer machine with a stinless stell with an electric motor. So are risopan made of plate stainless steel. The outcome of the activities PKM shows that machine mixer jeladren jumbrek and risopan jumbrek physically cunstruction machines and instrument very good, stout, practical. The results of the tryouts machine jeladren mixer jumbrek pointed out once mixer as 10 kg with 12,5 minutes the average time, so as to mixer material 40 pouns  needed time 50 minutes. While  with human resources for mixer 40 pounds of (necessary 8 times mixer in the 200 minutes), thus time mixer 4 times faster. The results of the tryouts risopan jumbrek pointed out in time capable of producing 140 seeds  jumbrek/30 minutes. Increase the result of long with new risopan 5 times.
