Mail archiving process in SMK 5 Negeri Padang still recorded manually. Therefore, we need an information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang to assist in performing document archiving and can handle the process of legalization requests quickly archive. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents. Hopefully, by the information system management of archives can alter the performance in SMK Negeri 5 Padang, especially in the archives in order to facilitate the archiving mail. In addition, by using the information in records management system will obtain the benefits of speed and convenience. The purpose of the speed here is through the use of this information system, the process of search, discovery, distribution and archive legalization done in quickly. Information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is designed to involve a web-based programming language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an object-oriented PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL as database. The system also uses an alias on addressing by applied to the address .htaccess file is actually as one of the security system. Users registered in this system have a private account to be entered into the system ID number and password with MD5 encryption. The results obtained from implementation information system management of archives in SMK 5 Negeri Padang is easier to manage the recording and archiving of mail that were once manual is now digital, and is helpful to demand legalized archives.Keywords : Information System, Archives, School, Web, CodeIgniter.

Management and management of data is one of the most important things for neighbor administrators, so data and information related to the notulency, attendance, financial and assets must be accessed quickly and precisely. RT 07 Hamlet Manggung is the government line that is closest to the Community. Currently the recording of data for Notulency, attendance, family cards and assets is still Manual and has not used any technology that improves effectiveness in data management pillars Neighbors. This system is built using Unified Software Development development method process (USDP), with the Unified Modelling Language (UML) modelling. In the inception phase all RT management data related to system requirements, elaboration phase is done to expand management system concept that already formed in phase inception, phase contruction done making management system, and in the transition phase is done to expand the system. Management. This maturation needs to be done to analyse whether the information system that has been made according to user needs. Then the system is built with the language PHP programming and MySQL databases using the Laravel framework, once it is done test system using alpha test and beta test.

Wedding Organizer is a service that works personally to help bride and groom in planning and supervision of the implementation of the wedding party in accordance with schedule and bugdet that have been set. Wedding organizer information system created using web-based information technology, with the aim to expand the area of promotion and sale of wedding packages and simplify the ordering process. System Design Information Ordering Wedding Organizer is UML modeling visualization (Unified Modeling Language) by using some object-oriented visualization diagram. The programming language used is the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on the Laravel framework as well as Javascript, with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS), and Atom as an editor. Wedding organizer information system is very helpful for people who do not want to bother with their wedding planning issues. Waqf is one of the important economic instruments in Islam. Waqf is known as an endowment consist of donating a building, a sum of money or plot of land for charitable purposes. Various relevant aspects with  the field of waqf have been studied and debated by scholars in the area of socio-political studies, economic, accounting as well as waqf information management system development. Current research findings have shown few glaring issues in terms of the difficulty to distribute waqf benefits caused by incomplete file information, transparency of waqf documentation, lack of detailed information about waqf assets and the requirements to provide timely and sufficient information to the related stakeholders. Thus, this study explores conceptual model of integrated success factors of Waqf information management system from few literature analysis. The conceptual success model that consists of activities, relationships, relative advantage, compatability, triability, image, visibility, result demonstrability, voluntariness, complexity and trust have been used to demonstrate the Islamic and technology concepts of waqf information system.  Thorough review from several research works will help to understand the gaps in the information system management related to the state waqf agencies in Malaysia. The findings of the above issues prove on the need to identify the success factors of waqf information system management thus, helps to ensure the success development of the system.  The findings should be of great interest to both researchers and practitioners.

Al-Kahfi Vocational School is a place where writers conduct research. At this time, the school's financial administration management system is still done manually, causing a lot of bookkeeping, repeated writing of data, and delays in making reports. The solution to the problem that is happening at Al-Kahf Vocational School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can help manage the school's financial administration system more efficiently. So from that the purpose of this study is the creation of a Web-Based School Financial Administration Information System at Al-Kahf Vocational School. This system was developed using the PHP programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql as a database. The existence of an information system built is expected to be able to help financial officers in the processing of school financial administration data so as to produce a well-organized school financial administration information system.

This reseach was conducted at the handycrafts Sulaman Indah Mayang Pariaman. Sulaman Indah Mayang is a bussiness that sells various kinds of minang embroidered crafts. The effort craft Sulaman Indah Mayang still use conventional way in processing sales data and do promotion.  For  that  required  an  information  system  that  will  assist  in  the  process  of  promotion  and  sales. Information system application of promotion and sale of web based embroidery craft developed using PHP programming language and MySql as database. Application design using object oriented methodology with UML design tool. The end result of this research is the creation of application of Information System Promotion and Web- Based Sales that can help Sulaman Indah Mayang in the process of promotion and sales.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.
